Went to a Paella night at Le Finca, our second visit. As with last time, the food was excellent and the setting lovely, but what lets the whole experience down is the staff. There is no “service” at all. We had to ask, twice, to order drinks, food comes out far to quickly, without a mention of how we we’re enjoying things. There did not seem to be anyone in charge of the floor, a couple of staff were doing ok, but others just didn’t seem to care, more than happy to stand in the bar area chatting to each other. At £30 a head (plus drinks), it’s not a cheap night out, but would be worth it if staff were a little more engaging.

Fantastic food with a very welcoming atmosphere! The host (who was serving and doing all the cooking that day) could not have been more lovely and helpful. Such good value for money for impeccable quality. The business is suffering because of the works going on outside so not much through traffic but I urge everyone to go out their way to try this place out. Well worth it and a highlight of our trip to Perth!

It’s clean, but very dated. We’re in a back room in the third floor and it’s tiny. In my opinion, it should be for a single bed not double. No where to hangs coats or out your bags. My box room at home isn’t much smaller this. I had to take this from the bathroom and I thought I’d open the curtains for some light, and the blinking thing fell down. Way too small.

We were looking forward to visiting as it is a new venture in my local town with highly rated reviews. I was very disappointed!!! Me and my friend had a table for two by the door. We were pleasantly welcomed. The server recommended two dishes each. The meals where very small even for a tapas or fine dining . The tikka dish was bland. The mushroom dish was oily. The steak and duck dishes were cooked perfectly, however the portion sizes were far too small. Over priced for small bland meals. And the front door was left open which may become an issue in the depths of winter..... Sad to say but we left hungry, and ended up eating a meal at another restaurant in town.

Came to have lunch then go round the garden centre. The choice is varied, the portions are not small (by Tapas standards). The service was friendly and professional. The food was superb, full of Mediterranean flavours, garlic, peppers, onion, tomato . All in all a very enjoyable experience, will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful authentic feeling tapas restaurant. Good portions, great advice on what to try, including specially sourced wines. Definitely recommend for dates, catch ups with friends, or family, or special occasions. We went for an anniversary and it was perfect. It's also only a few minutes away from Macc train station so perfect if you're from out of the area too.

We celebrated my husbands 70th with 10 of our family. Prior to the booking we had to pre order our food to save time as we had the table for a 2.5 hour slot. We chose dishes from the set menu and the staff calculated how much of each we would need. I’d decided to add dishes off the set menu to ensure that there was enough food as I knew my family would want a lot . On the day, we arrived for our table and were seated at 2.00 We were brought menus by 3 different staff who clearly didn’t know we had pre ordered. We waited until 14.45 to be served with starters which unfortunately were inadequate. 12 of us had 8 pieces of bread, and 3 small platters of cheese slices and meat. But no one appeared again for us to ask for more. By the time the main dishes arrived we were wondering whether we would get served at all. There was no one in attendance !! Our guests were really starting to get hungry and I was a little embarrassed. The service continued to be very poor for the duration of our stay, which meant most people had one drink in the entire time until near the end, in my opinion there wasn’t quite enough food, I was certainly glad I’d added the extra dishes. The anxiety caused by the incredibly slow service spoilt the lunch for me. We’ve been to Ole Ole a number of times and the good, atmosphere and service has always been excellent but for our lunch it was very disappointing. My bill was over £437 with £43 being service. I couldn’t see how I could opt out of paying for service so I paid £43 for virtually nothing!

Went here three times with my girlfriend for special occassions, with the second visit introducing ridiculous 45-minute waiting times. The third visit however was met with a very RAW beef burger, so raw that it could have been mistaken for the local livestock. Similarly, we found the provided glasses on the table to appear stained and dirty, not really what you expect from the premium you attend here for. Then, the chap next to us ordered a pepperoni pizza but received somebody elses mushroom/olive? pizza. Stunned by the whole situation we were unfortunately forgot to take a picture to share of the raw burger, and instead looked for resolution. The manager handled it well, we were given a small replacement burger with a complimentary drink which my girlfriend unfortunately was not able to eat much of due to having just eaten raw mince. But thankfully, once the bill came we requested for the burger to be taken off which was begrudingly honored by the staff. This would have nearly been a 1-star review if it weren't for the staff on duty honoring the refund with compliments as they should. However, this still ruined our night and we wont be coming back. Overall, the place is nice but falls apart when it comes to quality of food and service. It has fallen from a place I highly recommended, to a place I warn others to stay clear of.

We visited on a Saturday morning, early on at 9:30-10 am. We sat down and a waitress came over with menus. After a short wait, our drink and food order was taken by the most miserable server I think I have ever encountered. No smiles, no politeness, nothing. I began to notice around me that people seem to be waiting quite a long time for food. Our drinks took at least 20 minutes to arrive. At least another 20-30 minutes for the food to arrive in fact we had finished our drinks by the time the food was dumped on the table. The bacon, with my “American Pancakes” (though nice were the smallest American pancakes I had ever seen. More like scotch pancakes!) was cremated. You couldn’t even break it in half. This was not well done American streaky bacon, crispy and salty. This was bog standard back bacon cremated to oblivion. I advised once the plate had been served that I would not be eating the bacon. I was offered replacement. no apology, nothing. I accepted the offer. My husband at this point asked for butter for his toast. No problem yes I will get you some butter. … We finished our meal, still no butter and no replacement bacon. Three other people had begun to complain about their food in surrounding tables. On clearing our plates it was pointed out that we were still waiting for the items and declined to pay for a dish that the main item was inedible. This was knocked off the bill but this could have easily been resolved with a bit of good old fashioned customer service and a simple apology. Something that seems to be seriously lacking. . £17 for a poor breakfast and two drinks, is on the steep side.
