The best restaurants in United Kingdom

Chips very good, fish never any flavour, but they do a good job burying it in the battery. Nice people and well presented little place. No idea on hygiene, the server wore gloves but was handling money and a calculator then touching the paper that the food goes on. But cover everything in vinegar and you will never notice, hopefully.

Was on a long walk with my dog…. Was made very welcome in this beautiful place, perfect cuppa and the very best coffee and walnut cake I’ve ever had. Just amazing! Thank you.

Fantastic little shop with so many amazing sweets. Having read other reviews I don’t know if we caught the owner on a bad day as he was a little rude asking why we’d left it until 4.50 to visit and making us feel like we were too much trouble. His wife? On the other hand rectified how he made us feel she was kind and welcoming. If we’d know they were there we probably would have visited earlier in the day but we’d only just arrived in Edinburgh and walked by and saw the shop. Still a fab little place and definitely worth a visit !!

Update opening hours wasted a 30 min drive

Whenever in Lampeter we call for a take-away coffee/sandwich. Last time we sat in for tea and cheese on toast and cake. Such a great place and the food consistently very good. Thankyou.

One of our favourite places to go, service is always good, people complain about the wait times but in my opinion if the food came out any quicker you’d be concerned! it is quite expensive but the food is worth it, it’s always full of flavour. Any mistakes in our orders have always been fixed straight away with apologies and no issues. We find that the staff are very friendly and are always polite to us!

Preciosa comida y compañía encantadora. Mi única crítica es que lo llaman una cena asada, pero elegí no tener el asado, así que ¿cómo se llama? Mi abuela solía asar comida así de buena y vivía cerca de Sheffield.

A casino for tourists visiting Brighton.

Friendly atmosphere from staff and visitors. Opportunity to sit in the bar and talk to people as well as opportunity to sit in a the lounge which is quieter and spacious. Locals chat about history I like to visit for a few drinks, sometimes bring my laptop to study. All the facilities are great, everything is kept organised and clean, everyone is welcome and it's a truly a great place.

Best fish and chips in Faversham, friendly staff, would recommend
