A truly great chippy, the best in the area by a mile. Food is always cooked fresh to order so expect to wait a couple of minutes. A small price to pay for top quality fresh food, not the dried out stuff you get at the nearby chip shops.

Fantastic traditional little chippy in mold. It may be in the middle of a housing estate but it's well worth it. Proper fish and chips at very reasonable price & very tasty

Whoever said they were the 'worst' fish and chips is obviously a jealous competitor in Mold. My grandfather and then my uncle ran traditional fish & chip shops in the midlands and just like Dan they only opened at meal times, because they were so good and busy, they didn't need to keep open for people fancying a bag of chips on the way home from the pub! Always cooked to order, so fresh and tasty every time.

We travelled late Friday night to our caravan in Mold. It was late we were hungry and needed feeding. I looked online being unsure where to go for chips and came across Wes’s chip shop. We both had fish and chips cooked fresh and sat in the car to eat them. They did not last long! Well worth the visit. Thanks

Just moved to area and went here for the first time and was not disappointed! A traditional fish and chip shop with real proper food! You always know the food is good went the cue is out the door on a cold Saturday evening! Will be returning without doubt!!!

Always fresh food never had a bad meal from there and i use it twice a week .As i live close and it is good food at a reasonable price and great staff.

Best chip shop in Mold. Gives large portions or you can have a small portion at a lesser price. Fish very good.

Love this fish and chip shop, Have been a customer for over 50 years, Wouldn't go anywhere else in Mold , for fish and chips, Dan and his staff are very friendly.I go there every week.

Best chips for miles. My only concern is that I asked if the gravy was dairy free as my wife was breastfeeding and our baby has an intolerance and was told yes. Next day baby was seriously ill. Not funny. Take these things seriously please
