Ordered takeaway/delivery....delivery bang in time....food hugely disappointed. When you pay for a mixed grill, that is what you expect! Not a carton full of chicken. 1 miserly tiny bit of lamb that wouldn't fill the end of a fork and NO doner meat.. Won't be using Tartan Tikka again

HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING. they cancelled my order 10 minutes before it was supposed to arrive! Not I’m not eating anything and neither is my kid. Hate this place. Never buying from here again and it’s all rank hair in food and everything!

Got 2 doner kebabs disgusting yesterday's reheated meat it was crispy and dry not fresh they going to poison someone one day the price they charge for old food totally out of order definitely won't be back

We have used this as a takeaway on and off for a few years. We ditched them a few years ago as one night, our delivery arrived at 11pm and was completely inedible (we sent it back).We have used this recently during Covid and have had a few glitches, mainly with items missing from our order, and not just a tub of sauce, we’re talking kebabs and chips.We called last night for a fairly substantial order. When we placed the order we specifically said that before the order left the shop, could it be double checked as we have had items missing, and that we would be checking the order upon delivery. After 80 minutes I telephoned as we had not received our order, we were told it was on its way. We waited, on the whole, for nearly 90 minutes, and surprise surprise, 2/3rds of our order was missing! We were missing large chips, kebab, large tub of curry sauce and pakora sauce. We sent the young delivery guy away as we were so hacked off with this service.We called to complain and spoke to a gentleman who could not seem to understand our complaint. He hung up on us! We called back and spoke to a young girl (we know it’s not her fault). We told her our issues and said we wouldn’t be back, and wanted our complaint noted.It just seems to be that lately either there is trouble in understanding what we order, or they are deliberately leaving items out our order.On the plus side, the food is of a reasonable standard - when you get the correct order!Anyone else experienced this shortage of orders? We will definitely NOT be going back

got two small Donner kebabs they were cold and crispy meat must have been leftovers from the night before the Donner meat did not even fill the pita bread and i got very very very little salad they are just trying to rake in as much money as they can for very small portions wont be back 14/07/2020 7.45pm

I have been a customer for over over three years and a loyal customer but I had a delivery of a pizza tonight and well begged berlievevit was as if it went through a tumble dryer, so I did what most would do and called the shop,can I speak to the boss please and was told he is out on deliviries after about 4minutes the boss calls me to tell me to find:&(5of and then sent a driver to collect the pizza and offer me a refund, which I refused It beggars believe I. This day and age we have to accept thos behaviour , a takeaway never again This is what I had delivered MAKE YOUR OWN MIND UP

That has to be the worst lamb rogan josh I have ever tasted, tough lamb in a tomato sauce with onions, never again.

Up visiting family, ordered from 1st menu found in draw, quite a long wait but it was well worth it, spicy charmer for my partner and he couldn't stop saying Wow Big thumbs up 👍🏻 will use again in future visits I'm sure

took nearly 2 hours to arrive an hour more than they said. the order was incorrect and cold, the delivery driver rude and when I phoned they were unhelpful.

We order a delivery of pakora and chips, to be delivered at a certain time, we paid for this in advance, when the delivery was 10minutes I phoned to inquire how long it was going to take. I was told it was already on the way, 5 mins later we got a call asking where were and it be in a couple minutes. 15 minutes later the girl arrived and when she handed me the food I could feel it was cold, she told me it wasn’t that it was hot, we opened the box the pakora was cold as were the chips. When I phoned to complain they basically told me I was a lying, but it will be the last £23 they will be getting. Service and delivery is just outrageous.

Got a takeaway from here the other night . Food was basic and burger was swimming in grease and/or oil. Donor kebab was nice but the burger has put me off the place.

Peoples inability to read still puzzles me. I ordered pepperoni pizza with ham and stuffed crust as extras. But received no pepperoni. Basic reading skills... This happens at many shops. Baffling

Ordered two kormas and we were unable to eat them as they had so many chillies in them? Why would you make a korma full of chillies??

I've been meaning to order from Tartan Tikka again to see if their service has improved but can't bring myself to in case I just have the same poor experience, which is a shame. I had ordered a takeaway meal last year which was perfect, really tasty. I raved about it to my partner and used their own app for the first time as they had been promoting it. The meal was wrong on delivery, the wrong meat - chicken instead of lamb and I was unable to eat it. What a waste. This would only have been a small error and would never have made it in to this review had they corrected it. I phoned them up straight away and explained. They said it must be teething problems with their app. They did not however offer to send a replacement meal or offer me a free meal next time. Nothing I later emailed them but it was ignored. The food I had received the first time was lovely. But you're losing customers through poor customer service. I understand glitches happen, mistakes are made. That would've been ok and earned a good review had you only then sent out a replacement meal and perhaps a discount off the next one. Way to lose customers. Oh well, you must have enough...

Everyone happy with their meals chippy and Indian selection. Tikka meal was huge for price and lasted 2 days!

I’ve tried most of the local carry outs over time and currently this one is my leader. Quick service, fresh and delicious food and reasonable prices too.

Delivery came pretty much right on time, however there was sauce missing for the kebab. Phoned up straight away, got told the sauce would be sent out as soon as the driver came back. Took at least half an hour, different driver delivered it and kebab was stone cold by that time.

First time using this place and probably the last, food was late and when it did turn up it was cold. When I phoned after half an hour of it being late there was no apology and no offer of a discount just told it was out for delivery!!

Wish I hadn't bothered. Food very late and lukewarm. Waste of time! Couldn't get through to anybody to speak to anybody about lateness of delivery.

had to call the shop as app told me it was delivered at 2020 nothing arrived, finally arrived at 9pm opened bag chill sauce was open all over the bag so had to sauce for the chicken tikka. really poor

only used it twice not very clean on my last visit i choose chicken maryland staff were to busy orginising telephone orders rather than serve the shop customers so much so they forgot about my order [wwhich was left to cook away untill the staffcaught up with there phone orders this resulted with my order being setved burnt [i have never went back][STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT] poor poor quality of service

Food was cold. Chips were soggy and cold by the time they arrived. Looked and tasted like re heats! Very dissapointing. Highly unlikely to order again!

there is obviously a management issue here at Tartan Tikka Tikka. I have ordered from it before and the delivery was early on a Saturday night and the food was good. Ordered on a Tuesday night and it was late, they forgot our juice (small but extremely irritating). Especially when you phone back up and they say they will send the delivery man out with it .. THEY DIDNT

late, delivery driver informed us they had taken there phone off the hook so we couldn’t get in contact., food is cold and greasy, hardly any chips in hoagie wrap and half pizza was brick solid, couldn’t even phone to complain!

I don't know where you get the donner meat from or how you cook it but my goodness it's the best I have ever tasted. Keep up the high standards guys.

driver got wrong address then called to ask me to meet him at the bottom of my close stairs. ordered two cans of juice and only received one 'this is the second him this has happened. staff member advised he would check with driver and have yet to hear anything further about can of juice. food was very cold and soggy. I would not recommend ordering from here.

great meal apart from chips very crispy and dry , reheats I think and the so called salad on the burgers 1 slice tomato that’s seen better days and 5 strands of lettuce not really a salad , apart from that was nice

Got a medium stuffed crust spicy chicken and sweet corn , one of the best pizzas in Clackmannanshire easily . Fast delivery as well so happy days

this is the first review I've ever left and it's not a good one, food was over an hour late when we tried to phone the shop they had turned all there phones off. when the food eventually came pizzas were the wrong ones I am a vegetarian so that I why I ordered a cheese pizza. part of my meal also never came.

Order was 1 hour late after having 20 mins added to delivery time. When order finally arrived it was cold. Donner kebab was meant to have salad and sauce but when opened box no salad. Lifted the kebab up to find some wilted soggy salad UNDER the kebab. First time trying this place but will not be ordering again!

customer service shocking. when I called to say that only 2 items out of the 5 that I had ordered an hr and 20 mins previously were delivered I was told well I've got over 100+ orders waiting so u'll just need to wait for ur missing items until we're ready to deliver them. Basically everyone else has priority, it'll be when we can fit u in, even though it wasn't my mistake, and then they hung up the phone on me!!!!

phoned and was told it was on its way took another 25 mins to deliver .fried pizza was solid not the best by a long shot full 45 mins late really poor will find ur hard to get delivery again and defo no fried pizza

The chicken tikka masala pizza was delicious. My only complaint is that I requested very little cheese but my request was not granted. I picked a lot of cheese off. However, the curry was delicious.

I ordered a calzone on opening the box the food was like a car crash. It was all over the box what a mess. I'm disappointed as I use this take away regularly and the delivery is usually outstanding.

The food that arrived look like it had sat for ages before being delivered. Some of the nan bread was inedible as it was burnt, the salad was soggy and the chips over cooked. Very disappointed with the food this time.
