The best restaurants serving Seafood food in Wales

Found this takeaway tucked away behind our hotel and, based on previous reviews, had high hopes. Staff were very nice with an efficient ticket system to allow for queues. Got our fish and chips and took them to eat on the prom - fish was just OK, nothing more with very greasy batter. The chips were some of the worst we have had, again very greasy and stuck together under the fish. Maybe we just picked a bad night but we expected better - at least the seagulls had a good feed!

We booked this restaurant just before we set off on holiday, and were glad we did. After a long journey we arrived and were greeted by the friendly owner. The food was delicious, I started with the bisque which was outstanding, thank you. Main course was a selection of three different fish, also delicious and compliments to the chef. It's probably the end of the season now, but this place is well worth visiting if you enjoy seafood and friendly atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing service and food. I was going around in circles on the internet trying to find fresh fish for a special dinner. I went old school and picked up the phone. The lovely lady who answer the phone could not have been mor! Helpful. We bought 2 cooked lobsters and two tubs of white crab. It was so delicious and a good price. Also helped me find some other fish locally which was way over and above. I’d highly recommend heading to Little haven and stopping here. Top notch all around. Thank you ❤️❤️

We were staying in the Cardigan area and came across Coracle Fish & Chips. So pleased we did the food was really lovely. Fantastic freshly cooked fish and what I would call proper chips. 100% recommended

¡Simplemente no comas aquí! El cebo blanco sobrevalorado se sirve con 5 ramitas de lechuga, una cuña de lima y un dedal de aceite de oliva. Sopa de estilo brasileño con almejas, en realidad sopa con mejillones a los que soy altamente alérgica, el segundo tazón de sopa contenía unos cuantos langostinos muy masticables y algunos berberechos rellenos de arena. Después de esta maravillosa “comida”, terminamos con una visita a baños bastante sucios llenos de tampones, y se accede a través de una escalera de madera completa con telarañas, plumas y años de polvo. Jackson’s, los clientes merecen más que esto.

Visité aquí en junio pasado y nos aseguramos de que la próxima vez que estuviéramos de esta manera volveríamos a llamar a Cheryls. ¡Feliz de informar que es igual de bueno! Algunos de los mejores pescados con papas fritas que he tenido. Gran servicio de nuevo, nos vemos la próxima vez!

A little small, but my god value for money!

One of the best meals we had in Wales! Almost did not get the chance to eat here as we didn't realise that Narberth is pretty much all closed on a Sunday. So glad we opted for the seafood menu as we were craving a Sunday roast. Great fresh and local fish – we had the lemon sole from Swansea and seabass from Tenby. Highly recommend the warm loaf with laverbread butter!! The staff were so lovely too and part of the reason why we committed to eating there even though it didn't quite fit our plans. My one observation was that the front of the pub had a great atmosphere but further inside seemed less cosy.

Staff where extreamly kind and very talkative,place was lovely and clean the food was ok overall but chips where stuck together and batter was a bit undercooked.

Food has always been really nice chicken dinner is amazing.half rice chips chicken and curry sauce.

Visited here on Wednesday evening hadn’t booked but they managed to fit us in as it was busy. Really enjoyed our meal , we had the lamb skewers which where very tender and also shared the chicken dish with mushrooms and peppers which was also really good ,both came with salad and rice and we had a starter to share of tzatziki with bread which was delicious . Definitely recommend dining here , we will be back hopefully soon.

Best chippy in the area! Seriously! The fish n' chips are great. Special mention for the homemade steak pie, the own recipe tartare sauce, the unique mushy peas and the very special homemade chicken curry sauce and chips. Delicious!

We were really looking forward to a fish and chip dinner. Two mouthfuls and it went in the bin. Greasy and soggy chips, dry fish (even the dog didn't want it). Food seemed like it had been left over since lunch time. Absolutely gross.

Bought fish and chips. I drove only 4 miles and ate them out of the box so no plates to make them go cool. Chips were hot and tasty, fish and peas were lukewarm at best. Fish batter was too greasy. Liquid grease leaked out of box and ran into canvas shopping bag, clothes and car seat leaving ugly stains. Bad oily aftertaste. So disappointing. really wanted to love this fish and chips, having looked forward so much to tasting it. I travelled a long way for them because they were given an award. Not sure If I will give them a second go.
