UPDATE I came back a while and new staff completely and the guy in charge is no longer here. New staff are very friendly quick. Amazing service and everyone seems happy to be just working there. I previously rated this 3/5. My new updated rating is 5/5.

Love place for desert, the costumer service was really good especially from the young lad called uzair who helped myself and my friend place our orders while giving us recommendations.

The quality of the desserts have gone down drastically. We got 5 different desserts and they were all horrible. Asked for caramel sauce on waffle and the waffle was covered in some watery brown liquid, no idea what kind of sauce that was. Chocolate sauce is horrible too - tastes off and almost fake-like. Only good thing was the £1 vanilla soft serve. Better off getting some ice cream and waffles from Tesco instead.

Great customer service. The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The food was very well presented and tasted delicious. The seating pod seats could do with some new upholstery, but apart from that me and my family had great time.

Food was OK. The cookie dough is more like cake than cookie dough. The milk chocolate tasted more milky than chocolatey. The atmosphere was nice and place was clean. Our waiter Uzair was so lovely and friendly and ensured we were happy with our order! He went above and beyond when we complained about the cookie dough.

The service is very very slow. I’m here on a Saturday and we came for 2 ice cream cones. Ordered at 17 past and received at 34 past. Bit of a joke! And there are only 6 tables occupied so not sure how much of an excuse that could be as I only saw a staff member attend a table once during my time here. Too busy with online orders?

Menu is very extensive and interesting. We tried the Oreo waffle. It’s was okay. I did not like the chocolate sauce. Visited the store very quiet time but took long to get the dessert. May be they were busy doing online orders. Staff were attentive and okay.

Desserts were delightful. Very happy with their service especially from Faiza and Sinsu. Very kid friendly atmosphere. Sadly no photos of our desserts as it was too good to wait. Would go again in future for a treat for the kids after school. Also want to say a big thank you, as when we went last, my daughter had accidentally left her wallet, in which they had held onto it for safe-keeping, and it was 4 days later that we had realised she lost it! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Uzaur lovely and friendly was able to sort out my late order. Very pleased with the service from him today

Visited with my family and was very disappointed. There were several flies in the booth that we were sitting in, andmore around the shop. One of the flies had ended up in 2 of our orders which quite frankly is disgusting. The waiter had even walked away and said “ we have a fly problem “. The food had taken a very long time considering there was about 6 workers with few customers.

The food was disappointing as well as the atmosphere. Flys everywhere and they were preventing us from having a good time. The only upside to this experience was one of the lady's serving us was nice. The other lady was a little bit rude.

I fell like waiting for a milkshake for 10 to 20 minutes is not acceptable. Specially when one of the workers is cutting strawberry’s and the other one is looking around. And the place is empty. These is a message to other people if you want a milkshake that takes 20 minutes and taste like one that other places makes it in 2. Then you can come here.

Arrangement of tables and chairs are always a mess. Floors are never sweeped. Disgustingly sticky menus that never get cleaned. Upon being taken to our seats the waiter throws the menus onto the table… Not a great experience

I really didn't like how they had so many there and the waffle was cold and the chairs and tables where dirty and sticky when we asked for water we had to get it our self and it was warm

I recently visited Creams Dessert Place and was disappointed with their ice cream offerings. The pistachio ice cream, which was recommended by an employee, unfortunately tasted like play-doh—definitely not what I expected. 0/10 The Bueno ice cream had an odd undertone, almost like cardboard. I can't recommend the ice cream here based on my experience. 2/10

Try your milkshakes before you leave. Just bought two Ferrero Rocher milkshakes. One of the milk taste funny, lemony. Milk must of have been left out of the fridge for more 20 minutes for the bacteria to build up.

I ordered 2 ferrero rocher milk shake, and cappuccino totally disaster and disappointing.. all I can tast is milk, customer service very poor, not bothered. Cappuccino was watery. Never coming back, wasted my money
