The best restaurants serving Seafood food in England

I had a wonderful experience at The Fisherman's Cafe in Poole Old Town! The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully cooked and presented with care. The breakfast menu offers a traditional variety of options. Every bite was delightful! The staff were incredibly lovely, kind, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. Noticed signs dotted about saying dogs are welcome which is great for both locals and those visiting the area with pets in holiday. The owners thoughtfulness really stood out! Overall, The Fisherman's Cafe is a gem in Old Town Poole! Great food, excellent service, and a friendly and fab atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit and especially when visiting Poole Quay. The butcher quality sausages alone are worth coming back for. Highly recommended! Plus… They also have vegetarian options.

Delicious fresh food, great prices, and always very friendly faces with 11 out of 10 service! Why people go to McDonald’s instead will always baffle me!

Visited Allestree fish bar for the first time yesterday after visiting friends locally. I was told they’d just finished a refit of the shop and it looks lovely. But better still is the cod and chips I enjoyed which were cooked to perfection, thanks for a great meal. I’m looking forward to being in the area again to sneak a visit to this wonderful establishment.

Good service value and portions tasty / fish cakes are 1st class

Love this restaurant been many times but first visit for a while. Food excellent, service excellent, but please bring back the Spanish music you are Spanish after all.

Recibimos una cálida bienvenida aquí tanto del personal como de la clientela. Las gambas picantes con papas fritas y mermelada de chile y la envoltura de goujon de pescado eran excelentes. También puedes pagar una bebida o una comida para alguien que no es tan afortunado como tú, lo que es un toque encantador.

Lovely evening, dancing n drinking to a DJ. Prices not bad, bar area quite small n cosy, upstairs toilets lovely .

Haddock was cooked to perfection, very tasty and a decent size. Not greasy. I'll be back for more!

Fantastic Food Quality Fish and Chips

Absolutely brilliant and lovely fish and chips been two days in a row now and will definitely be going back again

I had a kids fish n chip deal. You also got a side which I had gravey and a drink. I had orange juice. It was really really good and plenty for me as I'm a small eater. £5.95. Bargain.

¿Adónde has ido? ¡Una dinastía como esta no desaparece! Siempre el mejor Fish & Chips en kilómetros a la redonda. Es típico de todo que las cosas buenas están desapareciendo reemplazadas por opciones inferiores más baratas. Todo está empeorando, incluso Fish and Chips.

My visit to the Street Urchin was on Friday 28th March after being recommended by a friend who had made a previous visit with friends. The layout of the restaurant is very pleasing and having been sat on the first floor mezzanine was found to be spacious and very comfortable. I cannot begin to explain how delicious the meal was!! I ordered Grilled King Scallops Coquille Saint Jacques Smoked Haddock Cream Dill Mash & Crispy Seaweed. The scallops were cooked to perfection. The portion size was very good and flavours were out of this world. I would highly recommend visiting Street Urchin as the whole experience was excellent. I will be visiting this restaurant again and again as the menu changes frequently and if my initial visit is anything to go by then I so look forward to visiting again soon to try some of their other dishes. Really guys thank you for excellent service, food and restaurant ambiance. Look forward to seeing you again very soon.

We have come to Cornwall for a seafood eating weekend, and this was our first restaurant, then Argue, Newlyn and hook on the rocks, Falmouth. We were not disappointed. Delicious food. Lovely evening.
