Walk in , greeted and sat down , looked around and see a lot of character and great ambience , and then , I looked at the menu and just went backwards in joy ! Couldn't really make up my mind as just everything in it looked so mouth watering ...and it was , every little bit so well cooked by the Goan Chef , that you can taste every spice , every flavor . Don't just read this , give it a go . You will not regret it !

Después de haber vivido en la zona toda mi vida, me sorprendió que esta fuera mi primera vez visitando Mad Coffee Bar. Habiendo pasado siempre por delante, ahora entrando, me di cuenta de cuánto espacio hay en la parte de atrás! Es un lugar pequeño y acogedor con un ambiente relajado y agradable. Desde el momento en que entramos, el personal nos hizo sentir como en casa, recibiéndonos con sonrisas cálidas y un gran servicio. Mi esposa y yo decidimos ir a desayunar, y ambos estábamos impresionados por la rapidez con que llegó nuestra comida. Me gustó especialmente el tocino, que tenía un gran sabor ahumado y se asó a la parrilla en lugar de frito, dándole un buen toque crujiente sin ser demasiado grasoso. El plato de mi esposa era igualmente agradable, y todo estaba bien preparado y fresco. Para colmo, pedí un batido, que era sabroso y refrescante, lo que lo convierte en un complemento perfecto para la comida. Mad Café es un pequeño gran lugar para un desayuno relajado o brunch, y sin duda volveré. Es una excelente opción para cualquiera en la zona que busque una cafetería amigable con buena comida y servicio rápido.

The food is great, but don't expect anything too fancy. Good old fashioned Portuguese menu. The only issue is, service is very slow and the food took a long time to come out. But we can forgive that because the atmosphere and food is so good.

Tranquila ubicación agradable. Sabrosos entrantes, incluyendo paté de sardinas en tostadas de masa madre. Hermoso pescado fresco perfectamente cocinado. Grandes patatas fritas y ensalada de tomate. Nos encantó el vino, tanto el tinto como el blanco. Sin duda recomendaría este encantador restaurante!

Service was poor. Drinks overpriced (acceptable). Food quality, mediocre. Eg: chicken soup £8.50. Are they serious ??? Meat was tough.

Por lo general vamos a Lisboeta por Nuno Mendes y vinimos al bar Duero cuando abrimos por primera vez, así que hemos decidido volver a probar. y nos alegramos de haberlo hecho , toda la comida era genial y volveremos de nuevo en realidad llegamos al mostrador debido a los videos que tienen de la chef jefe trabajando en el mostrador de la cocina, así que nos pareció una gran idea ver a la chef trabajando en los platos que nos estaban sirviendo, lo único que diría es que la chef podría tener un poco más de compromiso. pero no es realmente un problema , volveremos

El restaurante muy bien organizado y los camareros muy amables y profesionales. La comida era excelente de alta calidad. Bien hecho camareros y Maneger, restaurante altamente recomendado Gracias por el servicio increíble comida deliciosa

Bonito y local, pero hoy fue una mala experiencia. Las patatas fritas estaban muy aceitosas y muy duras por dentro. Cuando logramos llamar la atención de alguien lo cambiaron, pero no mucho mejor. La señora mayor detrás del mostrador es bastante grosera y tan miserable. Me sorprende que les quede algo de vajilla por la cantidad de golpes que ella hizo en la cocina. Preguntó si queríamos hielo y limón en nuestras bebidas, el limón era prácticamente la corteza solamente. Con todos los golpes nos sentimos como si estuviéramos esperando para ser deshechos como éramos los últimos allí. Y solo era hora de comer. Tristemente no volveré a ir

Wouldn't recommend again. ! Been here numerous times and previously rated a 5* but this time chicken was cold and service when collecting wasn't good.

Excellent customer services from Chris after we arrived without booking tired & hungry.Even Sat us at a bay table after giving us a small table initially.Also picked up our take away.Food cooked well and good price Keep up the good work guys & thank you for your understanding

Jitan is absolutely amazing. At the moment I come here quite often, and everytime I see him he has a smile on his face, a positive energy and is always willing to go the extra mile to provide good service. Definitely the kind of person you'd want in such a role!

Horrendous experience at Nando’s Ely Leisure. Was wrongly told Fully Loaded Fries were unavailable, even though my friend ordered them moments prior. When I questioned it after having to spend more, the manager told me “your food’s already at the table so there’s nothing we can do.” My friend then found a hair in her food. The chips were lukewarm, dry, and the worst Nando’s food we’ve ever had. Customer services have been no help whatsoever - denying what actually happened and offering no meaningful apology or goodwill gesture. Only saving grace was the lovely Genie-Ray, who deserves better than working in a place like this. Avoid.

Dined in at Nando’s, manager Marcio was lovely and welcoming, gave us a comfortable table as soon as we entered, was served by Mirradoor who was extremely polite and friendly. The food was 10/10, but the customer service from both staff members made our evening meal much more enjoyable and pleasant.

BIA, the assistant manager is the rudest person. very bad attitude. gives dirty looks and makes you feel uncomfortable. What a bully. nandos need to take a good look at their staff.
