Very disappointed with 2 skewers kebab. 5 dry pieces of lamb and 5 small pieces of chicken shish. I have ordered large, but not sure how this can be classified as large. Shish meat was very dry. Garlic sauce was under shish meats. Angry about what I had. Burger was good and mixed meats and chips was very nice.

chicken was all fatty and not ediable , usually have a really good service but this was definitely a let down

Food arrived cold and incorrect. Ordered a Rio and received a coke ordered 2 bottles of 1.5 litres of coca-cola and received 2 bottles of 1.5 litres of Pepsi which wasn’t even advertised or even ordered. Was charged £3.50 for a bottle of Pepsi which is normally a lot cheaper than coca-cola. A 500ml bottle of Pepsi is the same price as a 1.5 litre bottle of coca-cola which you won’t actually receive & you’ll be mugged off for a bottle of pepsi instead of coca-cola.

Great Turkish kebabs, chicken wrap was delicious with very nice salad and good proportions, very soft chicken. Doner portion was great with very nice salad including pickled peppers and white cabbage. Extra salad portion was very good. Great late night munch and perfect delivery to our hotel :)

Not the best in Ipswich. Try some others. Salad was mediocre, kebab meats also, mediocre. Experience, average.

Donner kebab too dry. When you pay good money you expect to at least get something fresh not something that's been sitting in the pot for hours. It feels like eating plastic. Would make huge difference only if they made the effort to serve you something fresh. I would not be ordering again as I feel like I have wasted my money!

To be honest, I am surprised at the rating of 4.6 based on 180 reviews at the time of my order. The delivery was significantly delayed. During this time, I was met with an unprofessional and rude delivery driver. The food arrived at room temperature, and my wrap was not properly wrapped, causing it to disintegrate immediately. Additionally, the chips were soggy and undercooked. I strongly advise against ordering from this establishment again. I wish I could receive a refund for my purchase.

Bodrum has become my go to kebab delivery. The food is always good, they deliver on time and always take note of any special instructions with the order, I always like my pita wrapped separately and it is every time. I definitely recommend.

Food itself tastes great like always no problems there. But from sitting in the bag for a long time the bread went soggy, needs to be kept separate. And the food was cold. Granted this might have been avoided by having more delivery drivers

Delivery took ages and they forgot the mayo in my wrap so it was very dry. Chicken doner from here also tastes weird.

Kofte was bland beef with little or no flavour/seasoning. Chicken shish quite bland as well. Sundries as expected-decent.

Today, the food was absolutely fantastic. When you spend over £50 on a takeaway, you expect some good food and that’s is what we got.

Not for me. Two quarters of tomato lettuce average and meat very thin and dry and tasteless.

Guys today the food was extremely bad. Chips were soggy, the lettuce in the burgers were brown and looked like it had been sitting there. Very disapponted today

Not to usual standard, I'll put it down to a bad day...food was barely warm and seemed to be just thrown into a container with a unusual amount of chips and lack of mixed doner meat. Salad was poor and soggy.

there was lumps of meat in my kebab, not carved very well. it wasn't hot but I was happy with portion size.

The only problem I had with the Kebab is that I ordered Garlic Sauce as I can’t eat Chilli sauce and it turned up with Chilli sauce on so had to go in the bin

Was the only place open in the area last week, decent mixed doner kebab with nice crispy chips all delivered quickly. Not the cheapest but OK value.

Bodrum Kebab is the 👌 I'd recommend the doner wrap for one person. they even put in the nice fried onions and peppers and stuff. Also got the Bodrum kebab, Lamb kofte on point. Lamb Shish on point. and the chicken shish had a really nice Char. Always a good shout if you're up Whitton way !!!

Sends the wrong food on just eat, and when phoning about the situation because they put an item a family friend was allergic too, kept calling him an idiot telling him they never make mistakes, they’re never wrong and hanging up. Very rude staff, who clearly cannot read very well at all and should not be in the food industry. Absolutely disgusting behaviour towards customers when they make mistakes.

I ordered from this kebab place yesterday, my favourite kebab shop!!! However yesterday the chicken was pink and I couldn’t eat the dinner at all! I tried to leave a review but did it on the wrong bit. I would like a full refund!

I ordered a mixed donor kebab expecting lamb and chicken donner. When ordering I was indecisive about a normal donner kebab and chips or mixed. I chose to pay the £3 diffirence for the mixed donner kebab with cheesy chips. When my food arrived I looked inside and only saw lambdonner so I called the restaurant and asked why I only got lamb and they said they don't do chicken donner. If that's the case why is it in your website and I want my £3 back

Driver kept asking us if we are busy, busy, busy, getting very close at the face and wouldn't initially give us the food. Not sure what that was about. Food is always good, we have been ordering for 12 years and it's consistent and tasty.

Food was very nice today! They were very generous with the cheese on my Cheesy chips and melted nice too! And I got a vegetarian kebab for the first time and its was banging! Will deffo order that again! Good delivery time and very polite delivery man too!

Delivery time was spot on however the salad poor effort for both the wrap and chips pitta and salad, they did deliver salad after but it was just onions??? Very salty been up all night with cotton mouth, I’ve had gallons water and still thirsty! SOMEBODY HELP ME! PLEASE

The food is horrible, reheated fries and the meat looks like they've had it for two days and reheated it in a steam pot... a restaurant where if you're angry and rude you have fresh food if you don't….eat leftovers, I do not recommend!

First and last time ordering. Forgot our sauce on kebab. Not in pitta. No red cabbage. Chicken meat very dry and chips soggy. I could go on. Never again.
