Good food, feels like a fast food... But with real food.

Stopped off for some food to break our journey up. We were greeted and seated straight away. Tasty food which again was delivered very promptly to our table. Big thank you to server Lauren who I felt went above and beyond her job, offering exceptional customer service.

Not a good experience. We tried their beanie wrap which was all wrap with no filling inside. We have tried their beanie burger before which was ok but this not worth it. When we complained, there was no action by the staff except apologising.

Fresh piri piri chicken, good location in shopping park

Great food at affordable prices. Tried the new Mediterranean salad bowl which was yummy. I Will order a quarter chicken breast rather than the sliced one as it has more flavour. Quick service and nice decor.

Top notch food and service! Gets overcrowded though..

The rudeness here is consistent. I was collecting an order for myself. Server pointed to a corner to wait. No signposting. I felt that they treat everyone who comes to collect as a liability and with disdain. Its been a few years since I first left a review here. And its still as crap.

Nandos is great for a quick bite, a step up from McDonald's or KFC as you get a plate and cutlery. A bit stuffed if you are not a fan of chicken, but other than that very pleasant. Service is good.

The asian/indian manager or assistant manager guy is a disgrace. Insulted my wife infront of two of my kids. Was disrespectful the whole time. Avoid at all cost.

Always enjoyed going to Nandos. Freshly cooked food, friendly staff and no long waiting times.

This Nando's is as good as the ones in BC, Canada.

Food was ok. Seemed short staffed. Had to go up and as for glasses for coke machine as no one brought them to us. No knifes in pot.

Amazing service and amazing food. From Yorkshire to Rugby I have been to a few different Nando’s but this one was the best. It is obviously well managed and the service staff / food staff put a lot of effort and care into their jobs.

The worse Nandos I've ever had very dissapointed the skin on my chicken wings was greasy & not crisp as it should be ,I was only given an option of two sauces of which I was given one of each between the two of us,surely a customer who has a takeaway should have the same options as a customer who eats in I believe there is about five sauces in total.👎

DISAPPOINTED ...... Very much frustrated on what happened in nandos today . I was an regular customer in nandos . I have been there multiple times and also to nottingham nandos. But this time they treated very differently . There were space but asked us to wait for some time. Again when I ordered for 5 quater chickens it came very dry and was not good at all. When I complained the first person he said it will be like this and its infused inside . I am not a first time eater or someone who just say yes and ok . I have been there multiple times I do know how it tastes like. And again complained next level . They took it and gave back after sometime. That was the same chicken that I gave back which was made heated and poured the sauce. I am just admiring are you making or thinking us fool or treating differently whatever is given to people who are new they don say anythingand shut their mouth and eat? We are not getting them free or gettkng from their pocket . paying money and we need the quality of food. Highly frustrated .. I recommended my parents who came from india to here for a visit but it was highly disappointing and felt bad for recommending. Don't even want to give 1 rating ..no other go . Very very very worst experience which was never expected . Totally waste of money.

One of the best Nando's I have ever eating at, loved the place.

If you asked if I would recommend this place, then it wouldn't be in my top 20 places to go. The food is basic and expensive for what it is

Lauren was Amazing! I came here for my post bodybuilding show meal and they had run out of pulled chicken for my first time trying the loaded fries. Lauren went the extra mile to get my order made with other ingredients to imitate the meal I was after and was really understanding and kind during the whole interaction - as a plus it tasted amazing. I really appreciate it and the rest of the food was great too, we ordered a lot. Thanks Lauren, great work :)

Hadn’t been to Nando’s in ages, generally not interested due to high prices and poor service, but partner fancied it, and I wanted to try the new spicy rice chicken bowl. So off we go. Walked in, greeter ok, sat at our table. Ordered food and drink via the app. £45 for two meals two sides and 2 soft drinks. Waited AGES for our bottomless soft drinks to arrive - a waiter came and asked if we were “done with our menus”, so we had to prompt him to bring our glasses after waiting approx 10 mins. The table next to us also spoke up and said they were still waiting for theirs. Considering most of the work (ordering, getting soft drinks) is done by us, you think bringing two empty glasses over wouldn’t be asking that much… but hey ho. So we go & collect our cutlery and napkins after pouring our own drinks, and find there’s no knives, only forks. The actual meals came out rather quickly, but had to ask for the cutlery. The spicy rice bowl was ok, no real qualms other than the fact I added the ‘half an avocado’ for £2 and was presented with a slither, barely a 1/4. I asked a waiter and he said he’d bring the rest of it, but shortly after that a guy who I assume was a duty manager came over and asked if everything was ok… we mentioned the avocado, and he nonchalantly replied “yeah that’s what I thought but that’s how they come”… Not wanting to get into an argument over something as trivial as avocado, I just accepted it… but clearly, no customer service skills, and £2 for a slither.. is outrageous. Ok food but awful service, and for those prices, it’s like adding insult to injury. I’ll never, ever understand people who rave about Nando’s, especially in today’s difficult climate. Save your money and give them wide berth.

The food is great. It was a bit of a waiting time but it was worth it.

Food was good, chips were well done and nice. The Chicken and gravy were really good and hot, can't fault them, nice flavour to them. Food was served very quick even though it was very busy.

Other than some noisy kids running around the restaurant we had a lovely meal here. Good service, food was fresh and tasty!

Food was good, and plentiful. The vegan burger patty, as with so many in restaurants, was very moist and immediately started squeezing out of the bun after the first few bites. I don't know if it's the recipe or the preparation. Tasted good, but had to finish with a fork. Garlic bread was tasty, if a little soggy. Vegan wrap was good, as were the chips. Overall, Nandos is a bit spendy, considering you have to either place your order at the counter or via the web site/app from the table, and you get your own tableware, sauces, napkins, and drinks from the counter. Basically, take out with a table.

No tables of 6 for 45 minutes. Place pretty quiet with 2 people sitting at large tables quite in a few places. Staff just not bothered anymore !

Great good - as you would expect from Nandos and the team. Highly recommend this specific branch - as the staff are all friendly and helpful.

Came to this Nando’s as a four all of us ordered our food at the same time me and my partner waited 35 mins for our food . We were sat watching other tables be served there food before us who had only just came in and sat down. Eventually me and my partner got our food and by the time we had eaten ours our friends food had still not be served to the table .service is awful staff where so unhelpful and won’t be back

The lady who served us (maybe the manager) was amazing ..... if she isn't the manager...she should be !! Tried the new garlic bbq sauce and that also was terrific.

I went here on Sunday with family. Sat down and everything was fine until we ordered. A technical glitch happened and it made them lose both our orders (as they were separate). After enquiring about why our food was taking a while, the above was what they told us, and upon recognising the mistake, the food was out swiftly and many apologies were given. The manager also offered us free desserts as compensation for the glitch. The way they handled the mistake was very professional and I respect the upfront honesty to owning up to it. The added touch of free food as compensation was also very much appreciated. Definitely give the staff their credits for finding out the root of the problem and fixing it swiftly. Made a visit which could of easily gone downhill feel very comfortable. Every staff member was excellent. Thank you.

Always a great welcome - the staff are great and obviously well-trained.. The food is always consistently good and great value for money. My Wife and I always look forward to returning there.

I come here regularly for lunch with my kids. Best staff at any nandos. So accommodating. Foods always good. Sofas are a bit ropey but it's not a drama. We look forward to it every fortnight.

Chip machine wasn't working so food took ages to come. But then it came out without chips and we were chips would arrive later. Id rather eat my meal in one go then each item separately 😂

Great service, friendly staff, prompt turnaround of order and then warm to hot very average plate of food. Neither of us were impressed enough to want to come back again. And it is not cheap.

Food was okay, side of mash was instant mash so.asked to swap for something else which never came. After asking for something to be done about it was spoken to condescending by a young member of staff. Worst Nandos I've been to.

One of Nando's better branches where the chicken is succulent and tasty. Otherwise, it's a busy Nando's! Don't forget your discounts if you have them.

We visited Nando's several times over Christmas. My birthday meal and then I took my best friends. Can't fault service or food.

Nice relaxed evening meal. Went with our son and grandson who is autistic. Staff were great and helped with a child seat, crayons and games. Food was hot and served quickly. Would definitely visit again.

Lack of cleaning at the cutlery station.

Our food was not the best and found the floor around our table was not clean , normally ok here but on this occasion did not stand up to the normal quality & standards we are used to from Nandos.

Great customer service here, the staff were really helpful when I asked about their gluten free options and they said they’d clean the area they were making mine in to avoid cross contamination 😊 Really appreciated it, would recommend 🙌🏻

Very disappointed. Buggy app didn’t work, it deducted the money but didn’t send the order to the kitchen. The restaurant didn’t have the courtesy to do anything about it. Made me wait for about 15 mins without responding properly and just said they can’t do anything about it.

Visited here last night, not only did their website remove my money but not place my order, and I got told by the staff I would receive a refund within 48 hours, once I’d then ordered, the service was dreadful, I had to go up and ask for a glass after my food had arrived for my refillable drink, my halloumi arrived finally after 30 minutes freezing cold and uncooked. I then had the loaded fries, which were great at the time, but me and my friend have since been awfully ill and had the exact same symptoms, since about an hour after eating the food. I would not return ever again after how sick I felt, the staff also need training on basic customer service.

Great place,with friendly helpful staff and food was good quality, if just a little expensive, but quality.

I really like the space! I just assumed it would be slightly dead but they proved me wrong. Service was brilliant! Everyone was on point and went the extra mile. Food was as expected of Nandos though I am not sure what I think of the cheesy chips yet 😂.

Very nice location. Service not great! One of the dishes didn't come until we started to question them. Ordered a drink didn't arrive until I finished my food, once again we had to ask for it.

Had run out of chickens. Chicken breasts x 2 were tiny, thighs were off tiny chickens too. Tasted OK. Chips were fairly soggy.

Not as pricey as thought. Nice service but obviously not like a restaurant even though prices are effectively restaurant or gastro level for what's actually included. Overall experience is happy but not exceeded in any way. Head FOH she was really good and efficient.

Took my children/teens out for a meal and I was amazed how much they enjoyed themselves. No arguments for a couple hours. The atmosphere changed their focus and it was enjoyable to watch them enjoy their experience 😀

Good Nando’s. Chicken always great. We shared a family platter. Lots to share. Left wit a full belly. ;-) it’s a 4 star due to the toilets being dirty.

Nandos hot is not what it used to be. The roast chicken at home is about as hot as that chicken. The dirty chips was much closer to the heat I was after. Nice idea. I was fortunate enough to eat at the first Nandos in Turffontein

Starting with parking, it is free, plenty and very good accessibility. Efficient service: you can ask for help to staff from your table (plenty of them as well), straight to the till or using a QR code (on each table) to their website to order and pay. Popular among couples and families. We had a bad impression of the family/disability toilet ( having so many staff coming and going chatting with other members of staff and management. Menú, food, music and tables were exactly what we wanted. Many options, all delicious and well presented, hot and clean. Looking forward to visiting again soon. 😀

I was served but a gentleman named George Smart, customer service he offered couldn’t be any better. Very helpful and with a wonderful smile.

Peri chicken and chips what's not to like.

The chicken thighs were delicious but the butterfly chicken on the sharing platter was rock hard. We reported it to the manager, who offered to replace it, but by this time we had finished the rest of our meal and declined.
