Express Kebab in Ipswich

Couldn’t ask for better food and service , we had a slight problem at first with our order but it was resolved straight away . The food is very nice we will definitely be ordering again from here

Great kebab catered for my gluten free diet with no problems. Plenty of meat went there twice in the few nights I stayed in Ipswich.

Ordered a pizza, I thought it was burnt so I turned it over to find the base was covered in mould!! Disgusting as me and my daughter have had about 3 bites each! Rang them and they tried telling me it was fresh and they have used a new GREEN FLOUR! Which is a complete lie! Disgusting! Was told I would have to wait over a hour as it's busy but they were all used with the green flour so would be the same! It's not green flour it's bloody MOULD! Bad customer service!!

Ordered online for collection, I ordered two meals (mixed meat & chips, chicken kebab) and one side (chips with burger sauce). I get home and unpack my order, no mixed meat and chips. I contact the restaurant, initially they ask me to come in. I ask them to deliver it to me, since they should have got my order right in the first place. They agree, but they say they’re “quite busy at the moment” so my order “might take a while”. Disappointing, seeing as their mistake has resulted in me waiting longer for my food, I’d expect them to prioritise my delivery. I ordered a small meat and chips and asked if they could deliver me a large one (there’s a £1 difference in price) for the inconvenience of having to wait longer for my food. They tell me no, “because the manager isn’t here”. The icing on the cake is they ask me to return the extra chips. I don’t even get to keep the chips as a way of apology. This takeaway restaurant needs to take a lesson on how to deliver good customer service and not be so focussed on lining their pockets. I was recommended this takeaway from a family member but I will be telling all my friends and family not to bother with this establishment.

We always order our kebabs from here, and always go for combination shish kebabs. Always yummy and the meat is always nice and tender (lamb shish can often be tough from kebab shops). You get nice fresh salad in a separate container too and you can choose exactly what salad and sauce you want when you order on their website. Love it!

First time I used this shop was today and was not disappointed, first class food and great service. One of the best kebab shops in Ipswich could not find any faults.

I've ordered a few times from here and given good feedback on just eat or foodhub etc but last night I ordered food at 7.20pm 8.30pm comes and still no food no calls so I go on live chat and they contact the restaurant who explains the driver had issues calling me, fair enough things happen he apologizes and says he will send out some food and it will be with me in ten minutes another half hour goes by still no food I go to live chat again and they get the restaurant to call me and they say the driver has been again and couldn't get hold of me, so he says he will try one last time and they finally deliver after almost 2 hours but what I receive is the original food they tried to order over an hour ago, it's dripping with grease the bag is soaked the food is cold greasy and and soaked I had to throw it away so I complained and they basically said they won't refund me but will give me 50% off if I order again. Firstly I understand mistakes happen food comes late etc but to give me food that's been sat in a bag for over an hour instead of the freshly prepared food I'd paid for I find extremely unacceptable. I used to recommend this place but will not be doing this anymore.

You get a lot of meat for the wraps and the order comes quickly.

Service was quick and friendly, food arrived within 10 mins from ordering. Tasted delicious and there was plenty of it.

Great kebabs cooked to order fresh salad and quick service. Slightly tucked out of the way but plenty of parking just outside and also deliver. Go to kebab shop for the future

Good food, friendly staff, everything clean and tidy.

The chairs were mega comfy. Had no money but damn, those chairs were comfy. Oh and the doner meat was like literal cardboard. The container things probably would have tasted nicer with a dash of garlic sauce.

Dryest, coldest, worst kebab I have ever had. I thought it was a bit odd when I ordered two large kebabs and it was £12 in total ( cheap). Staff are friendly but I'm a bit worried I'm going to end up throwing up later.

the food was horrible would have giving it 0 star if I could the mixed kebab was greasy as anything burger tasted rough and dry made me ill DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE OR U WILL BE ON THE TOILET ALL DAY AND NIGHT never again i would rather starve

Loads of choice in town for kebabs, chicken etc, but Express Kebab comes out tops. Easy ordering system, exceptional delivery time and well cooked & presented food. Great customer care on top of this.

Pedí pollo donner la carne estaba bien, pero la salsa de ajo no se hacen allí estaba obtenidos y del sabor que se sentía que era el más barato que puedes encontrar. El lugar es limpio, tal vez si intenta otras salsa estará bien. Incluso intenté kebabs de donde vinieron, pero todos los buenos restaurantes que hizo la salsa por sí mismos.
