Had to wait an hour for the food to arrive to the table, bad experience would rather go to any other Nando’s

I had a very disappointing experience at Nando’s Fulham Broadway last weekend while dining with my family. My husband found three hairs in his rice bowl, which is completely unacceptable. When we informed the waiter, she apologized and went to speak with the manager. However, when the manager came over, she downplayed the situation, claiming that the kitchen staff didn’t have that type of hair. Then, she even suggested that the hair could be mine even though I wasn’t eating the rice or sitting near it! This was both frustrating and insulting. After I pointed this out, she finally apologized and offered us a free dessert, but by that point, the damage was done. The way the situation was handled was unprofessional, and I left feeling very unhappy. I will never go back to this location and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for good service and hygiene standards.

I was waiting for my delivery order more then 5min at window. No ones appeared and when I entered from other side she told me you can leave and go.

We had a fantastic experience at Nando's Fulham Broadway! We were offered table instantly with happy and smiling face Tigi 😊 The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor, and perfectly cooked. The ambiance of the restaurant was welcoming and cozy, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. What truly made this visit stand out was the exceptional service from our waitress, Tigi. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. It was nice to see familiar face she is a gem 💎 Stefan the manager was lovely too we had nice chat very helpful guy! What a nice team. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning for another wonderful dining experience!

What a wonderful establishment! Such kind staff, incredible food, lovely vibe around the restaurant AND THERE IS ROOIBOS PEACH ICED TEA! What more can one ask for? Would recommend: 8.5/10

The worst Nando’s in London. As a big fan of the food here, I faced THE WORST ever customer service here. Can’t just swallow it. Staff was rude and unprofessional.

Very busy Friday evening, despite being at near capacity the range of dishes ordered for a party of 4 were all served at the same time, were all hot and everyone enjoyed their meal. Also love the free refillable iced water. Well done Nando's.

They recommended this place to us, the only problem is that if you don't explain it well... they put a lot of spice in the food. The day we went the service was not as good as I would have liked, it took them a long time to serve and then to solve the incidents with the spicy food...they ended up giving more food because of their mistakes.

Whatever you do don’t order Nando’s to be delivered to you they always forget to put the main thing in and that’s the sauce I’ve spent over £30 on this and don’t get the sauce so I’ve just got charcoal chicken with no sauce it’s a joke and I’m trying to ring to make a complaint and what a surprise no answer it a joke I’m not a happy customer and next time I’m in Fulham Broadway I’ll be popping in Nando’s to make my complaint face to face

Girlfriend finished work at 9, restuarant closes at 10, sat down and ordered at 9.15, didnt recieve food untill 9.45.. the worst bit is the restaurant was completely empty , a customer came in after us and recieved on the bone chicken before our thighs and they told us they had to cook seperate chicken for us? Whatever that means .

I recently visited Nando’s in Fulham and had a mixed experience. The chicken was amazing—cooked perfectly and full of flavor—but I was disappointed with the steamed vegetables, as they weren’t cooked properly and were too hard to eat. However, the service from Tigi was outstanding. She listened to my feedback about the food with a smile and even offered to replace the vegetables, which I appreciated but declined. Tigi’s friendly demeanor and excellent customer service really made the experience better. I will definitely come back, as Tigi left a great impression.

The chicken that we had with boneless blatter was so dry & asked for a replacement to be sent. The customer service that we received was worse than the chicken itself.

Sorry I didn't take note of her name, tonight, 26 August, but I wish her at least a year in a foreign country (not one where Spanish is spoken) and I hope she will be treated as rudely as she treated me for not grasping immediately what she said. A bit of foreign experience is good. I left without eating, of course, I can't stand a place with unpolite and xenophobic people.

The food wasn't great, the staff had a real attitude. One of our party is a nurse. (With her hospital ID card) We had to really argue with the woman (who I think was the duty manager) to get the "Blue Light" discount. She said that branch of Nandos doesn't "do" that discount. Eventually got the Nandos website up on our phones to show her - she didn't read it - she just shrugged and pressed the discount button. She clearly knew, she didn't apologise.

Nice location, classic place for quick and cheap meals. You can eat different dishes... I would say quite good. Important, you have to set the table yourself, they only bring you the dishes.

Desventajas: • Limpieza: • Las sillas no estaban limpias. • Los huesos yacían bajo las sillas. • Los asientos estaban llenos de migajas. • Servicio: • El personal era antipático, en particular las niñas más jóvenes. Resumen: Si bien la comida era generalmente decente, la limpieza del restaurante y la actitud del personal dejaron mucho que desear. Mejorar estas áreas podría mejorar enormemente la experiencia gastronómica.

Just had a delivery from Nando spent £24 on chicken burger and chips was horrible cold soggy just no care or attention anymore last order I ever place there yuk 🤮🤮

We came in a large group and were served by Steve. Food was fine but Steve made our day! If you want to have fun and a good laugh when you come to Nandos you better hope Steve is on duty! Best service in ages!

They treat you with the upmost respect that I really appreciate. So many of the staff always treat me so well, I wish i could remember their names. Mario especially is very thoughtful and kind. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the newly released, fully loaded wrap. Mamma Mia Yes Please! 🤌 Nando’s is all about the spice, and they absolutely delivered🔥. The spice gave me so much energy, that I wanted to do 27 push-ups on the Nando’s floor. It was just that good. The idea of the wing roulette was genius. It is 10 chicken wings all with random amounts of spice. Some may be mild, and some will be scorching. My brother tried it and loved the anticipation and excitement it gives. Who knew that selecting a random chicken wing from your plate would be so exciting? The waiters and the service were friendly, nice, and extremely helpful. Shoutout to Steve who is an absolutely top lad. What a legend 🔥 He was very helpful and made the experience even better. Nando’s Fulham Broadway sets the bar high with its consistently fresh food, friendly staff, and pristine environment. It stands out as the best Nando’s I’ve experienced, consistently delivering top-notch service and never failing to impress. We visit this location every couple of months and are always greeted by super friendly staff. Tonight we were served by a French man who was brilliant (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name)!

The food was nice, but my pitta was a bit watery and they didn’t have the special Saka sauce which we wanted to try! the staff were really friendly and served us veryyy quickly! the toilets were dirty and broken. but classic nandos that you can always count on

It's not busy on weekends and I am very comfortable when I am alone. You can also celebrate your birthdays too. The food and staff are great.
