buns soggy, chips cold. Not great

There was a worker at the desk with ginger hair. She greeted me with a welcoming smile and the service was astonishing, She made the rest of my night and I enjoyed my kebab and chips. I will for sure be returning! 10/10

Top stuff, Sizzler menus the way to go

Used to love this place but has gone down hill. Food is utterly rank if you like sitting on the toilet for 3 hours eat here.

I weep for the people of Stornoway having too eat this muck pizza was terrible more grease than anything pakora with no sauce when asked for sauce looked at me like I was a alien

We popped in here for dinner before heading to the cinema. It was our first ever visit to this branch and we weren't overly impressed. Firstly, this is now the nearest pizza hut to us as they closed our locals down which we find hard to believe because our locals were always mobbed with ques out the door but this branch was practically empty. The service was a bit hit or miss, we were served by 3 different people, only given 5 minutes to read the menu and order this was even before getting our drinks? Our mains didn't take long to arrive and some were a little undercooked. No staff member ever approached us to see if everything was OK, we then ordered desserts but these took forever to arrive! They didn't taste the same as they used to and definitely not worth the price! Then we asked for the bill but this again took about 20 mins. The atmosphere of pizza hut definitely wasn't there, for example yhe ice cream factory was just sitting on a table, bowls of sweets sitting on the table, not like it used to be attached inside the wall with all the dispensers. The salad bar wasn't great either many things have disappeared. Pizza hut used to be a favourite but its easy to see why they are closing down everywhere...

Una velada realmente encantadora. El personal era muy acogedor y amable. La comida era absolutamente genial. El único problema negativo fue la cantidad de moscas pequeñas, incluso había una en mi vaso de agua. Pizza Express necesita abordar esto.

Pedí a Cous Cous anoche como parte de un gran pedido de un lugar de trabajo local. Cuando finalmente llegó 80 minutos después de ordenar descubrimos rápidamente que faltaba un schwarma de pollo. En ese momento ya no quería que me devolvieran la comida por teléfono y pedí un reembolso. El tipo que contestó no escuchó y repetidamente dijo que lo enviarían ahora antes de colgar. 25 minutos después llegó y al empezar a comerlo me decepcionó principalmente el calor de la comida. Dado que la dirección de entrega es de aproximadamente media milla de Cous Cous me gustaría esperar que la comida esté muy caliente cuando llegó. En cambio, en el mejor de los casos era tibio. Pero esa no fue la peor parte. Llamar vil a su intento de pollo schwarma sería una eufemismo. Una vez que cavé mi camino más allá de la cantidad obscena de colorante alimentario me enfrenté a lo que se referían como "pollo". Como pollo la mayoría de los días y esto no tenía ningún parecido con esa carne. También asumo que Cous Cous piensa que un condimento de schwarma es solo sal, ya que eso es todo lo que pude probar. No había ni rastro de ningún otro sabor. La salsa de chile también era sosa en el mejor de los casos y probablemente usaba la cantidad equivalente de azúcar que usaban de sal en el "pollo". Obviamente nunca me comí esta abominación así que devolví la llamada pidiendo un reembolso. Ambos miembros del personal con los que hablé no podían importarles menos y simplemente repetían lo mismo una y otra vez. Este lugar no tiene idea de cómo sabe la comida de la parte del mundo que pertenecen a ofrecer. Evítelo a toda costa a menos que tenga una deficiencia de sal o azúcar y aprecie un terrible servicio al cliente.

I don't know why I bother eating at PizzaHut Table waiting is long gone, now you're escorted to a table and then told to order through a QR code stuck to the table. Ordering through the app is easy but then have the gall to ask for a tip? What am I tipping? Their ability to take me to an empty table and tell me how to use a QR code? The best thing about the pizza is that it's server in a hot pan keeping the pizza hot, however the pizza bread was very greasy, the crispyness of the bread was probably the only positive. As for the cheese, it slid off the pizza after one or two bites resulting in my last remaining bites of the slice to be purely bread and tomato sauce. The free refils and ice cream bar are probably the best part of the experience which isn't saying much. I don't see myself going to PizzaHut in the future unless I'm lacking options for dining out.

Absolutely loving the food. The staff are always helpful and food comes in a timely manner. My daughters love the gluten free pizza. The reason this is not a 5* review is due to the place refusing to take cash as a form of payment. When enquired why that was, the employee advised it is so that there is no cash in the till in case the place got robbed. Which is absolute non-sense in my opinion. Cash is a valid form of payment and I do not like to support places that are pushing us towards a cashless society. I have advised my tourists friends to avoid hut as they only had cash with them. Which is a shame.

Portions were very good, but it's a shame everything was really over cooked apart from the chips which where good,
