KFC Alloa - Clackmannan Road in Clackmannanshire

I was 2 hot wings short and the extra zinger fillet that comes with the new rice bowl even though I payed extra for them.

it took about 50 minutes to prepare and deliver and still couldn't get the order right. fries from the kids meal was missing.

food was good but forgot my drink!

Again item was missing from delivery- have yet to order and receive everything I paid for but can’t get a partial refund

meal arrived pretty quickly and was fresh hot and tasty,had a stacker burger delivered before but it took ages and was barely warm so this one was perfect and the chips were really good.

twice i have ordered rice bowl with drink and mr drink has been missing wont be back again

chicken was overcooked dry and unpalatable and all 4 pieces were wing portions, gravy was cold and congealed

Food was not delivered to right address yet it said delivered???? I request a refund

Wrong order was attempted to be delivered, I didn’t accept as was wrong. Driver marked as delivered and now over £35 out of pocket and no food!

The boneless Chicken was lovely and the chicken bites and the chip’s and gravy lovely

Friendly staff especially Matt. Soond. good food, but most importantly the place is clean. Dunfermline really could take a leaf out of alloas book. All I will say is, spend some cash on the toilets because the plumbing doesn't smell too good.

Fries were cold and soggy. Wrong drink sent.

Delivery driver was a happy wee bunny but apart from that everything was spot on and hot.

This is the 2nd time I have had an order delivered and something was wrong! I specifically put a request in the order notes which was ignored both times! There was also an item missing this time too!

delivery driver ignored order note to come to my FRONT Door and ring the doorbell and he came to my back door. whats the point of adding order notes?

The service was extremely slow. I was at the till waiting to be served for ages before even being acknowledged that I was there. Once my order was taken, the food came out really quick. The food was really nice. The person taking orders moaned continuously during my visit, and could be heard to be saying the F word. All of the seating areas were closed off, so I had to go passed chairs blocking the seating area to sit down. There was a pile of swept up rubbish left in the middle of the floor with a sweeping brush next to it. The brush was taken away and the rubbish left, and remained there for the duration of my visit.

Walking into a FREEZING restaurant is never appealing, however we ordered at the touch screen and waited 10 minutes for food, staff more interested in having a carry on in the back and when we opened the food neither one of our children burgers had lettuce…. Went back up to the counter only to be told the restaurant had ran out of lettuce! No apology, just a blank glare…. Won’t be back no wonder the place is always so empty, oh and the toilet stunk!

food was great thank you, really enjoyed my wrap and the seasoning on the chips. only downside was the delivery driver, you'd think he could stretch to at least a "hello" when opening the door to him, especially considering he got a pre paid tip the roaster.

There seemed to be a certain deep fried snack of the potato variety absent from my boneless banquet. This careless act bittered the chicken and soured the side of beans. If this happens again I shall phone the Colonel who will come down and show you all how it’s done.

Nothing was delivered and just eat refusing refund! I have contacted my bank. Shocking service.

I love KFC. It's the best fast food. This particular venue is consistently the worst I've ever tried. Staff are always talking and even though I've never seen the restaurant busy, the food is almost always overcooked and tasteless - clearly re-fried to save money.

the delivery driver totally ignored my added instruction which asked for the delivery to come to my front door and ring the doorbell. instead he came to the back door and i didnt hear him knock. i always ask for delivery to front door because i am deaf and the doorbell lights up a signal in the main room

Popped in walked up to counter asked for what we wanted only to be told at that point we would have to order on the screen the places was empty so I said can't I just order here you already know what we want ... answer was no so I said that we would go somewhere else some staff were quite rude as we left sniggering at us . Won't be back !

Driver was extremely rude because I do not use the app I didn’t have a code which made him visibly angry while I stood at the door with a soggy wet, ripped open bag that was pretty cold.

The driver had a problem finding us then he asked for a delivery number which I did receive but when he asked for it I was unable to recall it! So is a person expected to memorise this number!!

staff can't get orders right missing a full meal. 30 minutes late aswell and frozen the workers seem like they are as inbred as the chickens
