Creams Cafe Beckton in Newham

Do not come to this branch He microwaved the cheesecake ?! some parts were hot and some were frozen. He even remade it for me but still the same issue. Will not be returning

Deserts are ok, I’ve had better, but the service from Uzair was spectacular!

Been here a fair few times, have to wait ages (sometimea in excess of 15 mins) for a simple 2-3 scoops of ice cream or a milkshake. This is later in the evening when it's not that busy. Have stopped going now though as I ordered a hot chocolate and it tasted like water with a teaspoon of cheapo hot chocolate thrown in. I went to McDonald's across the road and for 1/3 of the price I bought a drink that was actual hot chocolate.

They have gone rubbish now dessert not nice they made the sundae ice cream portion smaller and now charge for vanilla ice cream when ordered with waffle. Waffle taste like it was made in microwave . They have gone down in service and food. Avoid look for better place.

I am posting this at 21.53 and it's closed. We knocked on the door as you can see staff inside looked at us and didn't bother to respond to us or open the door.

The food was great and the service was decent.

Excellent customer service from uzayr

The nicest thing we got from here was the bottled water! Ordered a waffle, cappuccino and sticky toffee pudding and everything was cold, even though the store wasn’t busy. The waffle was undercooked and the pudding very dry. Waitress barely acknowledged us and left the food at the edge of the table rather than in front of us. All in all a poor experience.

I just got the worst milkshakes from here. Ordered 2 Ferrero rocher milkshakes and their was no chocolate taste at all, just tasted like milk and cream. Never buying from here again. We had to throw our milkshakes away after a few attempts to drink it.

20 minute wait is too long for a milkshake

I had a visit at the Becton Creams the other day! Good atmosphere, delicious desserts and the staffs were really lovely. Credits to the manager for maintaining the store in a good and vibrant condition.

UPDATE I came back a while and new staff completely and the guy in charge is no longer here. New staff are very friendly quick. Amazing service and everyone seems happy to be just working there. I previously rated this 3/5. My new updated rating is 5/5.

Love place for desert, the costumer service was really good especially from the young lad called uzair who helped myself and my friend place our orders while giving us recommendations.

The quality of the desserts have gone down drastically. We got 5 different desserts and they were all horrible. Asked for caramel sauce on waffle and the waffle was covered in some watery brown liquid, no idea what kind of sauce that was. Chocolate sauce is horrible too - tastes off and almost fake-like. Only good thing was the £1 vanilla soft serve. Better off getting some ice cream and waffles from Tesco instead.

Great customer service. The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The food was very well presented and tasted delicious. The seating pod seats could do with some new upholstery, but apart from that me and my family had great time.

Naresh has excellent customer service as do the rest of the team. Wi-Fi could be a lot better.

Food was OK. The cookie dough is more like cake than cookie dough. The milk chocolate tasted more milky than chocolatey. The atmosphere was nice and place was clean. Our waiter Uzair was so lovely and friendly and ensured we were happy with our order! He went above and beyond when we complained about the cookie dough.

The service is very very slow. I’m here on a Saturday and we came for 2 ice cream cones. Ordered at 17 past and received at 34 past. Bit of a joke! And there are only 6 tables occupied so not sure how much of an excuse that could be as I only saw a staff member attend a table once during my time here. Too busy with online orders?
