Nando's Eltham in Greenwich

We have excited small children who were waiting for a Nando's take away from 6pm. By 7:30 we made them sandwiches as they were starving. Put them to bed by 8:10pm and the delivery still did not turn up. 8:30 it did turn up missing half of our order. Even their burgers missed the top half of the bun. Thank God they were asleep. We are not a wealthy family and paying £60 for a takeaway was supposed to be a positive experience. What on earth, AVOID THIS DISSAPOINTMENT!

Nando's customer service is an absolute joke, you order online and they take your money, you wait an hour then call their customer service only to be told that they have delivered your order when they absolutely have not. This has happened to me twice now - it's theft, how else can you describe it. F$$k. You. Nando's.

Got served immediately, and the food came relatively quickly. I used to come here quite often before going to university and I always have a pleasant time. The servers were accommodating, and really lovely. We were served by Martina and she was polite, kind and very friendly.

Popped here for a cheeky Nandos. Got a table straight away and ordered at the till. The food took a little while to come out but it was nice, just what you’d expect from a nandos

Delicious food and they really took care to accommodate our grandsons food (nut) allergy. Empty plates, happy family

Came here for a cheeky Nandos, we had a little bit of a wait for our food but once it came it was pretty nice

Ordered a take away 7 December evening time I got home with it. The half a chicken I ordered was discusting wasn’t cooked propley and greasy as anything. Eaten from here loads of times very disappointed sides were spot on. It Wasn’t busy. It Think the chef who cooked it is goin to disappoint a lot of customers

DO NOT go to eltham Nando’s got served raw bone less chicken and food was cold no good at all.also slow service

My sisters and I had a pleasant dining experience at Nandos in Eltham. The food was served quickly and the staff were very accommodating. We would happily visit this branch again.

I like Nando's in generał however not every restaurant is the same. The One in Eltham is big, friendly Staff, food came very Quick even if restaurant was busy that Day. Manger or Assistant manager was visible on the floor. In generał I have a great first impression. I live localy and I Will denitately come back

Popped here on a Sunday night for a cheeky Nandos. We got seated straight away as it wasn’t very busy. We ordered swiftly and our food came out in good time. It was delicious and I left feeling full

This was a good Nandos - we came as a group of 14 in the middle of the afternoon and they were great. Service and food were good as usual

Love it here. Amazing food and amazing staff! Had a problem with our order but they managed to rapidly change it.

Came here for dinner one evening. The restaurant is new so it’s still nice and fresh. The service was good and the food was nice just like any other Nandos

Ordered chicken wrap with avocado and halloumi, unwrapped it and it was a mess, not even wrapped as a wrap to eat. The avocado was rock solid and could not get a fork into it. Thought I would try this Nando's as it's new but they've got a lot to learn in there. The dinners were not hot either, I'll be sticking to the one I normally use.
