Usually a great experience but on this occasion the female on the door greeting our group was not having a good day. We were celebrating A level results with friends & family, but it was somewhat tainted by the welcome (or lack of it) we received. The food as ever was amazing. I can only imagine she didn’t get the results she hoped for?

Amazing experience, we were well looked after throughout the meal especially Demi and Megan who were extremely pleasant and accommodating❤️

We visited on busy Sunday lunchtime but were seated quite quickly. The drinks machine was out of order but we were given bottles of drink instead so that was fine. The food was as you'd expect at Nando's and the service was good with pleasant staff. Our table was pretty mucky though and the menus had sauce and food on them. I needed to wipe my hands after looking at the menu!

absolutely great dinner with friends!! service was top notch and compliments to Gemma who was incredibly friendly towards our group and went out of our way to make our dinner amazing. i definitely will be returning and recommending.

Always come here when working in Kent. Staff and manger Dani are friendly. Food is always good and quick would definitely recommend

Absolutely fantastic! The only Nando’s I have had in recent times is takeaway and I always find the chips are a little moist, so coming to this Nando’s was an absolute thrill! We joined the queue and within minutes our table was ready, when we got to the door we were greeted by a lovely young enthusiastic man named Adam. Adam was more than happy to show us to our table and help run us through the new COVID friendly guidelines. Thank you Nando’s and thank you Adam. Very good system given the current unprecedented circumstances.

Really dissapointed. We ordered a takeaway and food was cold and not nice. Staff were friendly enough as we have had sit down meals at Nandos before. Sorry dont like writing negative feedback but was a tad disappointed.

I haven’t visited a Nandos for quite awhile and was pleasantly surprised, it’s a much nicer restaurant than the one in town and food was all of good quality. The kids meals were fab much more appealing than most chains and healthy.

Lovely service by Jordan on the tills, went in about 7pm was a short wait for food however atmosphere was good. Very friendly staff.

I’m a regular at Nando’s and this is the worst one I’ve ever visited. The staff that served were friendly but that’s where the positive experience finished. I went twice in my time in the area, both times chicken skin on the thighs not cooked or crispy at all. Rubbery and not appetising. My fino pita order arrived incorrect so had to reorder. Ice machine brokenCorn arrived looking disheveled and stale not at all fresh or tasty.Like I say I’m usually a Nando’s fan but would never come back to this one after two bad experiences.

Go quite often with grandchildren, they all love it as very child friendly. Food always nice and hot

Never used a Nandos before, pleasantly surprised. Altogether a great price, liked the bottomless drinks vendor. The food came very quickly, the staff are all young but very pleasant. The food was very tasty, loads of different sauces and lovely and hot. Will use again in the future, thank you.

Really good nandos to visit as it doesn’t get too busy, never had a bad meal here. The service is always really quick and never had an issue with my meal.

Not being a big fan of cheap, chain restaurants usually, I actually really enjoyed this meal. Service was fun and helpful. We shared a boneless chicken platter, medium spiced, with rice and corn on the cob. There are a great range of sauces to spice it up to your liking. Will definitely go back.

Visited after work with friends for dinner. My order was brought out incorrectly. The waitress was nice and professional and the right meal brought out quickly with out a fuss. Tasty food. Clean Resturant. Good experience. Looking forward to going back.

Wow was quite when we arrived we ordered within 10 minutes I was filling my face with there boneless chicken ah it was bliss went down a treat as always glad we went when we did as it so filled up and people queuing out the door

We have been here before, this would be our third visit to this Nando’s.

Poor service. The restaurant was not busy. It was 2100 hrs. By 2145 hrs we spoke to the manager. Two tables before us had been served all the takeaway orders were going out.

Quick service Food delicious Annoying music with a speaker that had blown. All in all a nice lunch with friendly staff

We went in for something to eat before going to the cinema and were concerned we hadn't left ourselves enough time but the food was delivered really quickly and all the staff were really attentive and friendly.

We visited the restaurant in the retail park for the first time to find it a well presented restaurant kind of normal for a big chain. We went in and we were taken to our table. There looked to be 4 other tables being used by customers that afternoon however one table was someone on their laptop in the. Ack corner and another was a member of staff on their laptop disturbing and distracting those serving.

Good variety of food, served pleasantly and quickly in amiable surroundings.Reasonable price, with soft drinks and yoghurt refills on tap.Can also order take away.Check menus on line.

Just a quick mention. Because I have reviewed this establishment before and it is excellent. When my family went there for lunch the manager came over to apologise for our wait.

Staff always to busy talking and joking amongst themselves to give any service at all!! Always a table full of non working staff next to grill distracting the working ones

NANDO's -New Restaurant in the South Aylesford business park - Great decor and great ambiance. Service was great too.

Visited here just for a change of Nando's scenery as we live around the same distance from about 4 different Nando's restaurants and hadn't visited this one yet.

Tried this Nandos for the first time. Service and food were at the standard I expect from Nandos. The restaurant was clean and bright. Service was friendly and efficient.

This is a beautifully designed restaurant light and lively. I love the business model of paying before the meal and my grown up children enjoy eating here. The staff are pleasant and efficient. I enjoy the food always...even the steak is yummy.

I have visited this specific Nando’s on several occasions and the quality has been one of the beat Nando’s around but today was a little disappointing as the chicken was rather dry. The plain chicken served was more spicer than the lemon and herb? (They hadn’t got confused as had no lemon or herb flavour to it)Service not as quick as usual and to top it off they’d run out of the new halloumi sticks which we wanted to try. Not bad I’ll come again but as said before not up to standard of our usual Nando’s visits here.

Out of all the Nandos I’ve been to this one seems to be the least organised! Staff running about everywhere and no sense of what they are doing! Everything seems to be a rush. Only redeeming quality is that it still tastes like a classic Nandos.

Never been to a Nandos before, as we only live a short distance from it we thought it would be nice to have a takeaway, the place always looks busy which we thought was a good sign. Reading there takeaway menu we decided to have the Peri Peri Butterfly chicken and two sides with the chicken wings as well, the menu on the internet gives you a choice of times to pick up it also said if you chose chips as a side there will be a bit of wait as they cook them when you turn up, we selected 6.45pm for our collection, we arrived a bit early but no problem after some confusion they found our order, when we got home and started to eat we found the chips cold and soggy and the chicken wings were so salty we could not eat them. We were totally disappointed with the experience and will not be going there again.

The restaurant was busy but the decor and atmosphere in there is great. Enjoyed fantastic service and the quality of food was good. All round a great meal at a good price for a family.

Had a good meal here and the staff were very attentive. Excellent choice of food and strengths of taste.

I was really excited when it was announced this branch was opening up as it is only a 10 minute drive away instead of going to the one in the centre of Maidstone which can take up to half an hour plus spending time and money going to park.

Since opening I️ have been several times and have also ordered take away.

Decided to treat the kids (adults, by the way) to a Nando’s as we were all free for lunch (very rare occurrence). This branch hasn’t been open for long and I’d not heard great things but decided to give it a try to make my own opinion and I’m so glad I did.

Popped here with BF for dinner. Waited 30 mins for food to arrive. No apology from staff even when order was chased up. Food was usual standard for Nando’s, shame about the service.

High expectations for a chain restaurant, and not let down. Quick service, hot well presented food, usual Nando's menu, but everything was right.

This newly opened Nando's is a feast for the eyes & stomach!
