I tried this place the other day and was pleasantly surprised how good the food was. If you're in Greenwich give it a try. You won't regret it!

Me enseñaron algunos croissants y magdalenas.

This lovely and atmospheric delicatessen serves coffee and hot paella and a range of special plates using the food that are available to buy! And lovely products they have with a good range of wines, cheeses and meats, and some lovely olive wood chopping boards! The staff were super friendly and even helped me to cheer up my 3 year old with an (unordered) free babyccino! There might be better Spanish restaurants out there, but I really enjoyed this, and it offered a much needed break from our busy shopping trip!

A shop with a couple of tables. Delightful staff very friendly and helpful. The soups the others in my group had were very nice. My paella was cool, very little protein and small shards of mussel shell in the food making unpleasant crunches. The mussels themselves were cool, the prawns were seriously over cooked and the rice was very minimally spiced a very dull dish. The menu is seriously limited, other times looked (from their description) ok but not a gastro treat! Only a few choices for drinks too. As long as you recognise this is a deli that has a food sideline you won't be as disappointed as sadly I was!

We had velvety pumpkin soup and a delicious duck sandwich sitting out on a November Saturday watching the bustle of the beautiful Greenwich Market. Fast and friendly service. So much to choose from in the vicinity but we were not disappointed ...

Rude staff barking at you if anything on the table looks like it came from one of the innumerable neighbouring stalls. We were taking foreign guests around London and this gave them a really poor impression (the only bad point, fortunately!). The belated apology (from a small pretty lady with dark hair - the manageress? not sure) was based on 'lots of people come and sit here when they've no right to'. Yeah, great, but not us: we paid £25 for a big load of food so get off our back! The bottom line is that her blockheaded trendy glasses-wearing staff managed to insult my family and our guests. Ten out of ten, why not have a go franchising that business model. On the food iself, the choc brownies were really nice. But the hot food was pretty hopeless - paella smelled nice but was actually quite mushy and overcooked, I don't think this would pass muster in Spain. My recommendation - there's much nicer food elsewhere in the market without the attitude - just carry it over the road to look at the Cutty Sark.

I too have experienced rude serivce from a member of staff who I believe is the manager of this resaurant - awful & embarrassing experience. The paella was less than average too. No wonder this is the quietest spot in the whole market. Do not wast your time to go there. There are plenty other eateries to choose from with friendly staff and great food - which makes Greenwich Market the gem that it's known for.

Did think I won't review as enjoyed it so much didn't want to return and find it over run. But the service was friendly and welcoming. The food excellent, tasty and really good value for money. I'm not a fan of paella but how fast it was selling meant it must be good. Shared a meat platter with a friend and more than enough for 2 hungry guys.

We have excited small children who were waiting for a Nando's take away from 6pm. By 7:30 we made them sandwiches as they were starving. Put them to bed by 8:10pm and the delivery still did not turn up. 8:30 it did turn up missing half of our order. Even their burgers missed the top half of the bun. Thank God they were asleep. We are not a wealthy family and paying £60 for a takeaway was supposed to be a positive experience. What on earth, AVOID THIS DISSAPOINTMENT!
