The Harbour in Cherwell

I hadn't been to the Harbour since before the Covid crisis started a couple of years ago. Ate there last week. It's just as good as ever. Exceptional quality.

Whenever we are in the area, we stop here for fish and chips! They've recently started doing 'extra crispy' chips on Mondays and they are unbelievable. Genuinely the best fish and chips we ever have. Friendly staff also! Easy to get here as you can park by the Tesco down the road.

Amazing food, the service is excellent! Always fresh fish, chips, sausages, chicken.... The burgers are yummyyyy. For the vegetarian people, they sale vegetarian burgers. The best fish and chips shop in the area!!!

We use this takeaway when we want fish and chips.In my opinion it is the best although the portions are huge! I can share a large portion and it’s plenty.As my granddaughter said we are eligible for a pensioners deal so will be trying that next time! Huge

Have just had the best plaice I’ve ever tasted and all freshly cooked and not greasy!!!! My husband had cod which he also loved. Wish we lived locally but will be back next time!!!

We have been going there for years. The people running it at the moment are very friendly and attentive. Thie fish is escellent as are the chips.

Nice fresh fish not greasy and nice chips hot and crispy on the outside and soft in the middle.. hubby had chicken which was also nice and hot,moist, tasty and a good size. Will definitely be back soon.

The staff care about their food - you can tell. Their chips are really nice, service fast and efficient. This is now my favourite Kidlington chipp.

Everything about our fish and chips today was yummy. The fish was freshly cooked in a nice light batter and not too greasy, and the chips were tasty. The staff were really friendly, helpful and the shop appeared to be clean and organised. Definitely the best fish and chips in Kidlington!
