The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Edinburgh and Lothian

The food was served quickly and was cooked fresh. Owner said the pizza sauce is all home made and so is the kebab meat….which you could tell. Was delicious 😋

We'd walked past this PE several times during our trip to Edinburgh and it always looked pleasant and cosy. It's in a very convenient location in the Old Town although the area is sadly covered with scaffolding at the moment. It wasn't too busy when we arrived, perhaps half-full at best. Seating was pleasant despite the scaffolding, as it was evening anyway. Staff were very pleasant and the food was nice as you'd expect of PE. The whole experience was perhaps somewhat longer than it should have been, however - nearly 90 minutes for three courses. It's unclear whether this delay was about the kitchen or the staff, but the staff seemed busy constantly even though there were 4-5 of them at least. We weren't in a big rush but felt that more of our evening had been taken up by the meal that we might have wanted, and of course being PE it isn't especially cheap - around £120 - so more than twice what we might have paid for pizza in, say, a Wetherspoons for instance. But this is fine, I think though that perhaps an additional staff member would have been ideal.

Have visited in the past and always had great service in the restaurant. Recently ordered via deliveroo (Friday 28th Feb). We had some requests re dietary needs and Queensferry street couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating- really pleasant and informative staff. Food was on time and as always excellent. Highly recommend. Thanks.

This is the worst pizza's I have been served . The staff were in a mega hurry to get closed but took our order . They have admitted getting the order wrong but didn't mention that my Pizza was stuffed crust which had zero stuff in the crust . The other Pizza was far too small and didn't make the stuffed crust order asked for . The ingredients were minimal . The dough was not cooked properly and tasteless . This was a takeaway that will never be repeated. Pizza hut has lost its plot . I want a refund immediately as this is unacceptable and not worth £ 22 . How dare they serve us inadequate food .

Went to see the amazons last night, staff were all great. Very friendly and accommodating. Venue was clean with a nice vibe.

Usamos Milton Fry regularmente y nunca hemos tenido una mala comida desde allí. El pescado se cocina fresco al igual que las patatas fritas. Las pizzas también están recién hechas por encargo y cocinadas en un horno de pizza. Sorprendido por las críticas mediocres!

Good food, I like the burgers and fried pizza. Can fit 3 of your fingers into the burger and it holds up pretty good!

La familia se reúne el día de San Valentín. El lugar estaba lleno de gente. Callum nuestro camarero era de primera clase, pero corrió harapiento debido a la evidente falta de personal. ¡Vamos Gerencia, revisen sus rotaciones! El lugar parecía que necesitaba una limpieza profunda debido al gran volumen de clientes que deben pasar por sus puertas. Definitivamente no es la mejor comida, los ingredientes de pizza eran escasos y secos, la cocina simplemente no podía seguir el ritmo. La comida era mediocre. Lástima realmente, ya que mi familia son grandes fans de Pizza Express en general, pero este restaurante en particular está en urgente necesidad de una actualización y atención al detalle. Edimburgo tiene muchas mejores ofertas en la manga. Estrella de oro para Callum, aunque por su profesionalidad y fabuloso servicio al cliente, estaba muy tranquilo bajo una inmensa presión.

We haven't eaten in a while in a pizza hut, and I can say I saw a huge difference. Pros The buffet of 20 British pounds was worth it. We ate a lot and was totally worth it. The quality of the food was impressive A lot of different pizzas and salads had so many options . The ice cream was a decent one for a machine made . Most of the staff were friendly except one guy was a bit stiff and abrupt Wasn't full, so we got seated fast. Plus, after a few mins, the store was full Cons The concept was a bit new to us Slow Internet connection.

La hora que había ido a Pizzahut era tan temprano como la hora del almuerzo, así que cuando llegamos tuvimos que esperar un poco para la pizza, pero me había dado a mí y a mi familia tiempo para servirnos algunas cosas del bar de ensaladas. La otra pizza que me destacó fue la pizza de barbacoa que tenía el equilibrio perfecto entre el maíz dulce de tocino ahumado y el glaseado de barbacoa perfecto. Había una máquina de helados que estaba sorprendentemente limpia y estaba rodeada de los ingredientes y salsas para el helado. En general, estaba bastante satisfecho con mi visita y me encantaría ir de nuevo.
