disappointed today. Normally nandos is routinely good but here i was not impressed. a small portion of sweet potato wedges was not enough for 2 people. Also served without any dip. Other locations give you a bowl size full Chicken was barely grilled and I understand it being busy with half term but far from the nandos grilled standard I usually expect. Corn was also dry and tough, not as nice as the soft plump corn as is normal. The only redeeming quality was the crew kept checking up on me with good service but I would've rather preferred tastier food tbh. Avoid this nandos and head for somewhere nearby as this was to put it quite frankly poor for nandos. I've included photos of my meal at Eastleigh. Also photos from other nandos in the area to show you how it should be.

Like eating in a creche, screaming kids and people jumping on the seats. They were busy but the service was a bit slow. The food is what I call technical food - in that its "technically chicken" but bears little resemblance to actual chicken breast. I think it's reformed chicken. Warm beer bottles. If you have young kids fine but otherwise be warned it's a primary school canteen.

I’m extremely frustrated with my recent visit to Nando’s. Despite declaring a pineapple allergy when ordering, my burger arrived with a huge pineapple ring—something not even part of the meal. This made me sick and ruined my trip, as I was unwell for the next two days. The manager handled the situation but seemed unconcerned. I had to approach her for a refund and wait while she dealt with a delivery, apologising for being busy. After just being sick in the bathroom, I needed to leave quickly, and this lack of urgency was disappointing. This experience has made me rethink visiting Nando’s again. Food allergy safety should always be a priority, and this was a clear failure.
