My first time at nandos and I'll not be back, the staff were lovely but the food wasn't great

Loved it. Quite busy as visited on Saturday night but seated within a few minutes and didn't have to wait long for food. Service superb, waitress very friendly and food great as always.

First time at this location. Same great food and great service as all the others. We did stay chatting for a bit longer than we meant to, it was nearly closing and I’m sure the staff thought we would never leave but they were so nice and didn’t rush us. The app ordering was super easy and the service was quick

Came to the Nando’s to have some food spent over £50 my chicken was raw and when I asked them to change it they said no there’s nothing wrong with it they guy was named (Ed) he said he can cook it more but not change it then I caught them laughing at us so I demanded a refund I eat in Nando’s all the time this is by far the worse one I’ve had they are discriminating against the travelling community so if you want to be eating food being prepared by the divis hoods and west Belfast joyriders go to this Nando’s honestly they are in a bad way for staff cause they will hire anyone !

Food came out at different times yet somehow the person who was served 1st had cold food barely lookwarm and they had reluctantly finished before I was given my wrap at least about 15 minute gap instead of enjoyment which we usually get it was simply "filling a void" as we needed to eat. Usually good but standard has dropped.. server was very rude to all customers that we witnessed no one asked if our food was okay and it wasn't for being overly busy simply uninterested and lack of attention. Disappointed. Will only be returning to the Victoria square store as their standard no matter how busy is fantastic.

No queues so were seated quickly, ordering was quick and easy tho we had to go to the till as not all items on the menu were showing on the app, food was served quickly and was very tasty, staff were pleasant and helpful.

Catling was brilliant . So helpful , polite and professional .

Waited really long on the food and the manager Ciaran was very rude and even walked up to my car when I left and aggressively knocked on my car window. Something I think is very rude for manager

Went for birthday food. Awful experience, 4 of us all glasses were dirty but one was disgusting had to ask for a replacement got given one slightly less filthy. Waited a while for food, friend got chips we found a curly hair on it… disgusting but after paying £85 for food and waiting we dodnt want to send it back. Asked if they do any birthday things for desserts manager Bart looked disgusted at us asking v unprofessional. Mac and cheese is absolutely dosgusting runny and cold… beyond appouled. Will not be back.

I've been to many Nandos and this was certainly one of them.

Have been in it a few times recently. Service is great, food is delivered promptly and the atmosphere is nice. Never had any issues. Always have lots of staff, so it's very well organised and you're always attended when need be & everyone is friendly. 5/5!

Food is always hot and delicious. The Staff in Boucher branch are first class - always providing a polite, friendly, and helpful service. Well done 👍 😊

Our first time in Nandos. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful - every single one we interacted with. We've been eating out all week all over Belfast and the customer service here was by far the best! We enjoyed the food too :-)

Nandos food always good everywhere. However the staff that sat us at Boucher was extremely rude. She wanted to seat us next to the toilet door. We refused and she threw the menus at the table we chose. This place is generally filthy. The was a clunk coming from the toilet. Nandos ...surely you can do better this is way below the Nandos standard that I have become accustomed to for more than 25 years from all over the world. Pliz fix it

Wee would like thank Tammi and nandos (boucher road) for kindly sponsoring our ST JAMES SWIFTS player of the week award. Tammi kindly provided one of our kids with an award for player of the match and it didn't disappoint, the kid in question got to enjoy a free meal with his parents (who also got discounted) last Saturday and couldn't off been more happier with the kindness from tammie and also from there server Craig who they said was an absolute gentleman. My husband & I went today. It was our first experience as two oldies going to what we believed to be a young person’s place. We were a little apprehensive but… as we approached the door it was opened by a lovely staff member Rachel. I am wheelchair bound so she immediately sorted a table. She moved chairs & made it very accessible for me. She had a lovely bubbly personality so we didn’t feel embarrassed to ask her how we could order. She took the time to go through the menu with us & explained if we couldn’t do it by phone then we could order at counter. We were relieved at that! Even so we needed to ask a few other things & a young man caught our eye. He was very helpful in answering our query. After deliberating my husband went to till & again Rachel helped & took his order. Our food was delivered quickly & was absolutely gorgeous. I cannot recommend Nando’s highly enough but our return (we definitely will now) is based on the amazing customer care. All staff were great but for us Rachel was outstanding & a credit to your company. Please pass on our Thanks to her. :)

So good to see this South African favourite is prepared true to its home style. Well done Nandos Belfast..... You did SA proud. Affordable food.... Tasy and well served. You could see that it is a local favourite because the other diners in the near was very quiet.

Fantastic place to relax, chill and entertain two young ones (3 year olds) who cleared their plates. Staff were brilliant with them! We will definitely be back.

Amazing visit! Iv been to a good few nandos restaurants but I have to say this one has to be the best! Lovely and clean, brilliant atmosphere, food was all lovely, quick fresh and cooked to perfection. Staff were so friendly and helpful! We landed in quite late with a. Rather large table and they couldn’t have been more accommodating!! Thanks so much! Will highly recommend

Good food, as expected from Nando’s, the thing that stood out the most was the staff! Everyone we engaged with were fantastic.

My dining partner is a Nandos regular, myself not so much, probably had it maximum 5 times,the best being in Blackpool while on a family holiday,so I was actually looking forward to going again, sadly I was also quickly disappointed,the starter was the hot wings,which are actually thighs were horribly stringy and awkward to eat, barely any chicken on them plus too messy,hot wings should be 2 bites and done,not trying to wrestle a bit of chicken off them,for mains we both went for Nandos chicken burger and fries & side, corn on the cob, honestly have to say the only thing I actually enjoyed was the corn on the cob,the burger bun wasn't fresh and the chicken slightly tough so not an enjoyable eating experience for myself, funnily enough my partner actually enjoyed their meal,so hit and miss for Nandos this time,as always the staff were more than helpful and did an excellent job.

Normally as a coeliac it is a nightmare to eat out but my experience here was great - manager took time to go through menu with me and food was delicious - staff were just brilliant

Fast food, with smiley people. But I had to do all the work of ordering the food, then the app didn't work, so had to go order at the counter. A noisy, crowded and tense environment. Never again. Oh did I tell you about the super expensive food! OVER PRICED! : (

Watched our food sit at the pass for 10mins before it was served cold, asked for it to be replaced. They brought the food back with fresh chips and cold burger, staff more concerned with drinking a Costa at the till area.

Was here yesterday on a lunch date with my friend and the service we got of a guy called Eddie was amazing not only was his customer service fab but actually made me laugh on a down day...keep being you keep up your hard work kid

I was very disappointed. Ordered the sunset burger and got this tiny thing with two little pieces of chicken. Was ridiculously small. With fries it cost more than what you get next door at Slim Chickens chicken burger meal. Really poor value in both price and quantity. Taste was also poor. My advice...if you want a chicken burger go to Slim Chickens.

Visited nandos on Thursday night at around half 6 with my sister and have never been so disgusted. Ordered a butterfly chicken meal with 2 sides. When I cut into the butterfly chicken it was completely raw inside. I approached the staff and was told that it must of been a vein! But the photo shows it is 100% not a vein and it was raw. I have to say the staff were not helpful at all, did not offer me a refund until my mum phoned and I had to go back. Have been so sick the last 2 days as a result of this. Will defo not be back. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Good food, good service but can be cold.

Good place to have lunch in. Service was good but we could see that the machines for drinks and frozen yogurts were obviously not cleaned in a while, there was lots of dark, old cola stain drips everywhere on the machines. The food was good, though a little dry, perhaps they were sitting under the heater a little too long. Other than those, visibly, the staff work very hard and appreciate the service and branch

Food awesome, If you like your chicken. It’s chicken in wraps, baps, on it’s on, the food is fantastic- the service is a bit slow. You can download their app and order and pay from your table which is great. Service is always quite slow.

We were so hungry and the food looked so good we tucked in and forgot to take pictures.But we absolutely loved our experience. The staff were professional and friendly. It wasnt too full so great environment and l absolutely love that while eating great food l listen to music from Africa too.The food was amazing and great portion sizes ,we wanted to try the desserts as they had a great menu but were too full.All in all an amazing experience, cant wait to go back and hopefully the other brances can learn from this one

We were told that the food would be 30 minutes late for which management offered us complementary starters on the house. A very pleasant and welcome surprise! The food was amazing too, all perfectly cooked and succulent. Sauce area and bathrooms were very clean. Will always come to this Nandos in the future. Thank you for your hospitality!

Service and atmosphere are of the usual high standards by Nandos cannot fault it. Nothing massively wrong with the food but I have had better in other Nandos restaurants.

First time in Nando's and it was just as I thought it would be food very nice. Service 5star. Explained to the young girl that I hadn't been before and she was more than helpful to go though all I needed to do.

Most amazing chicken we have ever had in our lives, we have done home delivery from here also it's been that's tasty, jucy and succulent we have done a home order every single night the last 9 nights 😁 tonight will be our 10th night in a row we just can't get enough! Well worth a try I'd say as I was a nandos virgin until 9 days ago! Wow even the home delivery option is amazing its always and I mean always pipping hot and nothing has ever been wrong in our order ever 10/10 for everything so Thank you Nandos!

We were welcomed at the door and seated quickly. Food came very quickly and was fantastic. The manager checked on us and was lovely to talk too. Perfect meal experience all-round.

Great food rost chicken is so good bottomless drinks and yogurt is like icecream there is so much sauces I will come again

Good family places, we often go there. Could accommodate my wife's allergies and friendly advice.

We had spiced chickpea pita and it was so good. The portion size for good. The only thing was the waiting time and they don't provide booking seats in advance. If we could have an option of booking tables before, it would be great.

The food portions was small like the chicken shrunk while cooking. Chips had a gas taste to them. Not up to par.

Love this place. Always really fresh and the staff are always really friendly and attentive. Loads of parking out the front too which is free. Sometimes this place can be really busy and you have to wait a while for a table but normally the queue moves quickly enough. Would definitely recommend.

Food was quality, little bit slow as it was match day but one of the staff very kindly came over and apologised and offered us a free dessert, good customer service. Will be back

Expensive, adequate lunchtime meal for two was over £45. 'Big' burger isn't really very big and you could put through windows with the bap/roll it came with. Chips were average. Won't rush back

Food was disgusting...took 5.mins to get home and the food was freezing...wrong sauce on the burgers...bap was hard...cost 25 quid for that...never again

Very unhelpful staff my 5yr old doesn’t like the side with a kids meal so I asked for garlic bread was told they are to busy so I said then can she have smash then they said no. So I went back up and asked could I have mash with my adult meal instead of chips so I can give her it. Unfriendly unhelpful staff. Victoria sq is the best.

Got a Deliveroo from this place and for £20 the meal is pretty much a kids meal with the wrap looking like something you’d buy out off Iceland, absolute joke off a place. Cowboys.

I’ve been to this Nando’s for lunch twice lately, and both times there has been seating immediately available and the food was perfect.

Very friendly staff and service was top notch without being intrusive. Food arrived quickly and piping hot (unlike some of the other locations in the city..) Convenient location just off the motorway.

Burger was warm should be hot over priced .food disappointed. And drinks way to expensive coke and orange.

I love nandos ! So yum yum. Love the spicy rice. Garlic bread is very buttery, not so keen on that. Spicy tasty chicken. Soft drinks are expensive but you can get a glass of water for free.

Very nice location, incredibly helpful and well mannered staff. The food came very quickly, perfect as I was STARVING! It was a Thursday night we went, but it was busy and clean. I'd go again.

My order’s never arrived. Rude driver, no offer to attempt re-delivery, refund promised in 10days….

Went here for lunch with my mum and advised the manager she was gluten free. He recommended the butternut squash side and I advised him barley is gluten. This should have been an indication. He promised that the only gluten option was the rolls. He was incorrect, mum had the chickpea burger and when she started feeling sick and sore about ten minutes after eating I took to the internet where nandos advised none of there restaurants are gluten free. Further to this I had ordered spicy rice with my meal. I had taken a couple of mouthfuls mixed with sauce before I realised something wasn't right. I smelt the rice and the odour was awful. The manager came over and offered me something else, When I declined he didn't offer me the money back for the rice or any other solution. We had to ask for another plate as the rice was over mine and he left us with the old one with the off rice. Honestly I won't be back and it's nearly put me off nandos completely for the lack of staff knowledge and the fact that they let off food be served. We noticed that the meals after ours that contained rice were delayed by about ten minutes. Not what I was expecting as I usually enjoy nandos

Over rated. Tasted nicer food homemade food elsewhere for cheaper. Hyped up!

Went in and there were empty tables. I had checked the website and saw no way to book the tables, but was told I had to be added to a virtual queue for a table and it would be an hour. What is the point of a website and app if you have to go in to be added to the wait list for a table.

Give one star because I couldnt give 0 , Used to like this place , got food through deliveroo , food was plain as anything and dry af , Never get any sauces or anything from this place when you order delivery , dont think anyone has common sense in this place or the decancy to give condements or whipes , I did actully get these before and the takeaway was good so someone was doing a good job that day and now i know how it should come never does , im done with Nandos now the food wasnt great and the corn on the cob was fookin terrible n dry , Kfc has a better corn on cob ! Standards have dropped big time .

Came in and spoke to the manager and explained my fathers allergy! He sat down discussed all their foods etc and could not have been any nicer.

What I and my wife were presented with looked like a chicken wrap from Tesco £3 lunch deal and served with chips that were like McCain's frozen fries. £33. To sum it up.... Poor ... Very Poor.

Dry chicken, tasteless sauce. My burger bun was tough and chewy. Staff were good. Food is overrated.

Nandos is really tasty but very expensive and not that filling. I also hate the fact that they want you to look at menu on your phone. I know that's lots of places do this but it doesn't mean it's right. I refuse everytine.

Genuinely rotten. I always come but never again as the last few times have been nasty. Wings undercooked, dont look like grilled/bbq'd wings at all and the spicy rice is absolute soggy mush. Far too much money for food to come out that quality. It's a chef issue, the food itself has potential but the chef aint cooking right.

Nice staff and tasty consistent food

Not the best Nando’s in the world, quite clammy and not a lot of tables, meaning if it were busy you may have to wait sometime to get a table, prefer the ones in town, can’t complain about the food but the service here can be hit or miss, brought to a table by a grumpy waiter this evening no smile or thank you, nothing. Seen he was rude to other customers at different tables. Barcodes now at table to order your food which I have no issue with, but they never bring over drink cups meaning you have to ask for it, although the guy I did interact with as I didn’t want to disrupt the guy who brought us to the table was very apologetic and did get us the cups very quickly. A nice meal which again I cannot complain about.

With no reading glasses hard to find the app you have to order and pay for food when plenty of service walking about food fine no atmosphere. What if older people have no phone with them.
