Arrived and was greeted by Manu, who had remembered me from a week ago, and had remembered my exact order and had recalled that I requested for a breast instead of a Leg, and had instantly came to me and told me he had already requested for a breast not a leg, this is unbelievable customer service, I don’t know if i come to nandos for Manu or the food, great customer service yet again, I can’t stop coming

Best nandos, I go here everyday without fail. Manu is the best worker ever, he always gives great customer service and constant checks up on customers to see if they’re okay, absolute legend

Staff not recognising Deliveroo couriers at kiosk when belled or knocked on window.I am delivery driver , the treatment of us couriers is shocking , there is a bell that is there but after 10 mins there is no response even though order was ready inside hot cupboard. Poor staff , no order within this Nandos, rude , aggressive and no quality at all or respect to delivery riders.

Great food as always. The gentleman serving (Malik) was a great help and very attentive.

Food was quickly served and hot. It was early lunchtime, so it was not busy. Service was polite and professional.

I am not pleased with my experience from the e staff here at Nandos stratford Romford Road because they are not attending the couriers or giving the Deliveroo couriers their orders on time

I’ve come in to this store 3 days in a row 10:20PM, and they have refused to serve me any food as they haven’t got any stock. So unprofessional and for people that come to your store it’s unfair as you have advertised that you are open till 11PM, change your store timings then, I will be taking this complaint up, I would like the owner to personally contact me, has he authorised the early closing. I also manage a restaurant and the restaurant should not be operated like this. Please inform your staff to cook enough. Very embarrassing for the brand you carry.

I went with my nephew and his family we had to 20 minutes before going inside but the workers was really friendly and keep apologising so had the whole chicken and chips was really nice and the service was very friendly will come back again

First time here to try Nando’s by Stratford The venue’s design is very nice and colourful and is designed in a half circle giving a lot of light. The food is still very good. We didn’t like the coleslaw wasn’t nice. The mash seemed less creamy in comparison to the back in days. Meet same old. The condiments seems lot of sugars and salts, prompting people to eat and drink more than they needed. The service was lovely. Would recommend this Nando’s and would return

This place is incredibly busy, to the point where it's almost impossible to even fit at the table comfortably. It's clear they are only focused on making profits, with no attention to the customers' experience. The outdated furniture, crowded space, and lack of proper maintenance make it feel like they don’t care about providing a good environment. For a place in Westfield, this is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back until they seriously improve things.

We cane for a staff party meeting. We were quite a large group (there were ten of us) and the staff were so efficient with our food and helpful. Our server Avi specifically was super duper amazing and helped us to take a group photo. Food was amazing like always.

Bad Experience - Poor Communication and Service I had a very frustrating experience at this restaurant. I asked for a glass of water, and they brought me an empty glass without any explanation. When I asked about it, they casually mentioned that I was expected to fill the glass myself. I wouldn’t have minded getting the water myself, but they should have informed me upfront instead of just dropping off an empty glass. When I expressed my disappointment, the staff kept defending themselves, insisting that this is "their service" and accusing me of being rude for questioning it. All I wanted was for them to acknowledge the miscommunication and admit that they should have clarified their policy instead of assuming customers would automatically know. Even the manager who got involved seemed more interested in backing the staff than addressing my concerns. No one apologized or admitted any mistake, and they kept asking irrelevant questions like whether this was my first time visiting. That doesn’t matter — what matters is clear communication and customer respect. Overall, the attitude, lack of accountability, and dismissive service made this a very unpleasant experience. I do not recommend this place unless you’re prepared to deal with unhelpful and defensive staff.

Me and my wife recently visited this place and we were served by namit. He was honestly outstanding and offered one of the best customer service we ever experienced. He made our day! Food and atmosphere was fantastic, definitely will be back!

Very arrogant stuff bottomless drinks were not available machine was out of order. No alternates were offered food was served moderately warm but not hot. Extremely disappointed if you are going for refreshing yourself don't bother going at Stratford Nando's

We were initially sat directly under the north pole of air cons so needed to be moved. After that it was fine. Food was as expected. Can be a bit hit and miss with how fresh the corn is but this was great. They do a good Mac n cheese.

Rafael is always very friendly, he served us twice now and he's always in a happy mood. He offered to bring us all the sauces, cutlery etc. and nothing was too much trouble. Keep up the good work Rafael!

Very bad experience. We came for this very Nando's cause it's halal to be surprised that i can't get my baby's buggy in. LESS THAN 50% CAPACITY, There were no space to leave in at the entrance since 2 other buggies were there. We were instructed to wait in the cold outside until a space is free at the entrance. Rude attitude. Would not recommend this branch. Very bad experience.

Service forgot to bring me a side and I had to remind them twice. So that other finally received my side when my entire meal was finished. Service also forgot to bring me water upon request they just brought me an empty Glass. Food was okay but nothing is really great. Serving sizes are way to small.

This spot is quite good during the afternoon as there are not as many people during the day compared to the evenings as it can get very busy. The staff welcomed everyone nicely and as after we ordered got our food quite quickly(between 5-10 minutes). The staff always came to check up on us as we enjoyed our food. Overall this was an enjoyable lunch with a fair price for the food.

Several of the chicken burgers were not available.

i’ve come here many times and the service is always immaculate. the waiters take such good care of us, especially rafael and abdul. i’ll be coming back again definitely

I went there with some of my friends yesterday for lunch. We went there around 2:30 pm nobody welcomed us and after some time we went to a table and a lady came to us and said why we came to the table by nobody’s supervision with bad attitude and rudeness and said us to go back to the door again. After we ordered food she served the food without any professional way, she just slammed foods on the table and hit one plate to others plate. The lady was very unprofessional and rude towards us. She wore a red T-shirt but I didn’t catch her name. The experience was really bad for us. The food and environment was good but behaviour of that employee was unexpected.

Went on a Sunday late afternoon. We didn't book, thought we might have trouble getting a table as it looked busy, but we got one straight away. Staff friendly and helpful.

The customer service was terrible. Had me waiting for 30 minutes for my takeaway order when they said it’d take 10 mins. When I asked for an update on my order, Raina (I think her name was) was rude and condescending. Avoid at all costs.

Zee. Amazing employee and the company is very lucky to have him! I went in for a quick dinner as I was in a rush to go to work. SUPER busy, with a queue outside. As I was alone, he was able to accommodate a table for me instantly. I expressed my urgency of leaving within 30 minutes as the expected wait time for my food to come out was 30/40 minutes. I kid you not, ordered and within 5 minutes my order was out as he told me would make a request for me. He made experience seamless in any restaurant. Wish you the best Zee!

I’ve got to be honest. One of my best experiences in Nando’s. Me and my partner were hosted by Zee. He made sure we got a table we wanted. Ordered online and the food arrived pretty quick even though it was busy. We were asked if everything was okay and it didn’t feel like we were being pestered for the chicken stick to be handed back! Honestly, I hadn’t been to this branch in a long while but I will now remember to visit more often. Big shoutout to Zee! He made things that bit smoother.

Good service & staff are friendly

Today me and my wife went in there for lunch. We go to this brunch most often but I would say this time the food was awful. We ordered boneless platter with lemon and herb seasonings. My wife can’t eat spicy food so I made sure there were no spices on the chicken but when it came it was spicy. My wife didn’t eat at all and I ate some very hardly. No taste on chicken, portioning was poor. It’s not our first time there, we will be coming back again and hope will get some food that we can eat and enjoy. Thanks.

Always a good place to get relatively quick food. Unfortunately the increase in price for the basics on the menu did feel slightly difficult to justify as there weren't really any improvements to it.

This used to be a good nandos. However, the manager needs to work on her customer service skills, making the experience awful. Also, why is the top seating area always closed until its convenient for them this place needs a revamp from the manager to the restaurant.

ordered takeaway of a beanie burger for a vegetarian... who took a bite and it was a chicken burger! absolutely appalling... was told they will contact me after investigation and THEY DIDNT. complained via email and still no reply. horrendus service and disgusting this has happened

Seen a waitress being attacked by a man!! Not safe for women. Hope the poor young lady is ok and management support her fully.

Simple and good food. The restaurant is spacious and it was easy to order though their ap/online. A little confusing that some things on the menu is missing when you order online. We were all starving after a long trip so chicken and bottomless soft drinks sounded like heaven. I had the burger and boy was it DELICIOUS. The chips were a bit sad. Went back for dinner the day after 🌽

8.40pm - 9-15pm Placed an order through the nando’s app. The money was taken out of my account but the order wasn’t fulfilled. Went into the store and spoke to Angela (supervisor) and explained the situation. Angela failed to say how long it would take for the refund and when i tried to ask she would dismiss and talk over me. I then asked for a manager to clarify. When the assistant manager (mili) came I noticed the refund fulfilled. I then told the assistant manager (mili) that the situation is fine and she spoke to me in an abrupt sarcastic manner saying the exact same things the supervisor (angela) said. When I finally got a word in to explain that the situation is fine. The assistant manager Mili dismissed me everytime i spoke. I then explained how i felt disrespected to the supervisor (angela) as she was the only one listening to me. Then the assistant manager (mili) insisted i listen to what she was saying. As I spoke, the assistant manager (mili) continued to cut me off. I then ignored everything she was saying and this caused her to call the security. The security escalated the situation by calling me aggressive and trying to get me removed. The security later apologised as he figured out where he went wrong. The situation ended by us speaking the Zee (who’s should be promoted) which understood where we came from and helped us. As a black women i felt disrespected and targeted by the workers in this Nando’s. I wouldn’t recommend going to this Nando’s again as they don’t know how to respect their customers.

The atmosphere is quite good and buzzing. I decided to opt for the chicken burger which was ok. The order took ages to come and was on the cold side too. As for our dessert well it got lost and we after waiting for 20 minute for a ready made tubs of icecream it eventually surfaced The toilets must say was a total mess . I don’t think I will try the burger again but stick to my usual Staff were pleasant enough despite being extremely busy

The food was delicious. First time having liver in nandos. It's popular and tastes delicious. Not available in Canada. Sauce packets were also good for takeout.

It was cold food served. Very bad food all food was severe cold. We complained and they just warm up little. Pathetic food. Don’t go there for food.

Great atmosphere and food no doubt. Management sucks and hospitality non existent.Especially lady manager is rude and arrogant and no consideration.Puts me off to go there.
