I work away and have a lot of takeouts and to say this is a ‘quality kebab’ is misleading. Chips are cheap and bland and the meat is tasteless…..! It’s should I be called below average kebabs

Since moving to Ipswich, me and my family have been looking for a local kebab. We found this place driving around one day and since then we regularly order here every week, sometimes twice. The food is always very hot when delivered and tastes great. Placing the order is very easy and they speak really good English. I would recommend to anyone within the area to give them a try, it’s worth it.

Ordered 2 large lamb donor both with salad the guy serving said 15 minute wait we sat out side shop in the car and he sliced a few bits of fresh donor and then he made up our kebabs only 5 minutes passed went in to collect.when we opened them up we had old dry shriveled up donor with a few slices of fresh on top put most in the bin.there loss will not be going back.you have beem warned

First time going here, would 100% recommend meat was nice and tasty really nice chips friendly staff will be returning.

Food took 1 hour 20 mins to come after being told half an hour on the phone. Communication issues over the phone which ended up with wrong order being taken. Couldn’t get hold of them after waiting over an hour to find out how much longer it was going to take

Would give 0 starts if I could that's how bad the serves is. Absolutely terrible and waist of time.

Love this place, solid kebabs and usually deliver in around 45 mins every time. The mixed meat tray is a winner!

I order from here more since it’s had new owners. I find the food is good quality and fast delivery. Red cabbage taste off sometimes. Maybe change that to better quality and I’d give this place 8/10.

Hi guys I've not ordered yet but this is the only way I could leave a review my friend has put me on to you and I love a kebab but I can't order could you please check your foodhub as it says min 10 but when I go to order it says 30 pounds min surely that can't be right is it something you can do or is there a problem with the app thanks guys

Lovey staff I got a chicken wrap (7 pound and small chips) chicken was lovely chips were okay but they need sauce would recommend this place

Always Great Service, lovely staff and tasty fresh enjoyable food that’s always hot , good quality food, great portion sizes. They have the best burger sauce , the chilli & Garlic sauce is lovely too. Would 100% recommend.

Was very polite and quite quick on delivery really happy and food was nice and hot and nice to eat I enjoyed it and so did my daughter

Not as good as previous owners. Unlikely to use again. Forgot the chips. Bit sparse when you order the mixed tray at £24.50, not worth it!

After waiting over 2 hours for the food to arrive, and the app updating from saying the food was on the way, back to the food was being prepared!, it eventually turned up… Oh and don’t expect them to answer the phone either… Can’t complain about the food as it’s always tasty, but won’t be returning anymore after years of going there, I’m not waiting that long for my family to eat again…

Do t wats your money. Honestly the chicken was hard and over cooked. My partners was cold and it we have to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for it. So disappointed

ordered a meat box. arrived 5 minutes early and it was all ready. The food was lovely and satisfying. Staff were friendly

Last night , I ordered a pizza and a kebab for my wife , I’ve felt sick since and can’t stay off the loo! Not impressed

Had a takeaway. Meat was very tasty but chips not great. The personal was friendly and respected the special requests.

Very good food, they now have their own recipe kabab meat, very polite staff, well worth a visit, I drive quite a distance just to get takeaway from their establishment.

I was so disappointed, I ordered two chicken shish kebabs with garlic sauce. One had some other chicken not even chargrilled and no sauce. Chips were old not sure how many times had been refried. I watched one being made. The guy that made the other screwed up someone else's order too... You pay a handsome amount and get this!!!

The new owners started off really good & it was nice to have a fresh take on our usual kebab place. Just ordered tonight & the food is shocking, dry meat, salad was nearly a whole onion with a tiny bit of lettuce covering it & horrible cuts of the tomato. Chips were overcooked. won't be ordering anytime soon, so disappointing because the new owners are lovely.

Been newly renovated, which it needed desperately The service is second to none, very polite and well mannered people. Iv only had the chicken kebabs but every time it’s been tasty with fresh salad and you get a lot for you money also it’s free delivery which is quick all ordered online, one happy customer.

The workers here are so sweet! Our order was going to be 15 minutes later than expected and they gave us a free drink for the wait! It made my day! Thank you guys!!

Looks like there under new ownership, very disappointed. Didn't give the impression they were familiar with running a food outlet,service slow, portions very small compared to normal. Will give them a miss from now on, sorry but this is not up to standard or value for money. Such a shame

This place gave me food poisoning and inside looked messy. Had dona meat and after felt sick then was up all night throwing up. Worst place I’ve ever been too.

Friendly helpful staff and nice food. The standard of hygiene appeared very good. Seems like a well run business.

Says they’re open until 10:30. Get there at 10:20 and they’re already shut. Utter joke shop.

Me and my partner regularly get a kebab from here... we have relocated away from Ipswich and still find the time to go to this kebab shop... the kebab meat and salad is the best especially their garlic sauce! we go to various different for our kebabs all of the time however this is still the best!! Would always go here when in Ipswich and would not go elsewhere!!! Highly recommend...

Whenever we want a kebab there's only one place we go and it is here. The friendly couple who have been running it for several years are always helpful, they keep the place spotlessly clean and never stint on their portions. Admittedly we can only vouch for the chicken kofte, which we always seem to go for, but the salads are plentiful, the chips crunchy and never greasy - sides that everyone else will undoubtely have. We always prefer our sauces - garlic or chilli- served separately which they always happily do for us. Great place.

Terrible kebab, if you want a bland tasteless kebab this is the place for you or Ipswich in general, why can’t you buy a decent kebab in Ipswich?

Been going here for years and can honestly say it's the best kebab shop in Ipswich. Lovely couple run the place, quality meat, salad is always fresh and their cabbage is amazing.

We visit this place at least once a month and it has never failed us in delivery quality. Owners are excellent and high quality meats especially the chicken shish which is superb. Best kebab shop in Suffolk and I've been to a lot!

We often eat here when we want a takeaway. The kebabs are great and better than other places in Ipswich. The service is very friendly and polite. Would recommend if you would like a kebab takeaway. The only downside is that they do not deliver.
