The initial delivery was on time and the JustEat app was excellent. However, some of the food was cold, two of the items were wrong and a pizza which was not ordered was included. After calling the restaurant the initial order was collected and the correct items delivered an hour late.

2 hour wait for a simple order less that a few streets away. Chips soggy and pizza dripping in oil. Place has gone downhill.

Pizza was overdone for the money which is overpriced btw is quite shockingly low quality. Half an hour late aswell we waited a total of 2 hrs 30 mins until it arrived and im only 5 minutes up the road. Kids were starving and said the pizza was burnt.

Our last two orders have been late. still haven't received tonight's order but the last one was lukewarm and required reheating

Sorry Three in One, but you need to do better. Please fix the technical issue with your phones as communicating with you is impossible. Food was ordered well in advance, but was delivered over 40 minutes late, was stone cold and missing elements of the order. Because of the phone issue which you had told us earlier was with your line, we couldn’t even agree either a replacement or a refund. Left us feeling disappointed and ripped off. Would not at this stage recommend because of the points mentioned, I myself ordered a burger and the meat quality was poor with bone in. A doner kebab was also in the order and was very dry. Would think that the holiday village could be a rich source of revenue for you, but at this stage my recommendation to anyone visiting and considering ordering a takeaway would be to steer clear and go elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

Never one to leave a review ,especially not a bad one but this is fast becoming the worst place in town. Food is always late, barely warm and rarely correct . Wont be ordering again. Waste of money.

The worst vegetable curry I have ever had. The veg consisted of the pizza toppings - onion, sweetcorn and, believe it or not, pineapple. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Food itself, so far (still eating) is great, actually better than last time so kudos to you guys. Lady on the phone when I called to query after 30mins late, was very pleasant too. Best though was the delivery guy, very considerate guy, thank you!.

It’s still not arrived. Business didn’t respond by text as should have according to what the app said. Delivery was 8.25 and then moved to 0850 and it is now 9.30. I phoned at 9pm and got an apology and told ‘on its way’ and would be 15 minutes, but no explanation of delay. About 2 hours from my original order. Not impressed. I have put a medium score for the food as I still have no idea what it’s like.

Been waiting 2 hours now and counting, let’s just hope it’s still hot , left shop half an hour ago!

Order paid for over 2 hours ago still not received food, called restaurant over 40 minutes ago to be told food would be here in 30 minutes! A terrible service, i cant give the food a rating as i am yet to receive the food on order to taste it

3.5 hour wait for a dry, overcooked, cremated burger and some chips that I’m assuming were cooked yesterday. No apology offered. Explanation was ‘we’re really busy’

They got everything right in this order. I can't remember the last time this happened, but I am happy it did.

missing item. called in was told it would be 10 minutes. and didnt show up so the other food was wasted.

food arrived late and cold. called to let them know, its was because they were too busy and short staffed and they apologised and I was asked to let them know how I want to be compensated so I have submitted a refund request.

Delicious food, worth the slightly long delivery timeframe. Please can you label the curries in future? It can turn into a rather annoying pre dinner game of ‘what curry am I’ 😀

was supposes to come 7.10 pm_ 7.30 pm. it was then delivered by 2 drivers, one brought half of the order and half with the other. by this time it was going on 9 pm.not acceptable !!

I’m so sorry, but this is not good food

I always add on my order notes, don't forget the sauces. This time they managed to give me my mixed kebab , with no pita in with it. Called and said to them, and they say, well do you want us to send you it! By the time it arrived, the kebab meat was cold. Every order has something missing. Absolute joke.

Bhuna totally swimming in oil, poured into a dish from top and got 100ml of oil before then having to skim top for the rest. Kids nuggets and chips squashed and cold. Most of it went in bin

Slightly disappointed. The Chicken was warm not hot, The Pakora batter was turning soft and chewy. I had to reheat the dish in the oven, so that added another 15 minutes before I could actually eat it.

There was no knock at the door or door bell rung, found it in the hall outside my house.

Ordered at 8.00 for estimated delivery at 8.50, rang at 9.00pm, " just left"; rang again at 9.25 " in the oven"; delivered at 9.40.

there was only half a lamb curry with 3 bits of lamb, no way to tell which chips had vinegar or not and food was delayed 20 minutes.

Food was late, the wrong meat was in the wrong sauce, the poppadoms were stale and the driver asked for extra money for the delivery.

The food arrived after the estimated time but was well worth the wait. Everything was hot and made exactly as we ordered it (4 chicken burgers all with different salad/sauces, even two with pineapple). They didn't scrimp on the fillings, the ingredients were really fresh and the burgers were well cooked. Delicious! Definitely the No1 takeaway imo :)

The chips are half the size with the meal, should buy them separately as they are the same price. Curry was a bit flavourless. Canny beat the Indian boys for curry thou.

Order confirmed at 18:25. Delivery estimated to between 19:30 and 19:50. Arrived at 20:05 after chasing it up via telephone. Just Eat website estimated delivery to be between 30 and 55 minutes. Food was mediocre.

Food as always good, and most of my special requests were listened to, such as leaving out cabbage and onions. However, where they fall EVERY TIME is the garlic mayo...no idea why it is so hard to miss this out if they read the order. I always order extra garlic mayo and PAY for it, but 95% of the time they get it wrong...this time I got 1 out of 4, last time 0 out of 4...I know it is not an expensive item, but it is frustrating. I even put a note to PLEASE not forget the garlic mayo...

Really nice munchy box. Their kebab meat is not greasy like most places. Think it’s become my fave in Dunoon for kebab.

almost 3 hours i waited for my order!!! it came and they gave me one of the sauces i ordered and another sauce i did not order. absolute joke. tried to phone the restaurant 2 hours after ordering and didn’t get through after 5 attempts, then when i did get through i was wold it was out for delivery. an hour later it came freezing cold and not even what i ordered.

Order was 45 minutes late, it was Luke warm, chicken was dried out and part of the order was missing. Had to phone twice to find out what had happened to order as it was so late. Very disappointed. What a waste of money no one could eat their food it was so poor.

Poor service in regards to delivery time. Also didn't get an answer when trying to call the restaurant on multiple attempts. Iv requested some money back and haven't heard anything back yet.

Absolutely tasteless food , ordered chicken pakora which was average , not hot 1/2 tub sauce also ordered chips and curry sauce , chips were tasteless, no seasoning and limp , curry sauce was also tasteless , nothing resembling curry sauce . Another letdown from 3-1 , waste of money ,

Having been a long time customer, the quality has dropped drastically in the last 6 months or so and tonight has been the absolute worst pizzas I've ever had. A £23 order and all that was worth eating was the chips. The pineapple was tasteless, tough and like water, the pizzas were totally bland. Had it not been a delivery order they would have been returned. A total waste of money and really a let down.

Food hasn’t even delivered yet!!

We got almost everything we ordered, only missing 3 garlic mayo tubs. Every time I order, I need to ask that they please remember the garlic mayo I pay for, and it is hit and miss if I get it or not. The quality of food is always good, it is just the extra bits that seem to be hard to get right.

asked once again for a call to save waking the baby and again no call but still decent food I guess.

This is now the second time I have requested an order for after I finish work and delivery has been attempted over an hour early. What’s the point in requesting a delivery time if the staff don’t even bother following it. And to top it off after attempting delivery early they then delivered it over 20 minutes late when it was due. Poor customer service

Ordered food at 6 and received it at 9 with a burned pizza, cold chips and missing items. An absolute joke and i never write bad reviews but this has happened frequently. They are ALWAYS LATE and many times had received cold food. What a shame, no respect for your customers. Will never order again and not even buy from the shop. Very dissapointed!
