Best fish and chips in herne bay

Went on a Monday night with my gf. We are both chefs and had an amazing time. Service was fantastic attentive without being overbearing . And all the food was great produce, unpretentious, and very well executed. Chapeau to whoever was in the kitchen and on the floor. If u know u know

Popped down from London for the day, one of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. Staff super lovely and attentive as well. Would highly reccommend.

Dreadful cod fish, over battered and dry, I think it was cooked twice. Too many small chips. Overpriced very disappointing after going there for years. Dreadful.

Friendly staff, had cajun cheesy chips that were the perfect temperature and texture. Generous portions too! Worth every penny.

Amazing fish n chips. I ordered the kids cod and chips which came with a fruit shoot and mushy peas. Great tasting fish, perfect chips and the fruit shoot was chilled. Mushy peas were a bit wet but still enjoyable. Restaurant was very clean all round, and the staff were lovely and friendly. Free mint imperials as well - result!

We ordered a hot and cold selection of seafood. The hot dish was awful. The fish was frozen and very uniformed and the batter stodgy. One so called prawn had no prawn in it - just a lump of batter. All processed and revolting for £6.50. The cold dish slightly better but cheap crab sticks. Considering the place is well known for fish we would have got better in Iceland supermarket!

Lovely food with great gluten free options. Fish, chips, and gluten free nuggets were done perfectly. My husband had the scampi and said it was great. Child friendly too!

Unfriendly service. End of the chips, lots of small chips in the bottom of the pack.

Fish and chips are the best here! We ordered two portions, a bit pricey £14.95 with local draft beer, tasted great. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, oysters not my cup of tea, love fish

Donner meat from here had been beautiful the last few weeks, thought I had finally found a good kebab. Fast forward to today, horrible. Couldn’t even eat it. Threw all the portions away had a horrible smell to it. What have you done?!
