We came to visit our daughter who had recently been discharged from hospital and wanted to give her something different for lunch. Nemo was the only fish and chips open in Penge but was a good choice as the food was very good and reasonably priced

I just moved to Penge, so I didn't know where my nearest chipper was. I did a google search and Nemo's in the only one left. I headed there and got the small fish and chips. Great staff, quick service and THE BEST FISH AND CHIPS!

This fish and chip shop is. The BEST. in South London. The portions are generous and cooked to order, and so tasty. We live about 3/4 miles away, and although we have chip shops nearer this is our favourite. On Friday we ordered through Just Eat, and and just eat let them down with no driver. The owner got in his car and delivered himself. What 5* service. Would encourage you to try them. The Cod bites are gorgeous, and chips with crackling are wonderful.

We loved this place! Only reason for the mark down was because the table we were at is ware the smoke from outside gathered and the seating was really tight. It’s a family affair and everyone was up to the task. They have reasonable prices and good food. The Chicken soup on a rainy day is the perfect warmup.

I like the traditional british fish and chips in a nice part of the big city of London. It remembers me my childhood and the hapiness to eat fried fish instead the normal cooked fish that no one with 5 years old likes.

A traditional chip shop, very friendly, helpful, efficient service. Proper chunky real chips, crisp and dry, fresh fish cooked to order in real beef dripping, fantastic. Generous portions. Like others wish I had found this place sooner.

Lovely bit of thick cod in very good batter. Fat hand cuts chips, crunchy gherkin and good size portion of mushy peas. All cooked to perfection. Saveloys and battered sausage looked good too but that would have been greedy

Have only just discovered Nemo's having lived in the area for nearly 3 years. By far the best in the area (and possibly the best take away fish 'n' chips I've ever had!). Amazingly fresh fish, well battered and the chips were spot on too!

Best fish and chips in the south east... Great cod and also great chicken wrap.... Lovely staff and great atmosphere would recommend any day...
