I met ali outside and started chatting friendly to him. He said he runs a restaurant… I ended up trying some lunch there where he even gifted me a few extra pieces of chicken!! The meal was chicken rice veg and it was unreallll. Beautiful food. Really friendly staff. Next time I’m around the area I need to come get some lunch again. Got served by Ahmed Ali in Westfield's today…he was exceptionally smiley and friendly. He was helpful with the order and advised on what I could have according to my taste. Food was really really nice. Had a lovely conversation so thought I’d write a review as it’s rare to meet wholesome people these days.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! One of favourite places to go in the food court. The food was absolutely delicious—everything was fresh, flavourful, and authentic. The hummus was so creamy, the mixed grill was tasty and fattoush salad was my favourite I loved it! What really made the visit special was the service. Hawra was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and giving great recommendations. She made us feel so welcome! If you’re looking for great Lebanese food with a warm atmosphere, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

An absolutely amazing experience here I was having difficulty decided what to eat and an amazing staff name Hawra was an amazing help offering the mix grill which was honestly an amazing choice had no regret going here at all and I woild advice going here and trying that platter out yourself the kofta is to die for

In full honestly, the service was seamless and straightforward. Food was served with 5 minutes from arrival. However, it was simple; very poor presentation and quantity, far away from a mixed grilled plater. It was very disappointing, although it was somehow tasty. I will not return to this place again.

As always, fantastic food, amazing flavours, wouldn’t expect any less from an authentic Lebanese. As a Palestinian this is the closest to my food. Our host Ali was amazing, taking time to explain the dishes and offering a nice discount. Smiling happy staff. Can’t recommend this place enough.

We were provided microwaved food...wrap was probably prepared earlier during the day, and was reheated and in tasting was very hard, crusty and tasted awful...even the fresly made lemonade was probably not! Disappointed..won't be visiting any of their outlets ...

Went on Monday and the service was lovely they paid attention to detail making sure I was well taken care of; they were very sweet especially Hawra M, and gave me a perfect Lebanese experience! The cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and team was reassuring and will definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family. Located in the food court of the shopping centre and went during dinner so was fairly quiet. Overall experience 10/10, a bit pricey however the quality of the food and service is very worth it and they give some freebies which was kind of them truly mastered the hospitality of the Middle East.

Honestly very average. The bread is as dry as a desert. I felt like I was eating an expired cracker. It's a shame. I paid around £14.50 for a wrap with a bit of hummus and salad. Apart from the bread, the food was ok
