Always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone's happy. It's also the best pizza hut we've been to for people with hidden disabilities.

Really friendly helpful staff . The buffet was excellent. Food was great . Would recommend .

The pizza was really big. The lady was very nice and pointed out to us in advance that you could eat a pizza comfortably for two people Cleaned with the same cloth that was rarely cleaned.

The restaurant was really quiet when we went there at around tea time, and there were 2 front of house staff who I didn't think were very attentive. We were asked to order via the QR code on the table, and when our food was ready it sat there until one of them realised it was there. I think the dough for my daughter's pizza was pre-made, mine was okay. Overall, what I was expecting, but it did the job for us that evening.

The Unlimited pizza deal was amazing and pizza itself - delicious! The place is suitable for big groups of kids for example.

I come here every so often and I have never found a place where I have been so consistently impressed. Every time I go, the service has been incredible. Going for the lunchtime buffet, I have consistently been asked if I have any requests for pizzas to be brought out or (at the end of the buffet, 3 pm) if I would like to take any of the leftovers when it has been quiet. The food always hits the spot, and for the price of £10.99, this must be one of the cheapest lunch deals in Edinburgh! Overall, I am so impressed by the consistency of service and quality of the food - I highly recommend it.

After a long time, we decided to visit pizza hut. I was not impressed. The food was not as good as I had in my memory. The price has also changed and it's not cheap. The lasagne was not great also the garlic bread. Good is the pizza crust option and unlimited salad. We paid nearly 150 for 6 people. For dessert we decided to go somewhere else.

Salad bar was off- felt like I would get a food poisoning if I ate it. Pizza ok. Overpriced and so many much better alternatives just next door. Below average service and atmosphere- couldn’t believe Pizza Hut could be that bad, avoid this place at all cost!

Went to buffet with 10 children. Food was okay, as expected. The girl serving was great. Didn't catch her name (purple hair) but she was friendly and dealt with a large group really well.

We had ordered a vegetarian pizza for takeaway. The crust was really thin and different from other pizza chains. I would like to try again on my next visit.

Worst resturant ever for delivery rider, waiting for 15 to 20 mint still the staf was ignoring and dont let us know in how much time the order will be ready. Destorying our time and disrespecting us. Shame on service. This not even deserve a single star Date 9 december 2023 time 21:38 pm

Phoned Pizza Hut 90mins after placing order (30 mins late at this point). They were very apologetic saying ‘no courier turned up’. When the order finally arrived another 40mins later the driver told me Pizza Hut remade the order for us so it’d be fresh. Very pleased they did this - kind of them on a busy night. Real shame about the lack of courier and poor communication though.

We got a table really quick which was nice. They seemed to spread everyone out which was good as the table behind ours was that close your seats where practically on top of each other. That was until we got a really large party of people sat behind us when there where loads of other free tables. Spoilt the evening as we couldn't hear a thing each other was saying due to the noise their was only two of us. The food was lovely when it arrived, it was quite slow service. Though I definitely wouldn't be back again as the bills was shocking for two people. It was over £50. If we had knew how dear it was we wouldn't have went in.

The whole experience was great but can I just say Wei Feng was amazing. He was super chatty and helpful. He made me and my husband feel welcomed and relaxed. Wei is a very bubbly man and I want him to notice that his kindness and happiness is appreciated. Me and my husband left Pizza Hut with a big smile on our faces and we can’t stop talking about how great Wei was and because of this we will be coming back more often. Keep up the good job Wei.

The salad bar followed by the main course was the perfect time in between to enjoy a yummy salad at the start. Great timing. 👌 👍The pizza itself was huge and delicious and we got the equivalent of another meal to go from our leftovers! Worth a visit.

A disappointing experience tonight at this Pizza Hut. Food was average and is now ridiculously overpriced. Staff members were generally unattentive and atmosphere was blah. All of the salad dressing were out and yet staff made no effort to refill. Even when I ask about a dressing which was clearly empty, there was no great urgency to replace. No smiles, just a blase attitude to being at work. Will not be returning.

Yes, that's the reason I typed in through your complicated platform. I am not sure her name. She is a Lady, middle size , wearing a black glasses. May be Ashishs, I am not 100% sure. When I got the seats in this restaurant that was assigned by a purple color hair highlighted , I think she was a manager. After that, Amazing serving is starting, the waitress (wearing black glasses, middle age, good english) served us. She is kind , respect , polite. I have been living in UK over past 2.5 years. I visited over 100 restaurants regarding edinburgh, London, Manchester and some 5 start hotel restaurant. I can say she is the best serving i never see in UK. She is helpful, always smile, sincerely on her job. I watched her operations during last night. That's wonderful. I can say if any boss or organization can employ a staff like her. No customer will complaint and will have a very good image. I will definitely go back this branch. Finally, Thanks for her hard work. Top rating services. !

Good food and quick service on a Saturday evening.

the food, and was glad to see there was parmesan cheese and chilli flakes. The food came out very quick and when we were getting full, the take away boxes were provided very quickly (before we asked)

Food was good! The pizzas were all very delicious, they were served very fast too! However, they only accept card here.

Pre booked a table for 14 being told to phone no later than 4 days before. Given menu orders and told it would be ready for my sons party arriving. Ok lost booking, luckily i had a copy of the orders. No offer of the salad bar which should of according to the childrens menu. Pizza and sides put down and staff disappeared. No thought or care considering it was a large party. Ended up tidying away the plates after pizza, had to go request staff come and do the next part of the meal. Asked staff to do cake which they obliged. Just a lack of time spent. Poor service and dampner of the day. Had to keep asking for my list to come back, think after 3 times it might have dawned on them that to dish out 14 dinners I'd need it back. Won't be booking them again. Just a lack of effort by staff especially when the place wasn't even busy.

Like usual banging pizza. You really need to bring those prices down. 1 bottomless drink 1 Pepsi 1 large pepperoni pizza with cheesy bites . £40 pound?. I'd expect someone to feed it to me also. Ha. I'll stay home next time and get the takeaway that costs me 20 and the pizza sauce tastes similar to pizzahut.

Our server tonight was first class!! Definitely understaffed and the pizza including deserts took 2 hours from start to finish to get. If it wasn’t for her attention to detail and running the whole restaurant I reckon most customers would be scoring low or asking for a refund. She deserves recognition along with staff behind the scenes all mucking in! No management to be seen with the issues that were ongoing though and need to waken up. This goes to say with franchise owner also. Clearly looking at reviews issues need addressed.

Can’t believe how expensive Pizza Hut is now. We went today (Saturday) paid £70 for 2 kids and 2 adults buffet and 2 drinks. Pizza was nice, very fresh and tasty. Salad bar didn’t look great, not very fresh or appealing. Staff were lovely, really attentive and helpful. Toilets were dirty. Overall, very expensive for what it is.

Friendly and polite delivery driver

Took the kids here at their request as they wanted 'special ice cream'. They especially enjoyed getting to visit the ice cream station and choose their own toppings etc. It was very busy but the staff were nice and worked hard to keep on top of things

There were two waitresses that even thought were trying their best, they have obviously not been trained at all and kept messing up. Place was nearly empty but everything was dirty. Lastly I don't know what has happened to pizza hut but floor was terrible. Not coming back again for sure.

Buffet is our choice, usually pretty fresh and hot Pizza, "all in one offer" is best

The prices are ridiculous. £33 for 14inch pizza O_O Absolutely no deals either except a few garbage ones. Service was woeful. Ended up using the App to order otherwise we might still be waiting.... They may as well get rid of the serving staff and just hire a few cleaners for the tables and let everyone use the App. Pizza was decent but at the price that's the bare minimum i'd expect!

Pizza had no sauce or hardly any cheese . Stuffed crust had no garlic either and toppings were grim. Sides were ok but no sauce made it dry. And dessert wa# a tiny slice of cake not worth the money

Food was late and Cold and the cookie dough know is an absolute joke and not worth the money the food is way better in the restaurant and the sauce from the cookie dough has went on some of our food

They do provide an allergen guide which is thorough and the drinks machine is always a plus! On the other hand, we ordered mains then dessert and 30 mins later still hadn't received dessert. We asked a member of staff but were still waiting which with a 1 year old waiting that long is just not ideal. Eventually we had to ask for the desserts to go as we just couldn't wait any longer. Also, when I was carrying my daughter out and had been walking through, a staff member just walked on through refusing to let me out so I had to move as they had hot plates and the space was too tight for me holding my daughter and them, just came across quite rude. None of the staff were approachable or friendly, my daughter frequently said Hiya anytime anyone walked past her and she was just ignored.

Buffet is a bit miserable, with the best toppings held back or mixed into other pizzas (a couple of slices of pepperoni in amongst a ham and pineapple). Very expensive as well.

Worst customer service ever . We told them that we couldn't order through the app because we didn't have the phone with us and after more then 10 min we didn't get served we ended up leaving and went to flaming grill next door and the customer service and the food was amazing

My order was 30 minutes late I ordered it for a specific time. When the food arrived it was all cold and the pizza had very little meat on it. Chips and nachos were also both soggy as well as cold. Defionately not value for money, paid just under £26 would have enjoyed £1 pizza better, wont be ordering from pizza hut again.

We had the kiddo's 10th birthday here, and the manager was really lovely and supportive! I'd brought some decorations for the table, plus a birthday cake, and she was happy to lend me some tape for the banner and to store the cake in the back until the right moment. Thanks for a great experience!

Ordering via a web page isn't very friendly, and to then ask if customers want to leave a tip (before any food arrives and the sole contact with a staff member is being shown to a table!) This practice is surely cheating staff out of tips.

Easy and delicious lunch to catch up with friends with 4 teenagers in tow. Something for everyone, excellent service. Rebecca could not have done more for us.

Lunch buffet pizzas were great, lots of fresh pizzas coming out one after the other, delish. Seemed like they were a bit short staffed maybe but staff working were really nice.
