Drove away before service the guy serving was the most ignorant person I’ve come across

Inside quiet issue with one self oreder screens ordered through other one that was available food and drink was good no issues with food or drink would be back if in town again.

They are too busy that there is no control to check whether the items on your order is ready. Like today, I'm missing chips on my megabox with only few chickens pieces.

Food was very good, well made what else can ya say expect well done to the kitchen staff

Cold soggy chips ! Warmish chicken Driver rude and left my Gate wide open ! Plus it said delivered before I had received said food ! Overpriced and very poor quality !

First visit here and any KFC for 10 years. Boneless banquet was very good. Great flavours including the beans. Thought it came in a box but no box? The place itself was tired looking with uncleared tables and food on the seats/floor. Drive through then in 2034!

My order was not delivered at a cost of £32 not impressed as they kept changing the delivery times not impressed

Food arrived cold and drinks order was wrong. It took an age for the food to be delivered but difficult to say if it was on time or late as the expected time kept changing! Will not be ordering any of this type of food from Just Eat again.

Good food,the drive through is good,but when it rains,the inside of ur car gets get,cuz there is no shelter whilst ur window is down.

The chips were poor, very dry and deff reheated and couldn't eat them, the gravy was missing from my order, however the chicken was good

Shockingly slow. 25 mins from order to getting food, wasn’t a particularly large order. Then the food was so so cold, I don’t actually know how they managed that. To top it off some of the order was completely wrong. Very very disappointing.

I've been coming to this KFC since moving to Alloa a year ago and it's the worst run fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I've always used the drive through and every time you're asked to park up and wait a minimum of 20 minutes for what is meant to be fast food. Not sure if they've been under staffed for the past year or the staff are just incompetent. There never seems to be any sense of urgency with orders. They're lucky KFC food is so good otherwise they would've been shut down long ago. Currently sitting outside waiting for my food and we're coming up for half an hour wait as they messed up the order. Classic.

Overall good service but by the time you add your service charge and bag charge to the 1.49 delivery charge it becomes a bit expensive

Delivery driver got buzzed into building, put hands out for the food, puts the bag on ground starts to walk away, back split at bottom. Cold drinks under hot food not even separate bag, gravy tub leaking, missing 2 kids corn on cob, was just awful and the manner which delivery driver spoke when asked why the bag ripped was just disgusting

No phone number to get through to this place ordered food in "hamilton" for it to go through as alloa won't allow me to change on the app either or call customer services as the offices are closed

One of the burgers was supposed to be plain and unfortunately it wasn’t. Rest of order was fine.

the food was nice, hot, full of flavour however, the burger was out of the box when I opened the bag to eat it. It was like it had been dropped and had fallen out. I opened the door for the delivery person but he walked right passed and went to both my neighbours doors before finally coming to my door but not before trying to get into my neighbours garden via their locked driveway gates. The app took forever to update and literally updated minutes before my food was due to arrive.

Cold food , I put my meal in my Air fryer too heat it up , if you can’t provide a reasonable service of hot food , don’t be on Just Eat , Shambles .

Service a disgrace waited 30 mins and it was disgusting, staff needing more training in customer service/ looked very un clean 🤢

Didn’t get my food phoned kfc and they said I was getting a refund but says it has been delivered on the app which it hasn’t cos I explained I put wrong address on order so I phoned up and told them to cancel and the driver said he would cancell the order at his end but obviously hasn’t and put it through as delivered, want my money back ASAP!!!!’

A recent visit to hear from Glasgow. The service was swift following placing my order at the interactive screen and payment centre. The food was quickly prepared and given. All the staff I observed were pleasant to all customers and to their own colleagues, which was nice to see. The shop was pretty busy being 5.30 on a Friday evening but the pressure did not show on the staff. The restaurant was clean and tidy with no ru bish lying about and floors and tabl3s were clean. We ordered our food and took it away. The food order was complete and all correct, food was piping hot too which was good. Toilet facilities were clean too and there was ample car park spaces outside. Pleasant visit.

The quality of the food was good, however, there were several things missing, including several gravies and one bottle of pepsi. equalling £10.92 lost.

The food here is so much better than beforehand, more so the delivery is on time even earlier with hot food compared to mcdonalds 🤔😄 KFC is the only fast food place to actually have fast drivers.

Order totally wrong. One person had to do without lunch and the other had a rice box that should have been a zinger. Staff clearly cannot read.

Over an hour late. Ordered around 12:20, estimated initially around 12:45, was pushed back to being estimated after 15:00, turned up at 13:55. The order was frozen, so refused delivery. Awaiting to see if I’ll get a refund. It would help if the delivery fella didn’t use an e-scooter going between towns. I have CCTV of this.

I paid three pound for a drink I didn’t get, can’t even say there’s something missing for the order because it’s a part of the zinger thing and not missing my drink is.

Driver was stood in my driveway shouting over a phone to someone while my 19 month old is sleeping not a reflection of the restaurant but the standard of drivers being employed by just eat is pathetic
