Hands down the best delivery service I’ve ever used. The food is great quality for such an amazing price. The delivery drivers are always lovely and my food always comes with the sweetest notes on it. Honestly could not recommend Best Pizza Derby enough!

Giving 5 as the staff are literally the nicest staff in derby. Nice, kind people and even delivery staff are adorable. Sometimes put notes in home delivery which is lovely. It hasn't gone unnoticed!! Keep on spreading the good vibes guys.

Top tier. Best shop in Derby. Service is 10/10 and the food is even better. Bossman has looked after us for years and never fails to get it right every time. Shop is clean, food is cooked fresh every time and they serve a really wide variety of food. Fish and chips is 10/10.

Entered the restaurant asking if they did a pizza deal as shown on their website. The staff looked like they didn’t have a clue of what I was saying. They stayed quiet after repeatedly asking them for a reply. The moment I turned back to leave the shop a mouse just ran across the front of the shop toward the kitchen. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

Food okay. But service is not on good level

Ordered food and was told it was outside, I waited outside for 20 minutes before they told me they were at the wrong place and would come soon. 20 minutes later still no show so I ring back and am then told they’d given the food to somebody but I hadn’t got it so they’d given it to somebody else and said they would redeliver again soon. Another 30 mins later and still no show. Not answering their phones on any of the numbers. Don’t order from them, the customer service is pathetic

So what was the point of calling ahead, no apologies...they just waited until I showed up then made it so I waited another 10 minutes. Food itself was OK, I've had better Pizza's but better than average I guess

Got the buy one get one free large pizza offer, one tandoori and one romeo, had stuff crust on both with a further 15% off online and I had 2 excellent large pizzas delivered to my door for £18. my only gripe would be the phone number didnt work but they followed my instructions perfectly. Definitely good value.

Maddy was very friendly and assisted us to make the correct decision in our food selection. He literally explained everything patiently and it was perfect. My kids loved the food too. Thank you Maddy you made our entire family VERY HAPPY 😄
