Personal atento y amable. Disfruté de mi visita, pero solo he tenido mejores tapas. Albóndigas encantadoras pero carecían de sabor y salsa acuosa , el pollo no podía saborear sabores descritos en la descripción . Bolas de pescado no como se esperaba. Lo más destacado fue la fabulosa Sangria xx

Visitó aquí El lugar no estaba muy ocupado. El personal estaba bien. Se sentía un poco raro allí. Atmósfera extraña. La comida era decente. Nada sorprendente o te hizo decir wow. Pero está bien. Esto es sólo un restaurante / bar promedio de hotel. Intentaron hacer que se viera elegante por dentro, pero se pierde la marca. Los precios son razonables.

The Cellar is a superb craft beer bar that's located in a fantastic area of Chester and is one of the many pub's and bar's we went to on our two day visit to Chester.This is an excellent bar that offer's a fantastic range of drinks and a good food menu. It's our first visit to the Cellar for two year's and it's as good as it's ever been and to be honest hasn't really changed that much.Its interior is brilliant with nice decor and nice furnishings and great seating option's and on our visit it was starting to get busy. We went here late in the afternoon and me and my twin brother had a couple of beers from the Timothy Taylor's brewery.The beer we had was called Landlord'a superb cask ale which were perfectly served and where reasonably priced. This is a superb beer bar with an excellent range of cask/craft beers and its a superb bar to relax and unwind with a really good cask/craft beer and its well worth going to if your around this area.(This is my second review of the Cellar). Food nice but expensive. Service slow (ish). Very loud inside so difficult to chat with companions

Wonderful evening at victors Hale. James at the bar was especially helpful, delivering fast service and keeping us happy and entertained throughout the night.

We loved every aspect of the place. We ate 5 tapas plus bread, I was not hungry on leave. The staff are polite, helpful and professional, very kind and patient. I can not recommend this place enough.

Este es uno de los mejores lugares para ir el viernes o el sábado por la noche, ya que evitas el tipo de clubbing. Buena música, el personal es alegre y parece estar divirtiéndose y los precios tampoco son malos. Me encantan las pequeñas cabinas y la iluminación. ¡Quizás sería un buen lugar para la cita durante la semana!

This place is the definition of hit and miss. Personally, my experience was a miss. The calamari was served kinda cold without lemon, my red wine was served fridge temp, the rest of the food was wayyyy too salty, and the staff were disinterested and a bit snooty. Other friends have said they had a nice time here and had good food so it seems like it's just not a consistent operation.

Siempre miramos las críticas antes de asistir a cualquier restaurante. Las críticas aquí fueron excelentes. Reservamos. El servicio era extremadamente pobre - esperamos unos 40 minutos completos para nuestra orden para ser tomado, aunque una vez hecho la comida llegó bastante rápido. No hay atención para ver si la comida era buena y no hay bebidas de seguimiento / orden de pudín. En conjunto una mala experiencia gastronómica. La factura llegó con un 12. Cargo por servicio del 5 %, que pedimos se redujera a la mitad. Solo cuando llegamos a casa para escribir esta opinión vimos que 7 de las últimas 9 opiniones fueron todas escritas en el mismo día por personas que no habían dejado comentarios anteriormente. Obviamente había habido una oferta especial para bebidas gratis (quizás) para cualquiera que dejara una buena crítica. Me temo que una noche muy decepcionante. Escrito por una persona que ha estado en Trip Advisor durante más de 10 años, dejando casi 600 comentarios. Por favor deje un “pulgar arriba” si está de acuerdo. Es necesario reconocer las revisiones genuinas.

The Tapas was lovely. But the paella could have been better.

We’ve been coming here regularly since it opened but it’s really not somewhere I would do again. We came here yesterday and the food was appalling. Papas Bravas now replaced by bog standard chips which didn’t even taste fresh, overcooked Boquerones, morcilla was mealy, pulled pork sandwich all dried out. Basically we felt like we were eating the reheated leftovers from the lunchtime rush. Even I wouldn’t have served it to my kids on a rainy Monday night never mind actually charging anybody for it. The one saving grace was the charming manager who clearly wanted to sort it all out and was happy to take the worst dishes off the bill. The waitress was the same girl who always serves us and as always she was lovely and friendly. Can’t fault that - but the kitchen needs to be sorted out IMO.

Came here for our anniversary lunch. Food was amazing. The lunch deal was great! Although it was quite busy when we came in, the service was quick and efficient. Both people who served us, Joe and Aisy, were really friendly and definitely made us feel welcome!
