Good was lovely very fast delivery

Ordered a big order and it turned up and half of it was missing. Called up and they said they sent a driver out, my pizza just arrived there and it is thin as a bit of paper and burnt ? And the wedges are solid don’t even want to eat any of it. So disappointed.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Called at 10.40pm to ask if cookies were still available to collect. Employee on the phone said yes then proceeded to rudely hang up the phone straight after. Will not be returning. Shockingly rude. Looks like staff need some training on their manners and social skills.

Food was good took 1 hour and very expensive

Always enjoy the food here, definitely some of the best in the area. Slight issue tonight with an item missing from the order, however after a quick phone call it was immediately resolved and the rest of the order was sent to us, thank you 😁

La familia se reúne el día de San Valentín. El lugar estaba lleno de gente. Callum nuestro camarero era de primera clase, pero corrió harapiento debido a la evidente falta de personal. ¡Vamos Gerencia, revisen sus rotaciones! El lugar parecía que necesitaba una limpieza profunda debido al gran volumen de clientes que deben pasar por sus puertas. Definitivamente no es la mejor comida, los ingredientes de pizza eran escasos y secos, la cocina simplemente no podía seguir el ritmo. La comida era mediocre. Lástima realmente, ya que mi familia son grandes fans de Pizza Express en general, pero este restaurante en particular está en urgente necesidad de una actualización y atención al detalle. Edimburgo tiene muchas mejores ofertas en la manga. Estrella de oro para Callum, aunque por su profesionalidad y fabuloso servicio al cliente, estaba muy tranquilo bajo una inmensa presión.

Just waited 2 hours for my stake pie to turn up mushy and barley cooked and chips are shocking absolutely shocking standards of food waste of money

Went there in the midnight🌝 with my friends was feelin very hungry.. had onion rings n mozrella cheeze chips🥨.. Recommended guys !😃 cheers!

Ordered food at 8pm called the shop at 9:20 was told food was on the way, called back at 9:40 telling them it’s been another 20 mins and still not recieved the food. Was told the driver delivered it to the wrong address they were making my order again. Which is 1 hour 40 mins later from ordering. I told them to cancel my order. Shocking service esp when just eat give codes now to tell the driver, I am really disappointed and now cooking at 10pm

We can always depend on Thrums for good food, but the app to order a delivery doesn't allow you to choose an approximate delivery time, so your delivery time is an unknown quantity. Could the app be updated to facilitate this?

Visited St Andrews on Easter Monday. Called into this eatery for a quick lunch. Ordered 2 pizza’s which arrived after some time. We both agreed they were on the ‘warm’ side. We finished eating them as time was of the essence and there was much to see outside. We did look at the desert menu and found cakes to be in the cost category of £8 - £8.50. I would normally pay around £6-£6.50 at other restaurants even in Edinburgh! Decided to move on. Paid the bill then mentioned to the chap who served us that the food was on the warm side and definitely not hot. (Didn’t want him thinking I was wanting a discount). He said he would mention it to the kitchen staff. Left a tip anyway. Doubt I will return to this outlet. 3 hrs later on way home, called into a restaurant en route. Had coffee and a cake at combined price of £8.00 each!

Ordered takeaway/delivery....delivery bang in time....food hugely disappointed. When you pay for a mixed grill, that is what you expect! Not a carton full of chicken. 1 miserly tiny bit of lamb that wouldn't fill the end of a fork and NO doner meat.. Won't be using Tartan Tikka again
