Terrible taste looks like they boiled the chicken first and then grilled it which was over cooked and bitter unpleasant taste terribly small portions we ordered whole chicken platter for 3 people and we weren't full felt like we got scammed. We've been to Nandos many times in different locations but this one is a worse one, The atmosphere and the staff is ok but the food is terrible and overpriced.

Attended and was not greated and seated. Appeared to be short staffed and lacked service quality. Just because it's Nando's it does not mean it's great. The atmosphere in the restaurant and the welcome feeling also plays a part. Best part was that my wife was with me. Disappointed.

The interaction we had with our server was amazing. She was amazing. Her name started with an E but we could not remember her full name. We ate in the restaurant and the order number was #99f55c. Also because it was quite the food was great! Thank tou so much!

Food is great, service was great and the staff are all friendly. It is in a great location with other shops around as well as plenty of parking. If you park to go nandos, there's a tablet inside near the door that you just need to put your reg in. They are usually very busy on Fridays and Saturdays so there could be some wait time depending on the number of people in your group and what time you visit. Always busy ice machine never works. Keep forgetting my food sometimes. A little long when you order together and get the mains before the starters

i was in this nandos last night and the staff had a dispute with the customer and when they customer asked to see the manger, the manager refused to talk and when she did speak she used foul language to wards the customer. i would never in my life ever go back to this nandos i had to leave my table and walk out.

Had a lovely time, and staff were friendly and quick to remedy anything that was not satisfactory. The chicken breast was overcooked on the chicken butterfly meal. They did take action by having another one sent out. The mash was overcooked and burnt. This was also replaced without any fuss.

Very poor customer service, very unorganised. Twice I have been there and was told syatem.shutdown and.we were.turned back. Very poor

Customer service very bad customer service. I ordered platter at 49£ but after few minutes they told me that they don't have whole chicken so they told me you can get a refund or 2 platter butterfly. We said OK but when the waiter came she brought 2 small parts of chicken with a lot of fries. II spoke with the manager Timmy Fatou regarding my order but she didn't find a solution. She didn't give me a refund or give me more chicken for compensation.

Great service. Top staff members there. Food on this accession was not flavoured enough even though asked for extra hot, the meat was dry and I was not satisfied with my food :-( Guys please put more flavour on the chicken.

I like the check-in system they use so you can just turn up when ready, however my friend's food took way too long. It took 20 minutes for him to get it after I got mine.

Really bad service, not enough trained staff, really slow to take orders and ignoring to clear the table . On the other hand if you're waiting for your delivery. Just forget about it. They keep the delivery drivers waiting for a long time. I'm sure other Nando's would be better . So it's advised to choose wisely. Lack of customer service

Just received my order just to say from the driver sorry I drop it and received half the order , called the restaurant only to tell me they will look in to it and never heard anything again.

Ordered a delivery and it didn’t turn up and the tracking said it had been delivered. Rang the restaurant and was put through to someone from ‘customer services’ and they said that the drivers route had changed and they would refund the money. No apology, no offer to send us a replacement order. Absolutely disgusting service.

I never leave reviews but because of one person I decided too. Im not sure if he was the manager but a gentleman called Riz is the nicest person and was so very helpful. I have a baby who is 14 months old and he managed to get food out for her within 5 minutes because she was hungry. The wait to get in was 45 minutes but because of this one person i would definitely come back.

So I went here to eat with my family and as a muslim I love how it was halal. The food was delicious however the ice cream machine stopped working at some point and so did the ice machine for the bottomless drinks. I did enjoy the chicken an dlove the mild to extra hot sauces to dip my chicken in! The service was great and the staff where kind and polite. It was a saturday evening and I understand that it was quite busy but the wait was 45 minutes and the food took another 15 minutes to arrive. The atmosphere was perfect and really giving off Nando's energy. Would definitely recommend.

I came to nandos with my family as it is the new year, i cannot express how pleased i am from this experience, this is all due to the service from the manager rizwaan who ensured we were satisfied constantly! Will definitely be back soon!!!

Food was cold, cutlery wasn’t provided when the food was served and we had to chase the waiters for this. The food didn’t arrive at our table altogether, we had to wait at least 10 minutes for half the order.

Waitress named Samantha took great care of us and gave us the best service we could ever have 🙂

Beautiful deco. It was clean but it was very cold so I kept my coat on which was not comfortable when eating. Winter is there so the radiator must be turned on. Service was long as we had to wait 35 minutes to be served. The starter was served too early, we then had to wait for another 35 minutes... It was not busy so I don't know why it was long waiting.

Lost my mums ring in Nando’s. She left is aside to wash her hands and it must’ve got knocked. We went back and safwa and the manager were so helpful. They located the ring right away and we even made a joke about it. Great customer service! Safwa was excellent as was her manager

Really like the design of this Nandos. There is a sense of spaciousness which gives it more of a relaxed feel than other Nandos where everyone is close together. Appreciated the service from Samantha, who has a positive attitude and is genuinely friendly

It was super busy, and people coming in and out made the restaurant feel cold, we asked to move tables and the managers were great and accommodated. The food was quick and delicious as always

Review of our experience on Weds 1 Nov for dinner - we really enjoyed our visit, with the food and service all being great. Despite it being quite busy that evening, the staff were helpful especially the manager Lucie, who was very attentive and friendly and gave us the recommendation of the Pastel de Natas for dessert. These were delicious! We are looking forward to returning again soon.

I recently dined at Nando's, and the experience was fantastic. The peri-peri chicken was perfectly grilled, offering a delightful blend of spiciness and flavor. This is probably the worst service I’ve ever had at a Nando’s I’ve been too many nandos in my life time and this was by far the worst experience of my life.. to order your food it takes ages as they only use one till. When I asked an employee called Riz why is there only one till he laughed and said the grill is not working. Me being me then asked what does the grill have to do with the till. He then laughed and walked off, so then I told MR Riz I will be leaving a review then he proceeded to have an argue with me about me wanting to leave a review whilst me being in the queue with other customers around. This then embarrassed me. He also asked why I was threatening him with this review i then told him this is my right to do this. This is my 2nd time here and both times there was only 1 till open whether it was busy or not. Manager is nice and explained why and she has great customer service

Visited this Nandos with my family, lady at the door named Lucy was welcoming and friendly 😊, we waited for a bit for table but Lucy made sure we had a decent table as I had my 2 year old and a buggy, other stuff such a mehdi were amazing best service we had by far from any other Nandos ever. My friend and I met for lunch in nandos. We were greeted at the door and were given a table and menu straight away. We were attended by Lucie, who was very polite and attentive. She really looked after us and came over to ask if we needed anything else. One of the best customer service experience’s I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommended.

Today I received the best customer service by Igor. Who has so much manners. really helps the customer, listen to the customer, even offer to hold the door when I left! Front of house staff done an excellent job at welcoming us and carrying out great customer service. Seated in seconds, I ordered from our table on the app, door came within 15 mins. Great portion and hot food !

Riz always goes above and beyond to be available to customers, answers every query and in a timely manner. Any issues are resolved by workers immediately and the service is very quick. My favourite nandos in east London and one of the few with free parking!

Been here 2 times. First time service was bad. 2nd time service was amazing. First time food was great and 2nd time good was ok. Its a mix bag.

Great Nandos branch. Plenty of parking available and this is a nice big branch. Quality of food is as you'd expect. Tastes great and decent portion size. Friendly staff and nice quality toilets. My only criticism is you don't have any reception in the store and they have no WiFi. This can be a pain, especially when trying to keep children entertained.

Fantastic service from Mehdi - he was so lovely and welcoming! Upon arrival he immediately showed us to our table and explained where everything was (as it was our first time visiting this branch). He was very accommodating and cheerful which made our experience even better as everyone was so hot and bothered from the 33 degree heatwave! Thanks Mehdi for the ice! 10/10 service :)

Service was amazing and the security mahad was amazing, best security guard ever, very nice man👍. Riz provided such amazing service, making sure our food was good, had us seated seated straight away.. Mehdi service was excellent too, checking up on us, making sure everything was all good. We come here often and usually have a good experience. Yesterday (2nd Sep 2023) we were served by an extremely rude and moody waitress (Fatou) who was so unprofessional! I had an orange reward to redeem, and she wrongly told me I couldn't get a burger even though it clearly stated I could! She was so pushy and intimidating, the queues were long so I felt I couldn't ask for a manager. Anyways, later I asked the manager (Riz) shaved head guy (equally rude and useless) and he said she gave the wrong information but insisted she had been working there for 9 years and was trained and there were two sides to every story! all he offered for recompense was a nata ( when i went to get one he disappeared and was blatantly avoiding me) We had gone especially to redeem the reward, I ended up with a pitta that i didnt even want! when I went to order a desert the staff member rudely said its £4.85 as if I wasn't going to pay and expected if for free! I spend loads here and do not expect to be treated like that! They have different staff everytime. Sheer unprofessional and incompetent staff who need serious training!

My brother and I took my father, for a pre-birthday meal as he will be 100 next week. The manager (Riz) seated us and the service we received was exceptional. My dad was presented with a small cake with a candle in it at the end of his meal and a number of staff, including the manager sang “happy birthday” as did some other customers. I usually go to my local in walthamstow twice a week which is always 10/10 in everything. Visited the goodmayes branch today as was meeting my friend and was not impressed with the service, the lady at the till was just plain moody and miserable! The chicken was hard and the meat had alot of purple colour bruises in them, my friends chicken also looked the same so we were put off eating it completely! Kids portion meals were ridiculous, 2 small pieces of chicken whereas in Walthamstow we get 3 good size pieces. I ended up giving my kids parts of my chicken which looked ok to eat. Will not be returning here again until standards have improved.

I just went to Nandos right now at Goodmayes and honestly the food was so good and the service was just amazing that I had to sit in my car and write this review. Iman and Safwa honestly the best workers who are so enthusiastic and eager to help customers which makes the service a better experience. Maria the manager was the best, she was kind, nice and very welcoming. I will definitely come back again.
