The best restaurants serving Seafood food in England

I order at least once per week from here for my elderly relative. The order wasn’t delivered and when I called to enquire, firstly the girl hang up on me and then I received a second call from someone who said it wasn’t their problem and denied having any details for the driver. They are only interested in taking your money and not interested in customer service. They have an appalling attitude and I would give this shop a miss at any costs. Appalling and disgusting attitude from their staff

Fish and chips for thirty people. Delivered on time, excellent service. Everyone enjoyed the food. Good vale for money. Will use again for future events

Live local and thought for a change we'd give it ago ,so we ordered Sausage and chips twice I curry I peas I gravy £18 odd ..what ? Felt totally ripped off for something that wasn't even great ..my partner orded while I sat in the car ..if I'd of done so I'm afraid I'd of seriously question the price ..disgusted and will defo not go again .. especially when I can go in to Rasen and get same thing for a fiver less ..

Popped in for me and my son tonight so I didn’t have to cook great food and friendly staff as I’m quite local we will be back again.

Couldn’t eat there after the toilet was horrendous. We had to leave before ordering it has not been cleaned in possible years utter disgrace.

I have been eating here once a week for the past 6 months and never had a bad meal or bad deal. A great selection of the simple food you'd expect from a chip shop (fish & chips, pies, sausages, kebabs) and also some curries and tikka, and really good pizzas, and more. Massive portions, at very reasonable prices and the food tastes great. The staff are friendly, mostly sikhs I believe (hence people of honour who would not give you a bad deal) and efficient: I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes when ordering in the shop. I think it's one of the best chip shops I have been to anywhere. I look forwards to my weekly visit to the Big Fish and I'd eat there every night were it not for the fact that I must watch my weight! I'm heading there tonight and am looking forwards to it already!

Toppings should go on top of the cheese not under it. tomato sauce was hardly detectable, base stodgy and spongy. the base was like a cake despite being billed as thin and crusty. if you don't know how to make a pizza, which really isn't difficult, then you shouldn't call yourself a pizzeria

This restaurant / takeaway has now found its feet and offers good quality food at a slightly higher price than the usual fare.Today I had the Full Monty breakfast and have to say it was one of the best breakfasts I e eaten for ages...even the black pudding was edible / tasty !The egg , bacon and all other components were washed down with a great mug of tea.. There were other passengers seeing what we had and were ordering the same...I was full till lunch !.Keep it up !

Thought I would give the local chippy a go , shan't be going again . Not very welcoming/friendly greeting. The chips seemed re cooked and just warm, fish and sausages not worth the money. I'll stick to Crusoes at the willows

Place is great very friendly and can have a joke. Franbuca and sheral were great bar staff and looked after us well, Got us a bit hammered too

Anoche ni siquiera se acercó el humo. Pedí 10 scampi de la tienda de chips Featherstone en Uber y esto es lo que enviaron. Salté en mi jeep y entré en primer lugar dijeron que no podía recuperar mi dinero. Luego intentaron justificarlo de nuevo diciendo que se había encogido en la freidora. Luego finalmente me dieron mis £ 6. 99 atrás. Una broma de un lugar. Imagínate ser dueño de una tienda de chips y enviar esto fuera no tienen vergüenza.

We rang for a delivery of fish and chips and was advised that they didn’t take delivery orders by phone only online via deliveroo or justeat. Part of my order was for a seniors fish and chips which they don’t give you the option of ordering online! We all wanted cod and chips so ordered medium portions. Personally I’d class them as small portions, especially for the price. However they were very very nice and we’d definitely order from here again. Really nice curry sauce too!

No todos los peces rebozados son iguales. Si quieres experimentar un pescado cocinado a la perfección pregúntales. Me encanta una masa crujiente. Su equipo de éxito lo rebozó todo. Satisfaciendo crujientes y suaves copos de pescado. Mi pasta permanece entera, nunca se pierde en el papel incluso después de sal y vinagre en coche a casa. Gracias por hacer del pescado mi plato favorito. Gracias Maya por hoy Ali por última vez y Lisa también. Nos vemos pronto.

I cannot tell you how poor this place is for chips. For the other bits they sell, I honestly can't say as I've only ever given them a chance time and time again just to cook a simple portion of chips (it's a chippy!!). Always undercooked, anemic and almost white, soggy or raw, horrible. I'm done now I just give up. Miserable teenage girls serve you, and to be totally honest they probably get this from the miserable husband and wife who own it. FGS just smile and be grateful that people still actually spend money here. You only open on matchdays, so if you can't be bothered with 1 or 2 days a month then just throw in the towel. It's no wonder you're up for sale,you opened a chippy but literally cannot even cook a chip.
