Chicken batter not very crispy and sweet corn had lost crunch too much moisture

No the best. The burger wasn’t all that. The bun wasnt good and it was drowned in mayo.

STAY AWAY FROM THE RESTAURANT ! …The owners are cashing in on it’s paying customers who wish sit in and enjoy their food Food wasn’t great also and ended up just buying a coffee.

Quick delivery and chicken was delicious and hot, friendly delivery guy too 😄

the delivery driver totally ignored my added instruction which asked for the delivery to come to my front door and ring the doorbell. instead he came to the back door and i didnt hear him knock. i always ask for delivery to front door because i am deaf and the doorbell lights up a signal in the main room

Forgot sauce, forgot chips, everything else was good though 🗣️

Popped in walked up to counter asked for what we wanted only to be told at that point we would have to order on the screen the places was empty so I said can't I just order here you already know what we want ... answer was no so I said that we would go somewhere else some staff were quite rude as we left sniggering at us . Won't be back !

Staff not helpful , 'kiosks' were out of order, and staff ignored me,,, they were not that busy , apart from delivery people, staff did not even acknowledge that I was there ,,,, certainly put me off going there !!

Driver was extremely rude because I do not use the app I didn’t have a code which made him visibly angry while I stood at the door with a soggy wet, ripped open bag that was pretty cold.

The driver had a problem finding us then he asked for a delivery number which I did receive but when he asked for it I was unable to recall it! So is a person expected to memorise this number!!

staff can't get orders right missing a full meal. 30 minutes late aswell and frozen the workers seem like they are as inbred as the chickens

Delicious chicken and still warm when I goy home The service was phenomenal. it's a shame I did not get the young man's man who served us. He has a beard, and probably 5.6 tall, about 4.30 today. I had trouble with my card, and he sorted it out, a real legend. Please pass my gratitude to him.

Ate here in September 2024 and was really disappointed. The chicken was burnt and disgusting and chips were horrible. I love KFC but after this experience it will be a while before I even think about a KFC meal and I certainly won't be attending the Alloa branch ever again.

driver dumped my delivery at my front door rang the bell and legged it. he was in his car driving away when i got to the door. food was hot but was very greasy and soggy including the chips which were overcooked definateley not crisp. and fresh.

The delivery was left on the floor outside the door, very professional and hygienic NOT! Also didn’t receive the hot wings which was paid for (still waiting for a refund). That said the food was nice and arrived on time.

Inside quiet issue with one self oreder screens ordered through other one that was available food and drink was good no issues with food or drink would be back if in town again.

They are too busy that there is no control to check whether the items on your order is ready. Like today, I'm missing chips on my megabox with only few chickens pieces.

First visit here and any KFC for 10 years. Boneless banquet was very good. Great flavours including the beans. Thought it came in a box but no box? The place itself was tired looking with uncleared tables and food on the seats/floor. Drive through then in 2034!

Food arrived cold and drinks order was wrong. It took an age for the food to be delivered but difficult to say if it was on time or late as the expected time kept changing! Will not be ordering any of this type of food from Just Eat again.

Good food,the drive through is good,but when it rains,the inside of ur car gets get,cuz there is no shelter whilst ur window is down.

Shockingly slow. 25 mins from order to getting food, wasn’t a particularly large order. Then the food was so so cold, I don’t actually know how they managed that. To top it off some of the order was completely wrong. Very very disappointing.

I've been coming to this KFC since moving to Alloa a year ago and it's the worst run fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I've always used the drive through and every time you're asked to park up and wait a minimum of 20 minutes for what is meant to be fast food. Not sure if they've been under staffed for the past year or the staff are just incompetent. There never seems to be any sense of urgency with orders. They're lucky KFC food is so good otherwise they would've been shut down long ago. Currently sitting outside waiting for my food and we're coming up for half an hour wait as they messed up the order. Classic.

Overall good service but by the time you add your service charge and bag charge to the 1.49 delivery charge it becomes a bit expensive

Delivery driver got buzzed into building, put hands out for the food, puts the bag on ground starts to walk away, back split at bottom. Cold drinks under hot food not even separate bag, gravy tub leaking, missing 2 kids corn on cob, was just awful and the manner which delivery driver spoke when asked why the bag ripped was just disgusting

No phone number to get through to this place ordered food in "hamilton" for it to go through as alloa won't allow me to change on the app either or call customer services as the offices are closed
