Was supposed to come an hour later but arrived 5 minutes after order was accepted. A1+++ gold star

I usually think Raads is okay and have orders from them a good few times not problems. They have started putting paper on the chips to make it look fancy. With just chips would not be a problem but with chips that have any sauce IE korma sauce, it’s a big NO! The paper got soggy and all I found through my chips was paper , to then I couldn’t eat it cos all I was eating was the paper. Was disappointed. So yes put the paper on just chips but don’t put them on chips with any sauce/gravy.

Hadn’t been here in a while, prices have went up, portions have gotten smaller, quality went a bit downhill as well, don’t think I’ll be back. As for delivery it was New Year’s Eve but food came cold as well which was a bit off putting. For the price id look elsewhere, yous had something that worked and changed things, burgers used to be the best around, now, not so much.

Couldn’t even eat the lamb tikka in the curry it was extremely tough.

Usually a great meal from Raads but tonight's very disappointing. Special Chicken Kebab dry with no sauce just the rice, chicken, mushrooms with melted cheese. lacked any sauce so was extremely dry to try and eat. The rest of the irder was OK but needed heated as was luke warm at best. Hopefully better next time.

Driver dropped can of juice at door and burst it

After a 30 minutes delay, I received my food cold and I was sent burnt and inedible peri peri wings.. my experience wasn't pleasant this time

made the order online told it would arrive between 00.20 and 00.40 called the shop to make sure it was coming told it was just leaving the shop. 12.57 and still no delivery 2nd time this has happened

When ordering the pizza it said 25-45 mins delivery, however it took 80 mins and when it arrived the pizza was cold. We had to re heat

Foo arrived at 19:10 55 mins late . Was barely warm very poor show from you guys

On time but cold but most important called restaurant and told there was missing half of the order so lady agreed and said I'll get missing order soon and after 1,5hr still did not got the missing items so called restaurant again and tell the person on phone don't bother with the items because everything else is already cold, lady on the phone said I was about to call you because nothing is been missing from your order the chief said so I said good bye never order from this place again

I've ordered by just eat and half order was missing so called restaurant and got respond missing items will be there soon so waited 1h and 30min before called back and got another response I've spoked with the chief and he said nothing was missing so I said don't bother with the missing items I'll live review thank you (BTW large mynchie box missing onion rings chicken pakora and chips)

Great food in general but i particularly like the Shashlik kebab. Delicious.

Got to admit Raads is almost always great the delivery is always early or on time deliver driver is always pleasant and food is already hot and tasty

Fab meal tonight guys - Gamberoni and Chicken Tikka in particular were superb. Fast and friendly delivery as usual. Top notch 👌🏻

Easy to order on Just eat app. Delivery always quicker than stated. Love the pizzas from here as you can pick size, how thick you want the dough and get as many extra toppings as you want. Only downside is they have added an extra service charge on and delivery can be expensive. But usually buy on a Tuesday and you get a discount.

Great food as always only one thing that I as wrong was I ordered 12 inch calzone but only 10 inch came was very tasty

Pizza just how I ordered. Thin base with extra toppings. Hot on arrival. Tasted fab. Chips ordered too, very tasty. Order arrived before allocated time.

Ordered strawberry cheesecake and received vanilla cheesecake? Absolutely disappointed Better yet.. received Fanta instead of lilt. Could have called if these items weren’t in stock, would have chosen something else. Now left with a cheese cake that won’t be eaten. Disappointing tonight

Food excellent as usual, but garlic bread was a tad on the cold side, so had to reheat it.

Chips n cheese were brilliant. Pakora and the burger were decent as well 👍

Love the hoagie wraps from here and thank you for putting garlic sauce instead of chilli on it. Please my option for to put garlic sauce on hoagie wrap as it only gives choice of chilli and the pastas were amazing tonight.

I paid £10 for a large kebab and what I received looked like a small kebab. Called the restaurant was told that was a large kebab. Food was freezing cold.

Burgers are the best around. Delivery driver is amazing, always makes sure we have cold drinks! Delivery is really quick and food piping hot.

The burger I ordered was class, good quality beef and they use brioche buns so can’t complain at all. 👌🏼

wow wow wow. the two risottos were to die for and were massive portions!! the hoagie was also amazing and the mozzarella sticks were another level, delicious. and finally the pakora was brilliant, loved every last bit. will be ordering here again!!!

The Donner kebab meat was the best I've tasted in a long long time, the salad was lovely and fresh too, both meals were thoroughly enjoyed, thank you

Always had great food before. Not this time and won’t order again. Paid for extra donner on pizza. Got less meat than I did on a normal. Food was Luke warm despite living a 5 minute drive from the restaurant. £30 in the bin! You saved maybe £1 or two but have lost all future business!

The chicken shawarma, is oh my God, its to die for!! I got it with burger sauce and it was sooo good. I ordered online and got it delivered 11 minutes later!! Amazing!!!

Even when you leave clear instructions for the delivery driver they still wander around with your food out the thermal bag, allow it to go cold and then phone you. Nothing wrong with the food, delivery is poor.

One of their delivery drivers hadn't turned up, which I understand was outwith their control however all the food was stone cold, if I had been advised of the situation I would have picked it up myself, would rather have done that and had hot food, at moment we gave no oven to heat up food, the full order was stone cold

The lamb in the curry really let it down. Weird texture, and chewy.

The dough wasn't cooked long enough, had to put it in the oven to finish it off.

Fantastic munch and the end of a night out.
