One of the better nandos I've been to. It was really busy but the service was efficient and we got our food really quickly. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. First time I tried the butterfly burger and I'll definitely be having that again!

They were great. I forgot to take pictures and review on the day. It wasn’t busy and the attention was so much nicer. Servers were great and I used the disabled toilet for the nappy changing facilities and usually as it’s a disabled toilet too I find they tend to be filthy but it was clean. Food was good. No complaints.

What can I say, once again the experience was fantastic. On arrival Andre's level of customer service was exemplary. What a fantastic young man, so pleasent, attentive, and hardworking. From ensuring table was clean to making sure menu's were cleaned before presenting them to us. Andre, you are an asset to Nando's, I applaud you. Now Timmy, what a fantastic chef. You handled that cook line in manner that would make Gordon Ramsey take notice! The chicken you cooked was the best I've ever eaten there. I watched you working, the care you took in preparing the meals. You oozed confidence, and this was definitely reflected in the food. You both made it an experience to remember. I hope Nando's appreciate you both. You deserve bonuses!!!!

Would just like to shout out to Timmy and Andre two both amazing people! From the moment I stepped in Andre was so attentive. His customer service skills are amazing! Such a kind, sweet young man! Timmy sorted out a little minor issue straight away and when she done my food! All I can say is wow! I like a nandos but I believe she actually cooked the best nandos I have had! So a massive thank you to you both for making this experience one of the best! I would have added a photo of my food but I ate it wayy too fast 🤣♥️

I have to give a 1star rating otherwise I cannot post my review. Usually a good experience in branches up and down the country - this is the 2nd time I've come to this particular branch - 1st time the drinks machine was swarming with flies and the management at the time was hell bent on me purchasing cola instead of taking it from the dispensers (how inconsiderate after highlighting their health and safety issue) Tonight, I braved it again, to walk into what I would consider to be a busy night. I waited close to half an hour to get seated (no apology #1). Was a table for 2 which was in-situ of a cramped arrangement. I went to order my food at the counter and was met by a very "overworked/tired" assistant. I placed my order with a very direct and specific way as to how I would like my chicken cooked (VERY well done), she gave me some attitude alluding to that she knows how it is supposed to be done. I know it can be a pain sometimes when food is asked to be done in specific way, in my case all I need was the chicken to be veery well cooked (which I was prepared to wait a few minutes longer for). I placed my order for drinks (1 x bottomless & 1 x water). She presented me with 1 glass for the bottomless drink and told me the water glasses had run out and she will bring to my table when they are washed (no apology #2). I waited, and waited .... and waited. My companion arrived and still no glass. At this point, I was setting the table (with cutlery, napkins, etc) and noticed no side plates were available. I asked an assistant for one, and again, I was told someone would bring it over (I do appreciate that it is busy, but by now it was slowing down). Half an hour has now passed since ordering and now I have been on the premises for no less than an hour to get food. STILL NO FOOD. Anyway, food arrives, chicken not cooked right (as per the assistant's knowledge and skill). The other person's plate was presented and was somewhat shy of fries which he nicely asked for a top up - spent close to £40 for 2 meals and it was frowned upon to add a few more. The manager was then called to resolve the issue (I assumed that she was briefed and her mission was to support her co-worker's stance). She came over and her attitude was already felt by both of us where we "knew" that she would not meet the needs and expectations of us, the customer. (no apology #3), no apology for the poor hospitality experienced thus far, causing rise to upset to an already hangry customer just wanting a few more fries from his shy portion. She then decided that she doesn't want to be spoken to in which her manner was now the focus and insisted that she will not do any thing about the food situation. Again, no apology!!! So, expecting us to roll over and be quiet she then threatened to call the non-existent security to kick us out. Comes back with her tail between her legs (knowing full well that there is no security), she now presents us with her intention to call the police - the same police who do not turn up for shoplifting or burglary (smh). I eventually decided that the lack of love for the food and hospitality had turn me off my food and lost my appetite... SHE REFUNDED ME FOR THE FOOD LEFT ON MY PLATE (less tiny portion of the fries I ate whilst waiting for my undercooked food to be made right). The worst experience I have ever had in ONE branch of many that I have eaten at in the UK.... #jussayin #disgruntled #pisstake

Can’t go wrong with a Nandos - service was as expected and food was good! Just be aware that due to being a very popular branch, that wait times can be in excess of 30-40 minutes. On busy days they have a QR code at the door to join a virtual queue. Top tip is to check with the staff first about wait times, ensure you’re on the queue and return back when your slot is ready.

Below average for a well known brand chain just in comparison to the two other nearby branches. Staff just don't listen to the original order, when bought to their attention they did not rectify the issue. The food quantity is much less in comparison to other branches and for some reason it does not taste as good either. The queuing system at the till is at an awful location when the restaurant is busy. When the double doors are left open continuously by the doorman allowing the cold draft to enter, your legs freeze if your sat on the main half of the restaurant and don't expect the food to stay warm after the first few bites. On a positive note, the restaurant is very nice and ambient with low lighting and cozy look. It's very clean. Lots of free parking on site. Two disabled bays in front of the doorstep for blue badge holders have good space for a wheelchair user. It's on the ground floor and is step free access. The chicken served is certified halal. They do ask all customers when placing orders for any allergies. This is a review from multiple visits and not just an isolated visit.

Made 2 orders for the same table and only received 1 order. After half an hour had to go to the counter and was told that order was not made. No aplogy except order is not on system we will make a new one. I didnt want to eat alone as others on table had finished so cancelled the order and again very quietly they refunded and i left. This is everything you DO NOT expect when you run a hospiality business.

I just want to give this shout out to Bia, who is the manager in Nandos. From the very start of myself and my husband walking in, she has been helpful and ever so kind. Beautiful lady inside and out. We had one issue which was our chips being overcooked and hard. I spoke to Bia and she replaced it with fresh chips and constantly checking if we was ok. Thank you Bia for being a great host and having a bubby personality.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Nando’s today , which has left me feeling upset and disheartened. My brother went to refill our drinks —he had a water glass, and I had a refillable soft drink glass. He went to fill his cup with water and then proceeded to fill mine with juice, as he was trying to be helpful. At this point, a white male member of staff who I assume was the manager began staring at us in an uncomfortable way, before whispering to his colleague. Shortly after, the colleague approached us and told us that we should not be using water glasses for soft drinks, even though we were not doing so. When we tried to explain the situation, she simply walked away. Feeling unsettled by the encounter, we approached the ‘manager’to discuss what had happened and express our frustration about being unfairly assumed to be in the wrong and, worse, racially profiled. Instead of offering an apology or acknowledging our concerns, the manager insisted that “that's what he saw,” despite the fact that the events didn't unfold that way. It was extremely disappointing to face such an experience in 2024—especially at a place where I expected more professionalism and respect. Racial profiling and discrimination have no place in today’s world, and the lack of accountability in this situation is upsetting. I will not be returning to this location again, and I sincerely hope that Nando’s takes steps to address such issues.

The chicken butterfly is just one piece of chicken although on the menu it says 2 chicken breast joined. It looks more like 2 chicken tenders joined rather than chicken breast. The chicken was served cold, there were no sauces at the sauce stations so I had to take them from other tables. The chicken was served cold and had to ask them to heat it up again.

The customer service at this Nandos was outstanding. We went at a quiter times, which meant fewer staff, but they were all very efficient and friendly. Shoutout to the Manager ( i think). I ordered Chicken lever and it wasn't cooked properly. Very chewy. I complained and requested to replace that. Which they did and even added an extra portion of rice. Thank you! I was afraid my meal was going to be ruined, but you saved it.

I've been a Nandos customer for over a decade. Always go to the Beckton or Stratford Nandos. Despite the Goodmayes one is closer to our house, we don't go there unless we have to. Every time you go there, I can guarantee you that something will be a miss. Either you'll find the chicken is not cooked properly or the ice machine is broken or there's no straws. This time was no exception. They didn't have straws. How can you allow people to have small pieces of ice in their drinks without straws? This is a serious choking hazard, Nandos! One day, someone will choke while drinking icy drink with no straws, and you guys will be facing a huge lawsuit. How can Nandos even let it run by some incompetent bunch of people.

This Nando’s has really gone down the last few visits. As we walked in, the table they gave us was soaking wet with streak marks, we couldn’t see anyone so just wiped the table with napkins ourselves. This is the second time we’ve come and they’ve run out of items we’ve requested to order, which is annoying. It was also extremely hot and they said their AC wasn’t working. Too many issues every time we visit; will definitely go to another branch.

Was very quiet for a Saturday lunch time, we were surprised it was quiet empty. There is free parking outside upto 3hrs after you will receive a fine through the post. Food was very good. Chicken moist and the starters were all delicious. Halloumi our favourite starter, the homous comes with a really nice drizzle sauce and also enjoyed the sweet potato. The offer high chairs for the little ones and have a range of seating options from booths to round tables.
