The best restaurants serving Turkish food in England

Me and my boyfriend go there all the time as its right out side his accommodation, staff are incredibly friendly and have good meaningful conversations with customers (instead of the small talk that you get everywhere else).Nothing is ever too much for them as they are always kind enough to you if you want to change something with your meal or dietary restrictions or requirement. What a fabulous evening. It was a 3 course menu for the appeal evening, a sharing starter, a choice between 4 mains followed by Baklava. All very nice and tasty as usual. The normal menu is quite varied and always cooked well. The restaurant was full, the staff were friendly and lots of money was raised via a raffle and an auction. I must also add the vocalist on the evening… Emma Louise was amazing. Well done to all the staff

have been going to this place for many years, the service was excellent and friendly but today I had an unpleasant experience. When I started to order what I wanted, the person serving me started making fun of my pronunciation. I am not an English speaker, but it is a place that many Latinos used to frequent. Then another man came to serve me and told me that he did not understand what I wanted and started yelling at me rudely in front of the other customers. In order not to argue, I left without being able to buy anything. I went there at 10 pm because I like that kebab there. If I have been able to buy it for more than ten years, why not now? I had a terrible experience ordering from Sadaf restaurant through Uber Eats. The food never arrived, yet I was still charged. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of accountability. I've been bounced back and forth between the restaurant and UberEats for refund, with neither taking responsibility for the issue. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be ordering from this restaurant or using UberEats again. There are plenty of better options out there that value their customers and provide reliable service.

The food is plentiful and very very tasty. Decor and atmosphere was quite nice and the staff were good. Definitely worth going.
