Classic kebab house but with the best food ull ever have. I go anytime I'm wanting a good bit of takeout. So far have had the mixed kebab, mixed calzone and the chicken pakora. All were super tasty.

Utterly disgusting pizza, not only did it taste awful it was badly burned. If that's wasn't bad enough, we ordered two pizza for delivery and the second was even worse than the first.

Asked for a chicken kebab wasn’t grilled fresh chicken kebab was off the rotating chicken/ donner kebab absolute dry and disgusting never again would visit this hole so called Turkish kebab place even the chips were rubbish!

I was on holiday in Edinburgh. Found this place around the corner where I was staying. The gentleman that took care of us were very Friendly, the service was fast, and the food was worth A repeat visit next night.

This place was amazing! We loved the food and the service was fast and friendly. We returned from last night and everything was still just as great. I ordered a small chicken doner kebab and it was stuffed so full, I couldn't finish it in one sitting. I highly recommend these guys!

Never even knowingly ordered from here, def didn't sing up for marketing, still getting spam texts despite phoning the shop to ask for my number to be removed from their marketing list.

I think I had the mixed donner wrap, chicken and lamb, it seemed expensive until he described it was huge, and it was huge, enough for 2 people/servings, sliced in half. Just under a tenner.

Sound place deffo stop by if you’re hungry

The food here is fantastic and the portions are definitely filling, would highly recommend for the price. The staff are also very friendly and approachable.

The holy land of kebab. Their wraps are the size of a forearm with the finest of bread and meat. The kebab calzones have layers of cheese and meat artfully crafted. Truly the best kebab shop.

Like so many was saying love this place great food great prices get from hear few times a month the pizza are so nice love the nice crispy crust not to over Don but just right if they was only one suggestion I wood make was start serving red onions in salds as they tast way better ,

Dersim has recently been taken over and what a difference!! Service is always friendly and they go out of their way to make sure everything is right.. The new owner has big plans for the place and I for one is looking forward to seeing what he is going to do in the coming months, if local or in the area it is definitely worth a visit!

My absolute favourite place to go for a delightful kebab or pizza for the family or my favourite, their calzone. Would choose this place before anywhere else.

I had the veg pakora here over two years ago and have thought about it at least once a month ever since.

Took a 15 quid order over just eat 1 hour 10 mins before 2am closing time, its 143am, no sign of order, no conformation, no answering phone calls, so

Love the food from this place.. pizzas, kebabs, chips.. my fav is chips and curry.. i have tried it in many places this dish but its the best here.. i buy it atleast weekly once or twice.. To top it all, they are so friendly and receiving... i would recommend this place so much..

Unhygenic & greasy food. No mask ,no gloves. Pizza topping meat is at least 8- 9 hours old or from day before coz it smells fishy.

The worst pizza I have ever had, ordered a pizza calzon, granted it was late at night and one of the only places open but they should have shut the doors with the rest, uncooked and sever lack of Donner meat. Phoned to complain and was informed that I was a habitual complainer, Don't go neer this establishment later on in the evening.

Great quality food always tastes fresh full of flavour some of the best kebab meat, pizzas and nan breads ive tried. scampi was also really good never fail to serve a delicious dish ive also been told their vegetable pakora is really good but I've never tried it yet. i look forward to trying more of their dishes soon 5* Food and 5* service.

Food was below a good standard. Ordered chicken pakora and chips & curry sauce late at around 1:30am and although it did arrive early, the pakora was black on the inside and there was barely any curry sauce on the chips, also the chips were undercooked. AND they gave us 2 litres of Sprite instead of Fanta. Definitely wont order again.

Lovely amazing staff ran in short notice to get dinner as had a train to catch. After ordering food it becomes apparent they don't take card however they very kindly allowed me to pay the owner via bank transfer. Fantastic customer service and well priced food.

The nicest thing about my order was the bottle of coca cola. No salt or sauce on the fish and chips, wasn't offered the option either, fish clearly wasn't fresh, chips were sub par but no flavour without any salt or sauce, I had to grate my own cheese to make them edible. Chicken pakora was ok at best. Couldn't finish eating any of it.

Dersim kebab y pizzería ¡No feliz! Ordenar fue fácil y sin complicaciones a las 8: 05 pm. El pedido debía llegar a las 9: 10 pm, les llamamos por teléfono a las 9: 26 pm y le informamos que estaba en camino. Llegó y el repartidor fue agradable. Cuando abrimos la caja, la pizza se veía bien, pero el primer bocado sugería que estaba tibia. Cada rebanada estaba más fría y no la terminamos. Las papas fritas y la salsa de curry eran sabrosas, pero también frías y pegadas al papel de respaldo, debían haber usado plástico o adherirse, ya que las papas estaban cubiertas con las cosas. Impresión general, no agradable. No volveremos a toda prisa. Todavía tiene un sabor "extraño", una hora más tarde. Incluso después de lavarlo con té.

Hemos estado yendo a Dersim cada vez para una familia tratan más de 5 años (incluso la más mínima excusa ahora es una buena razón! ). Cada vez que hemos tenido un excelente servicio amable, la comida deliciosa (adolescente proceso mejor pizza) y entrega rápida. El cordero shish kebab es en realidad la pena luchando contra alguien, es muy bueno. Sólo una vez en 5 años fue un error y rápidamente me envió la orden correcta sin objeción. Buena comida, buenos precios, excelente servicio. . ¿Qué más se puede pedir? ! ! No me molestaría en ir a otro lugar porque son los mejores. Bien hecho chicos que trabajan duro cada noche y se agradece* :)

They have mentioned if u order above 20 pounds u will be given free soft drink but they failed to give it . When I asked the delivery driver he said that I have to mention in the comment that I need a soft drink it seems. If u cant provide the customer with the special offer u have mentioned on your website then please do remove it. And my order arrived late and it was not hot. Had lot of good experience with them before but I did not expect this from them very much disappointed .utter waste of money.

Good is notbad quick time I use a lot but staff are incompetent every time they forget a sauce or get dressings etc wrong or you pay for extra cheese and don't get it but they charge you. Also I don't know how it took 4mins for my donner burger should take at least 7 no ??

Absolutely awful food. It looked and tasted like it had been steamed. Kebab was like eating plastic, no taste! The chips were all soggy. The pizza had absolutely no taste and didn’t have hardly any toppings on it. We all had a few mouthfalls, realised how rank it was then threw it away. We called the restaurant up but the man made out like he couldn’t hear/understand us. Really want my money back. £35 for bin food is not ideal!

Paid extra for pineapple and there was none. No onion either when asked for. Food arrived look warm. Will not order again

Pizza arrived very late, and it was cold.

I had to leave to go to an event, on ordering the restaurant put my delivery 30mins back, fair enough, but it was 40mins late on the revised time. Due time 3.25pm........driver at door 410pm.........i still gave a tip for the driver time, so will await my refund

Solo tuve una entrega. Las pizzas estaban bien, pollo kebab era el peor que he tenido. Horrible calidad de pollo. La salsa 'Chilli' es en realidad jarrón de pizza con salsa de tomate metido en una tina. NO ORDENE AQUÍ. ESTOY TAN ENOJADO. ABAJO CON DERSIM.

I had been a vegetarian customer of Dersim for 20 years, enjoying a combination of pizzas, garlic bread and calzones. Returning home this evening with an order of vegetarian calzone, I bit in to my food only to realise after a few seconds chewing that, for the first time in 30 years, I was eating meat. Pulling the calzone apart, it was the furthest thing from a vegetarian calzone imaginable. Quite simply, this is unforgivable. It's a shame because I've enjoyed the food previously and the service has been friendly. But I'll not be returning and I'd suggest that others with particular dietary requirements avoid this place.

I have been ordering from here for a long time now and I have never had a bad experience. The food is great and delivery is usually earlier than specified (I don't think it has ever been significantly over). In short would recommend ordering from here.

Ordered a chicken calzone, chicken pieces were not fully cooked was like chewing rubber, gave up a few bites in, won't be back. Delivery driver came to the door didn't even look at me as he was too busy on his phone just handed me the box.

Total wrong order wont be returning.

First time I've been in as I'm not local.... nice cheeseburger and chips.

The salad is a bit boring, just iceberg lettuce and very unripe tomatoes but the rest is great. We usually eat the kebab there. And the garlic sauce is the highlight.

My kebab was very greasy and the meat tasted weird. I stopped eating because taste was awful. Also, I don't know why my chips with curry sauce had a paper on it.

These guys are brilliant. very friendly and never had an issue with the food in the 4 years i lived in Edinburgh. i still stop by from time to time, however would very much appreciate it if they would open a branch in Bo'Ness!
