The best kebab in Guildford - got a doner mixed with shish - asked for separate salad and bread so I can heat at home - fabulous taste and good value

I bought Chicken Wrap and instructed to put mayo garlic but when I reached home and had my first bite ( excited much), but to my surprise only chicken and my requested vegetable were inside the wrap no sauce. Funny part the guy asked me if I wanted garlic mayo and chilli sauce which I replied Yes please.😂 How I wish they did not ask me for my sauce preferences. Chicken wrap is nothing without sauces.🙁

Suppose I should put more words into this. Been here for years, on/off well over 12 years. Portions have gradually gotten smaller and costlier but it's become on par with the other locals. Quality is still great and quick. The other is top of town. We have guidlford more or less covered for solid choices of kebabs. Give them a go. You won't be disappointed.

Always the best lamb shish wrap and chilli sauce.

Decent food, prices are way too high for the portion sizes especially the lamb Shish, only getting 4 bits of lamb for £15+ isn’t exactly ideal. I would easily rate it higher if they fixed their prices

Reasonable kebab. I asked for chicken meat and chips, expecting chicken shish but got chicken doner. I would have preferred if the meat was cooked longer to be a bit more browned up as it looked a bit pale and barely cooked. It tasted ok but was very heavily salted. I remember when this place used to be a fish and chip shop years ago and is not quite as good now but better than nothing.

Never used this Kebab shop before, was driving past and able to park by this establishment and I'll be returning. Ordered a large mixed doner and a cheeseburger. All cooked perfectly and very tasty. Staff were friendly and polite too.

Went at midnight after a night of drinking. Staff nice. Made me fresh chips and the bossman gave me extra chillis.

Our regular go-to for chicken shish, burgers, and donners. The team are always friendly, and it never takes 10 minutes from placing an order to collecting. Hot, freshly cooked, tasty, and filling. Never had a bad meal in 10+ years of these guys running it.

There are some petulant reviews on here from people who didn’t actually buy any food! The chicken doner is top notch, even the small is big enough. The guys in there are really friendly despite having to deal with drunks at midnight. I always stop here after a night out in London.

Bought chicken donor and asked before that is it fresh as it was look like 3 or 4 days old and man said off course it’s fresh, i took and went to my car and took just two bites and it was smell like can’t explain in words, went back to shop and told the man that he lied as this not fresh and have terrible smell and man said I didn’t say it’s fresh but just fresh cut from skewer. So he took it back and didn’t even offer a refund and started working and just ignored me

best kebab in guildford - i've tried all of them. All others have one or more of following issues: smell/freshness, 'stomach issues', flavourless. This is the only one which is fresh, not bad for gut, and tastes great.

The best kebab in town for sure. Not only are the people working in here such beautiful hearts but the food is second to none. Freshly cooked and great portion sizes for a very cheap price. I'd recommend the Lamb Kofte and Chicken mix. Also make sure you get yourself some baklava, it's fresh and true true baklava. Becoming regulars here now and I would advise anyone else to do the same. Support a great local business and have the best kebab of your LIFE!

Diamond kebab has just started doing delivery service with Just Eat And I can not fault there service. The food came piping hot and so much of it, was lovely and fresh also exactly what I had ordered with no problems and the delivery driver was really nice and friendly. I will definitely be ordering again from here.

Returned with work colleagues just after Christmas after a long absence, My usual order was remembered and as usual, the large Chicken Shish with all the trimmings certainly didn't dissapoint.......great service , very friendly and efficient..... I will return very soon....

The kebabs are tasty and moist which important for meat to have that texture if it's going to be enjoyed by the person eating it. I like the chilli sauce that comes with it as it's not too spicy and full of flavour. Don't be put off by the diamond name of the shop, it's not that expensive.

Really sad to say tried this kebab for the first time, meat was cold very salty and tasted like it was over cooked, I’m guessing I must have had some meat that has been sitting there for a while in the little chrome pot, looking at the other reviews it’s not just me.

One of the better kebab houses in Guildford. Clean and friendly staff, with a good selection of standard kebab house products. Reasonably priced and good quality. A pretty decent chilli sauce tops it off as a worthwhile contender.

My experiences have always been positive and consistent. I think the quality of the ingredients and the cooking is always excellent, I have no hesitation in recommending them. If you want to save time just call ahead (usually about 10 minutes, maybe a little more at busy times). It’s been the same guys who’ve run it for years, so they can be relied upon 👍

Just had a large Donna from here. Meat was cold, pitta bread was stale. Threw it all in the bin. Don't bother going here.

The staff are incredibly rude, the orders are ALWAYS wrong, they over charge and when you question it, they kick you out. The food tastes terrible and there is a huge wait for the simplest order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Never trust these people EVER!! Diamond kebab are terrible people. These people are not to be trusted

It’s not bad. If you’re hungry in the middle of the night, there’s a place to eat.

Isn't it reasonable to take shelter under a shop's awning when a sudden downpour occurs? Yeah, I thought so too. I took cover with another two people, waiting for it to pass, as showers like this had been going all day. After the two others made a run for it, I continued to wait as I hadn't got my coat (and this was very heavy rain). After a few more minutes, I started to feel rain on my head, before I looked up and the awning was gone. The staff had clearly pushed the button to pull it in, in what I can only assume was a backhanded way of saying 'Get lost!'. I wasn't interfering with their business. It was torrential downpour so they weren't missing out on any foot traffic as I blocked just a window. In fact, I was considering coming back before I left on the train, thanks to its convenient position near the station. But after this rude, unnecessary, and frankly outrageous gesture, I didn't feel they deserved my custom. Why, may I ask, could you not just do as a normal human would, and shelter someone from the rain? Goes without saying, I'm not impressed, and as a kebab lover, and potential student at the university next year, I do believe they have already lost me as a customer. Not a great first impression. Rude staff breaks a business. Good job!

Good kebab, staffed by Turks who know what they're doing. Big portions and they sell Ayran which goes great with meat. Nothing to complain about really, your typical kebab joint.

FEBRUARY 24TH 8:40PM- SCREW IN CHICKEN KEBAB!!!! Went into the kebab shop, thinking I will get a quality kebab. However when I got home, during eating the chicken kebab I have found a SCREW in it! I do not want to imagine what would of happened if I have swallowed this.... NO WORDS!

Closed when they are say they are open. We went there as they said they were open but they weren't. It clearly says they are open on the sign as you can see from the attached photo
