The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Turkish food

Walked into the restaurant after reserving a table, got shooed to a table and told to sit where we want. We sat at a table and felt on edge considering this is supposed to be "fine dining" (as they state themselves) and heavy rock metal music was playing. We thought things started to get better when the music then changed and our server came to the table, but boy was we wrong! The server just kept making us feel uncomfortable by being far too over friendly and making jokes that felt like he was mocking us. Fast forward to what turned out to be the end of our evening. Our bill was put onto the table and the server was straight back over with the card machine. At this point we hadn't been offered desserts or any extra drinks etc. Making us feel like we needed to rush what we had left to make a swift exit. Fair to say we were extremely disappointed!

This place has great prices, and the food is delicious!!! Me and my bf went in on a Saturday had to come back on Sunday! Staff is great, it's a small quiet place. I love it there, definitely worth a try! The garlic sauce is so good I dipped everything in it!

Lovely drop of food, nice settings. Will be returning, again and again. No complaints whatsoever. Looking forward to coming back.

May just be about one of the worst venues I've ever been in. Staff overworked with no direction by the management. Asked to see the basement as I heard that's where they keep all the tips they keep from their staff, was shown the door. Heard it was a celeb hotspot but the only tits on show where the owners.

Food was 1 star in quality and extremely expensive, chicken shish £20 when you can get better at a kebab shop. Pizza was from frozen and forgot our drinks order and then charged for wrong drinks. Good location but very poor food and service - avoid

Went for lunch on a Saturday with my husband, for the first time, as we love Turkish food. The restaurant looks very nice, quite elegant and tasteful. The food was great, can’t fault any of it. Service too, very polite and efficient. The only thing we really didn’t like, and I noticed lots of people have commented on this, is the Music, way too loud and possibly not to everyone’s taste. We regularly go to other Turkish restaurants, some are quite similar in set up, but the music is more generic and not as loud. Hope they read all these comments and make a change. If they want to stick to the same music type, then just lower the volume. Otherwise, fantastic restaurant and we will go again.

Recientemente tuve la oportunidad de visitar Breeze en Chingford con algunos amigos, y desafortunadamente, debo compartir que nuestra experiencia fue menos que satisfactoria. Desde el principio, nuestra visita se vio empañada por una serie de decepciones. El problema inicial surgió cuando mi pedido fue tomado incorrectamente. Al señalar esto y solicitar un cambio, me hicieron esperar más de 20 minutos. Cuando mi comida finalmente llegó, encontré que el pescado estaba seco, tibio, sin sabor, poco apetitoso y mal presentado. Además de los problemas con la comida, también me sorprendió bastante el comportamiento del personal. Parece que el gerente no está suficientemente capacitado para manejar las quejas de los clientes, ya que nos encontramos con un comportamiento grosero y abrupto. El personal de espera también parecía estar mal equipado para gestionar esas situaciones con eficacia. Después de haber cenado en muchos restaurantes en Chingford, puedo decir que esta fue de lejos una de las peores experiencias que he tenido. Aconsejo a otros que consideren opciones gastronómicas alternativas para evitar una decepción similar.

Ordered food on my way home, was about 10 mins away when I ordered so I thought I had plenty time... got a phone call as I was almost home and I was so surprised! Delivery lad was really nice and met us just round the corner and was still super nice even though I wasted a wee bit of his time and didn't have change on me to tip him! Food was great as usual, munchie box is great value for money and if there's ever been an issue before (forgotten sauces etc) although rare they're brilliant at sorting it ASAP. We were already planning on continuing to be loyal customers but tonight has made such a difference, pat your delivery boy on the back cause that's how you deal with a genuine mistake from a customer (lesson learned they're speedy so be home when I'm ordering 😅)
