The worst chips I have ever tasted! They were dripping in grease but thankfully the portions were very small so didn’t have to throw too much in the bin! Absolutely disgusting and expensive too. Don’t even bother going here the food is horrible, overpriced and dripping grease.

Got three suppers all horrible. Been getting here for several years and it has slowly been going down hill past year . Me and wife have said it's the last and won't be getting another meal .

Chips were ok and fresh made could have done with a bit longer though, the small fish on the other hand very greasy, soggy batter and definitely wasn’t cod or haddock( my own fault for not asking as does state just fish on menu board)

My family and I attended this cafe after a lovely walk down from Seton sands caravan park. Unfortunately this was an end to our lovely experience… I was with a family of 8, we were looking for some coffee to go which it advertises. 4 of us went into the cafe to order the coffee, on doing so the older gentleman serving pushed by us muttering “for god sake”. At this point we weren’t sure if that was aimed at us. After a few minutes the sane man attended at the till to serve us. His first words “right whos first then” in a passive aggressive tone. I told him we were in to order some coffee to go which was met with further aggression. We made the decision not to order as the man’s attitude gave off the impression that he clearly didn’t need our business anyway. We left the coffee shop astounded at the service provided and I can comfortable to say that it was the rudest, most uncomfortable service I have ever received anywhere in the world.

Una vez que llegamos, el restaurante está vacío y una niña nos dice que el domingo cierran antes, ya que no hay suficientes negocios. En el mostrador hay dos personas más que comen comida rápida. Después de varias quejas de nuestra parte, le pido al gerente y él es una de las personas que come a un metro de mí. A pesar de mi decepción, ni siquiera se molestó en ponerse de pie y disculparse, hasta que fue llamado por la otra persona. No es la mejor manera de manejar un negocio. . .

Pedimos 2 pequeños pescados con papas fritas por teléfono y nos dijeron que estarían listos en 10 minutos. Los recogimos dentro de la escala de tiempo y condujimos los 8 minutos de regreso a nuestra casa. ¡Eran porciones de tamaño infantil! ¡en cada caja había un trozo de pescado flaco que le servía a un niño! Las patatas estaban frías y empapadas. ¡No volverás!

Read some mixed reviews on here for this place. Tried it tonight bought 2 fish suppers. Fish fried fresh for my order it was absolutely first class. Good size portion and great quality. Chips are real chip shop chunky types, not at all greasy. Best fish and chips I’ve had in ages

Husband ordered fish n chips and pork rib supper. They used frozen chips and the fish was dry. Very poor. Won't be back.We thought chip shops used fresh tatties.😨

Had a takeaway with family, fish, haggis and sausage supper, donner kebab. Chips have to be the worst I've ever seen. Burnt to within an inch of their life. Donner was reasoanable albeit greasy.

Stopped here for a single black pudding and a fish supper. The sauce they put on the fish was foul and the black pudding was inedible. I had one bite and threw it in the bin! Beware!

Wow so disappointing. Ordered special fish supper on a Friday. Called an order in for collection was told 5 - 10 mins. Arrived over estimated time and it wasn't ready. Had to wait a futher 10 minutes which okay they were busy. To be served cold chips and oily fish that was so thin the breadcrumbs held it together! Won't be visiting again. It really was like a breadcrumb supper because there was no fish

Awful. Ordered chicken fillets. We got chicken nuggets. Chicken kebab was horrible. Pitta bread hard, chunks of chicken and no chargrilled peppers. Chips were disgusting.

Staff don't know what they are doing, tables laid without cutlery for example, Breakfast was a comedy of errors as in no bacon. fried eggs that could bounce, toast arriving when not ordered; I could easily continue but the dismal picture wont improve.
