Nando's - Fulham Broadway in Hammersmith and Fulham

Nando’s Fulham Broadway sets the bar high with its consistently fresh food, friendly staff, and pristine environment. It stands out as the best Nando’s I’ve experienced, consistently delivering top-notch service and never failing to impress. We visit this location every couple of months and are always greeted by super friendly staff. Tonight we were served by a French man who was brilliant (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name)!

The food was nice, but my pitta was a bit watery and they didn’t have the special Saka sauce which we wanted to try! the staff were really friendly and served us veryyy quickly! the toilets were dirty and broken. but classic nandos that you can always count on

It was difficult for us to order online, spicy food 🥵

Food was tasty Service wasn't great, had to chase the staff a few times for the basics - glasses, the ice-cream we had paid for. Could easily score higher.

Une très bonne expérience, les serveurs/serveuses sont attentionnés, l'ambiance du restaurant est très agréable et la nourriture est bonne. Il y a beaucoup de sauces avec l'intensité du piment indiqué, ça donne envie de tester. Petit bémol pour le cheesecake que j'ai moins apprécié mais c'était bien quand même. Le cidre est excellent!

Visit here on special occasions with my wife serval times a year and it's always such a wonderful experience! Staff are super friendly and the food is always absolutely delicious I highly recommend it!!

It's not busy on weekends and I am very comfortable when I am alone. You can also celebrate your birthdays too. The food and staff are great.

I have been here numerous times since it opened and have never had a bad experience. I would recommend it to anyone who happens to be in the Fulham Broadway area.

Great little find with something for everyone! Food was great and server was nice. A different take on service as they give you a glass for your drink and you fill it as needed. I didn’t mind it as it’s a short walk and there’s no waiting when you need a refill😁

Every time we go to Stamford Bridge to watch Chelsea FC playing, me and my family we have a custom, before the kick off we have Nandos. We were always welcome with kindness and offered the best service. Even if outside was a big queue, we were never rushed from our table. We will always come back there before the kick-off.

Only second time I've been to Nando's all I can say is if you have not tried it yourself then you'll never know what it's like , I thought it was nice but it's not everyone's cup a tea . (Try it yourself or are you boring)

Great nandos conveniently located for food before or after seeing a movie! Had to queue a little to get in as it is quite small but the food came really quickly and was the usual standard 😊

As always we waited ages for a table… staff was just talking. Every time I’ve been there is always a issue, cold food, rude staff, wrong order, waiting ages. Oh at those loaded fries was horrendous and came soggy.

As a nando’s regular I have become accustomed to the way things are done and how good the food usually is. Our meal at the Fulham broadway branch was made even better by incredible service, specifically from Amaad. And you won’t be let down by the food (it was the best nandos I’ve had so far)!!

This is a very good place if you want to have a very nice meal.if you are a chicken lover this is a place for you. grilled chicken very delicious. And obviously the place is very good too.

Purposely closing a section of the seating before football games, why? It’s your busiest time and you say the air con isn’t working (been saying that for over a year now), yet 30 mins before kick off you start seating people there? Makes no sense. At least give people the option to sit there when it’s busy so we don’t miss the games or rush

I love Nando's but I'm disappointed in how much the prices have gone up and the portions have gotten smaller. We ordered a special thigh burger and it was tiny. Other than that, the service here was great and my chicken livers were awesome.

The short lady that was meant to welcome us was loud and rude on arrival.... They then made us wait longer for our food..... And all the staff kept staring at us with when they walked past us.... Really uncomfortable meal.

Food was good, but after we arrived at 21.30 they wouldn't let my 7 month pregnant wife sit to eat and they kicked us out when we tried to eat just our burger at the table. I know they have their processes but you'd really think they'd make an exception applying some common sense. We stood on the sidewalk eating while there were still 12 people in the restaurant who hadn't even started eating when we left.

It's a fast food joint that has chicken, as good as Nando's is for the price I don't think it is the best place to go with more than 2 people as then the price starts to track up to huge prepositions... I am someone who eats alot and one platter didn't exactly fill me up when I went with my family. Conclusion: If your with kids it is great, if your not I would suggest you go nextdoor.

Came for supper at 2150 Fri evening and door states the restaurant closes at 2330. Refused us entry stating the tolls were not working. Went across to Wagamama’s and watched the tills operating! Do not trust Nando’s Fulham Broadway. They lied about that what else do they lie about? The food you order, the prices???!!!!!

I like nandos very much but scaning barcode in order to be able to get in to the restaurant is one pain and another pain is that you have to scan another code to order food! I personally find it really difficult to do that! If i find it hard imagine how our parent feel like doing this. i dont think its practical really and its a waste of time. Also this branch doesnt have enough staff therefore the food would be on your table a lot later. there are things that they need to improve.
