Fantastic Pizza, very warm and great taste. Ready to collect at designated time from the Livingston store. The shop is clean and has excellent customer service

We came for lunch whilst in Livingston. Our son had always wanted to try PH and as there was a kids eat free code going, we tried it. The code only works for the buffet lunch. We upgraded his for £2 so he could have a drink and ice cream included As always, Pizza Hut is over priced but the Pizza is good and we quite like the salad bar. Pizza's were constantly being turned to the hot plate. It was fine, it wasn't anything special, the staff were friendly and happy. Cleared plates away when required. This place doesn't accept cash anymore.. we scanned the code on our table and paid on our phones. Not sure I like that being promoted, however, it is what it is?

Walked in at 2.45pm on 31st December- quick bite between shopping - first thing we were told was that no more salad buffet, card only and closing at 4pm, not the best welcome! Server tried his best to get us to do our own ordering through the QR on the table but I prefer human contact. I thought we would cut down the cost by sharing a pizza! Our pizza in total cost us £29.25 - for one pizza!!!! Then £8 for two glasses of tango! When I questioned the price I was told that is what they charge for a half pizza, even though the full pizza of one sort was only £22!! I was met with a shrug of the shoulders and a half apology! No one came to check ack that our food was OK even though I jnew it would be inly like warm as I had seen it sitting on the counter top for a few minutes and the kitchen member shouted 'Service' twice before anyone came to take it! It wasn't a good experience and I'm sure we could of had a better value -actual meal! - somewhere else. We will be avoiding this chain in the future.

What can I say, the only thing that's changed since the 80s is the prices. I had the thin base and it was very mediocre,not very crispy. My husband had the stuffed crust and there was a big gap between the topping and the crust. I think if this is what Pizza Hut offer now, they are going to be left behind

I remember going to Pizza Hut and it being a real treat and experience. However, our visit was anything but. I don't really understand having to order of a website when the staff have to bring the food anyway. We were told the buffet was shut as we sat down at 3pm even though there seemed to be plenty of food still out and being brought out. The prices have gone a little off the scale as well. For 2 adults and 2 children with drinks it came to nearly £60 which seemed quite a lot for what we actually got. The food was OK but the portions have definitely shrunk too. The restaurant was OK although the blinds were half open and broken and it all just felt a little tired. Perhaps Pizza Hut don't really know where they belong anymore and need a rethink. Although the kids enjoyed it, I won't be rushing to take them back.

We popped in here one Thursday evening. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, light and bright (Including the toilets). We were greeted by Carenh who took us to a nice table. When she gave us menus she asked if there were any allergies. We said “yes”, and we’re given a booklet of all their products that indicated whether or not the most common allergens were present in the food. I have no doubt that this is very useful for people with common allergies however, I was relieved that Carenh understood that my allergies were serious, although not included in the list. (Some restaurants don’t teach staff about this possibility which makes it difficult to explain to some staff.) Carenh guided us through the menu and checked with kitchen staff. Due to my types of allergy, she advised us to have the plain pizza sauce. Despite the sauce being “plain” the pizza was very tasty and we loved the “eat-all-you-want” salads that we could help ourselves to. There was a great choice of salad items and all were fresh. It was fun to see children get their own icecream and toppings and we watched lots of children who were thrilled with using the pump, sauces and sprinkles then walking off with their own creation. As it’s been years since we had whipped icecream, I indulged in the self service icecream and was not disappointed. I gave all the fancy sprinkles a miss but took a couple of dashes of strawberry sauce. It was delicious: lovely creamy icecream and a sauce that really tasted fruity. We appreciate that the soft drinks have free top-ups but we prefer the flavour of canned or bottled drinks, rather than the “on-tap” version. We will know to give the top-up version a miss next time! This restaurant is on one level and is easily accessible for people with walking difficulties and wheelchair users. However, the salad bar and Icecream Factory may be more difficult for wheelchair users to access, due to the limited space around them. Before arriving at this restaurant we had gone into a different Pizza restaurant in the down stairs area of the shopping centre. It was poorly lit and we waited a good 5 minutes before one of the 5 kitchen staff showed us to a seat without saying a word! We left after we had sat for about 10 minutes without being served. We are so glad that we left the other restaurant and ventured upstairs because we had a completely different and positive experience! Make sure to go to the Pizza Hut which is upstairs within the shopping centre. We look forward to visiting again. 10/10

Soggy pizza. Horrible tasting chips. Dirty toilets. Asked for 1 pizza and a portion of chips to share. Got a bill for £27 !!?? Waitress insisted that it was a SHARING pizza so almost doubled the cost. Not what I ordered. Never again!

We go to this pizza hut branch quite often when in Livingston. Kids love it and it'd a great looking place. Maybe going on a Sunday in December wasn't a great idea as it's busy. Busy and buffet don't mix. Food was good, staff doing their best in the covid environment but the place didn't cope with the nbers. The buffet experience was not good as far too many queues and waiting around. I couldn't blame the clientele for over filling their leaves as it was a bit of a nightmare going back and forward. Yes, good value budget food but yo be standing around for so long you never get to sit together am eat. Buffet doesn't work when there are high numbers.

After been seated and told how it all works, we attempted to order however with limited mobile signal and the customer WiFi proving even slower it took a long time to order, a very long time. As this was a family outing there was two bills, both had issues. The first having submitted the order, the online order (as this is the only way) changed the drinks orders to Milk, not an option to select for bottomless drinks, but that’s what it had changed to anyway. The second, having finished the mains, the desserts for everyone on both bills been ordered at the same time one side was left waiting for a good 20min after everyone else had finished. To the point of even after we just asked for them to go (it’s cookie dough, not exactly made to order) we were still left waiting for another 10min. For what should have a been a quick bite, we were there for over 90min and a 1/3 of that was just waiting to go. The younger staff did what they could to avoid eye contact with just about every table, an interesting approach considering your meant to remain seated and wave to get their attention. 99% of the work been carried out by the 2 more experienced staff (whom were lovely I should point out) And the food was edible, most of it. Salads even they couldn’t mess up. Pizzas were surprisingly bland and saddening right along with sides, with everything well over cooked with burnt edges. I certainly will not be returning not for the price paid against quality of food & service received. The pub downstairs from here would have done better

Ordering on a website is stupid. The staff have to bring the food to the table anyway. If it reduced the risk of exposure then okay but none of the staff had PPE on. So that’s not an excuse. The pizza was terrible. It was frozen and reheated. For £22 I expect a freshly made pizza. For £8 I get a freshly made pizza at my local chip shop. I’d honestly rather have a £3.50 frozen pizza from Tesco. Garbage food.

We took our grandsons for a treat before going to the cinema and won't be back so expensive and not worth the money it cost us nearly £60 for 2 pizzas a small flatbread pizza and a kids mac and cheese. The pizza was tasteless and the flatbread topping was really badly cut huge chunks of onion,peppers not good. Not a place we will return to much better pizza places in Livingston and better prices.

Salad not topped up. Not fresh. The pizza menu changed. My regular veg pizza was COVERED with the most disgusting spice mix ever. Hardly any cheese. Couldn’t eat the pizza. Kids refused to touch it. Also, they don’t take your order anymore. You gave to stand in a queue. Complained to manager about pizza, refused refund but gave a voucher for a free dessert? Will not be going back to this pizza. It’s a shame. We liked visiting here as a family.

Poor quality pizza compared to the likes of Dominoes, Papa Johns & Pizza Express. Chicken Wings were poor also. Salad bar didn’t seem very fresh. Won’t go back.

Last minute booking on a Sunday night . Decided to bring my 3 kids along once my husband finished work . Kids are 3 , 8 & 11 . Food was lovely very good range for all ages. Girls serving were really nice . Nice atmosphere .was pleasantly surprised .will definitely be back .

Went to Pizza Hut for our work Christmas lunch as we couldn't decide where to go. Had a brilliant buffet lunch for 10 people with a round of drinks for under £100. Food was great, all you can eat. The reason for only 4 starts was because staff gave us the bill before asking for it, which made us feel like we were being quickened up and so left without ordering deserts.

My 2 sons and I went here today for lunch my eldest son is 16 and has Asperger’s so the waitress let us pick our own table and made sure we were comfortable before leaving us to look over the menu. My youngest son and I had the buffet which was well priced and had a good selection of pizza, pasta and salad which was unlimited. When it was really busy at the buffet counter the staff carried trays of pizza to the tables to offer slices to customers to save them queuing which was really good. My eldest son was able to order of the big kids menu as he only eats chicken strips and chips when we eat out. Staff were very friendly and accommodating so would recommend

Love Pizz Hut in Macarthur Glen. The staff are so friendly, the food is always good and served quickly and the restaurant is clean and bright and modern

It has been a few years since I last visited Pizza Hut but I always really enjoyed their pizzas, especially the pan pizza. Not any more. The restaurant was quiet when I arrived with my husband. When they brought our order they gave my husband the wrong pizza. They told him just to eat it and they would bring the correct pizza which he could take home if he wished( which we did). The pizzas are not nearly as good as they used to be, the filling was sparse as was the cheese and the base was not good either. There was an inch all round the pizza with nothing on it at all. I was very disappointed. Although the restaurant was virtually empty we waited a very long time for our plates to be cleared while one of the staff appeared to be setting tables. Most tables were already set. My husband ordered the chocolate cheese cake for dessert. Again we waited, eventually we were told that the cheesecake was not fully defrosted! We decided to just get the bill. I don't think I'll ever be back. The pizzas look as if they come in ready made and the appropriate topping added at the time. Shame that it's gone downhill.

Llevamos a mi hijo de 9 años para la cena de anoche, desde el momento en que llegamos fue un desastre! El chico joven que nos mutter 2 palabras todo el tiempo. Pedimos nuestra comida y nos dijeron que para servir bebidas autoservicio, que están justo fuera de los baños. El hedor de la orina en esa zona era tan fuerte que pensé que iba a vomitar. El bar de ensaladas era asqueroso, los recipientes sucios y cosas ensalada parecía que había sido sentado allí para siempre. Después de un rato llegó nuestra comida, o parte de ella. Nuestras pizzas llegaron antes los entrantes, y sin los lados paralelos. La pizza era coberturas falta como se describe en el menú y la base de pizza no estaba preparado, algunas de todavía estaba frío y pastoso. Nadie registró para asegurarse de que todo estaba bien, así que tuve que pedir los entrantes ya no parecia que llegaría. Los aperitivos y lados finalmente llegamos y estaban asquerosas, cubierto de grasa de pollo picaduras y pan de ajo menos el ajo. Después de quejarnos de la pizza el chico volvió y preguntó si nos gustaría nuestra factura - antes de que nos habían dado los postres que habíamos pagado! Finalmente conseguimos nuestro postre de masa de galletas - masa de galletas con helado y salsa de chocolate, sin embargo las cucharas que nos dieron eran cubiertas de caramelo? ! Tuve para después ir y encontrar a alguien para darnos cubiertos limpios.En general, es difícil decidir lo que es peor, la comida o el servicio.Curiosamente al volver todo el mundo que fuimos a cenar ahora está enfermo. No volveremos allí y contaremos a todo el mundo que conocemos para evitar!

Qué comida deliciosa! Salimos y tomamos ventaja de la 33% de descuento vale esta semana. Conseguimos un montón de comida deliciosa, y no me puedo quejar. Tuve que poner una mención especial a nuestra camarera, Kirsty, aunque que parecía ser el único miembro del personal visible pero hizo un trabajo fantástico de tratar con el restaurante y los clientes. Ella era muy amable, servicial y excelente con los niños. Servicio de atención al cliente realmente no puedo decir mucho sobre un establecimiento, y ella se merece el reconocimiento por el esfuerzo algunos se coloca en. Sencillamente excepcional. Es una pena que la máquina de tarjeta no tiene una opción para añadir una propina, porque no teníamos dinero en nosotros! Ojalá que no, ella se lo merece. Gracias por una cena familiar encantador :)

Almorzamos en Pizza Hut ayer y fue genial. Los tres miembros del personal era muy servicial y amable. Gracias a Kirsty, Blair y Rab por hacer que nuestra fecha de comida fabulosa. Pobre Kirsty tuvo que regresar y pedir al autor que la masa que podía comer como soy soy intolerante a la lactosa, pero no nos molestó de ella. Ella era muy feliz de responder a todas mis preguntas tontas acerca de pizza, también soy vegetariano, pero entre nosotros, tuve una pizza vegetal extremadamente DELICIOSO y mucho ensalada apenas podía salir del lugar. Volveré pronto.

Went here with my partner and son for lunch waited about 20 minutes to be seen and seated forgot to bring us a kids menu never asked us what drinks we would like waited about half a hour to get served child was getting grumpy so wee decided to just leave ruined our whole day will not be here again

Llegamos a ser recibidos por Kirsty que nos dio una bienvenida y un servicio muy amable. Aunque pensamos que perdía el buffet, girando justo antes de las 3pm cuando termina normalmente, este local tiene hasta 5:00 p.m., así tragedia de desastres.

Am hora después mi plato fue aclarado la tercera solicitud de mi desierto no habían aparecido. Las dos horas de visita para una pizza estaba usando tan finas como la base de mi principal. Solicité la factura y sorprendentemente los postres que faltaba tenía apareció milagrosamente en el total. Solucionar y nombrar algunos camareros madurez en vez de tratar de cortar las esquinas.

What do you really expect from a Pizza Hut? Well we got much more.Our waitress was really nice and polite and very attentive and couldn't have done enough for us!The pizzas were delicious and the salad was a bonus as it was free.Great choice of soft drinks too as well as alcohol.First time for us at a weekend and we were very pleasantly surprised.

I don't know why I even let my other half persuade me to go here. I'm not a big fan of pizza and it was a public holiday so there was no buffet on so the choice was gone. I can't help but feel they're missing a trick with that somehow. Typically we were taken to our seats by a member of the worlds smiliest service crew, all of whom were being stupidly nice to people rather than just being normally pleasant and polite. So my other half ordered a pizza and I had lasagna. The pizza was huge and bland and tasteless. Parts were more cooked than others. We actually took some home in the end and the dogs refused to eat it. Now for my lasagna. I don't even know where to start. It arrived in this dish that was millimetres deep and about as long and wide as a ruler. I think I used the entire salt cellar on my way through it, bland bland bland bland bland. I dare anyone to hunt for the topping sauce or a hint of cheese, there was a whole one layer of pasta in the dish and no seasoning or herbs etc at all. It was just yuk. Just tasteless. Just disappointing. When we complained to the waitress she threw a strop!! No sign of a manager or an employee over the age of 10. In the end we gave up complaining and left. Under no circumstances will we ever go back. I would strongly recommend that you don't either. Save your money, go anywhere else. Trust me!! I've generously given them a score of one because I can't do anything else. You need a no score button TripAdvisor please.

So I went for lunch with my two friends and the waitress was extremely rude! She was full of attitude and couldn't care less about the way she was talking to us. Not only was she cheeky, every time we asked her something she would look at us as if we were stupid and when I thanked her for the service she pushed past me and never said anything! Just to top it off the food took ages and they mucked up our order. NEVER AGAIN.

Went with my sister for lunch. We had a warm greeting.the service was very good. And the glutton free pizza was excellently.

Visited this pizza hut today as we came to the outlet,situated near our hotel. Two staff members were very rude, have absolutely no manners when talking, we were a family of 16.Our children went up to get ice cream and a staff member came up saying rudely how many ice creams are you having we told them 5 as I counted my daughter in because I knew she was going to have some after her lunch. After taking her to wash her hands I asked for an ice cream bowl to which the lady asked with attitude",how many do you want?" She got it for us again giving it to me with negative body language and ran and told the other lady staff to add it to the bill which she did.We told her we'd already accounted for her, she argued with my niece for a bit , absolutely disgraceful, until she realised and took it off the bill. We're from England and I've never experienced such hostility in pizza hut in my life.Will never eat here again.Theres plenty of other establishments in the centre. People like that just ruin your holiday/day.

Terrible buffet hardly any pizza ...what was there wasn't named ....far too spicy but no signs to tell you it's spicy ....dried up pasta no flavour ....will not be eating here again spent £26 ...not worth it

I liked it here and wee got kids a kids meal and us the bouffet but because we done this we were able to get them a slice of pizza to tide them over till dinner so happy kids lol xxxx

On a Monday shopping expedition, we stopped here for the buffet lunch.Hadn't been to one for years, as they never seemed to have a buffet on, whenever we've thought of going.This venue is a particularly large room, with windows, which makes it feel more bright and open.We were promptly greeted by a friendly young man who seated us, and looked after us.The salad bar was excellent, with everything you could possibly wish for, - except cheese. (I sometimes like some grated parmesan on my salad - and on my pasta?)There were 2 pastas; one creamy and one tomato-ey. Both were very soft, the way that children like it, and the creamy one was pure comfort food!On a hotplate, there was a good selection of delicious pizzas, mostly thick ones (at which they do excel), plus a thin spicy one, and one like thin garlic bread.I think in the old days there used to be spicy chicken wings on pizza hut buffets, but perhaps i mis-remember?Anyway, we left well-fed.

Went to Pizza Hut for a family dinner and was met by a very helpful Young lad who showed us to our seats.Our server(Jonathan) was a massive help to us as he took the stress away from not only ordering our food but was also patient with us ordering.(our kids changed their minds several times but he didn't get annoyed with us)Pizza arrived prompt and was fab!Well done Pizza Hut!

We know what to expect when we go for a pizza, usually combined with a visit to the Vue cinema. The selections at the salad bar and drinks bar are great. Our visit in December was enhanced by the engaging and helpful manageress who suggested a large pizza with two different topping to share. This worked very well. For an inexpensive meal this is one of our favourites.

Pizza hut have up there game since last dined with them. Had the buffet lunch including the unlimited salad bar. Food as expected for the hut good and service was friendly

Amazing food and amazing service from Kirsty :) couldn't have asked for a better waitress, always smiling and making sure we had everything we needed without being annoying.

Even though the menu is constantly improving and staff are attentive, they seem to be going backwards and are just not modern enough. Salads are still mostly frozen, miss the hoummos, greek salad and parmesan from the salad bar. The large pizzas are so expensive they are the same price as Dominoes, and if you are going as a family of 5 you would need a few of those to go round. Need fresh pastas, new toppings for the pizzas, cut the processed foods and make things from fresh; it would make a massive improvement.

Pretty average.Nothing special. Pizzas good but EXPENSIVE for what it is.Not exactly rocket science to make a pizza. ALthough PH seem to be reasonably good at it.Not world olympic champions... but good enough to be average pizza makers.Sorry cant be more indicative,These guys in Livingston are JUST AVERAGE,!John and Linzi

visit here from time to time, generally staff are friendly and always find a choice of food suitable for vegetarians. Good place to have something to eat either before or after the cinema. Always find it clean and it looks like the they have put in new seats when I was there at the weekend.

Visited here with my 3 kids & my friend & her 3 kids today. Stood for ages waiting on someone to seat us at 3:45pm finally I wandered up to kitchen area and asked a chef to find a waiter! We were seated 5 mins later. Waiter seemed bored and lacked any kind of enthusiasm. We were given menus after 10 long minutes we were finally asked if we wanted drinks then took it order. Waiter never came back after giving us our meal, another waitress that wasn't seeing to our area asked if everything was ok. We hadn't even finished our meal when the waiter brought over the bill .... 3 were still eating and we were not asked if we wanted deserts coffees ect!! When he brought the bill over I said we want 5 deserts, looked annoyed and fed up! Found out name was Matthew from bill! The meal was very good but service at Livingston from Mathew was appalling!!!

Popped in for buffet lunch server was lovely advised as our son was in high chair he eats free,pizza were coming our regular and hot only thing was the plates were very hot to handle other than that was perfect

Been here twice in two weeks. Travelled through from Edinburgh to shop and was so pleased with the food. The service both times was amazing. Nothing to fault. Maybe advertise more that you are a bit hidden upstairs.

After queueing for 10 minutes to get a seat, it was almost 50 minutes later before the food arrived. The service was chaotic - a simple matter of ordering soft drinks - we weren't told that you just help yourself! We ordered two pizzas - one was for sharing but it appeared to be the same size as the regular one. It was a "chef's special" seafood one, but it was practically tasteless.We ended up spending over £37. Not VFM at all, food poor, service poor, won't be back to any Pizza Hut anywhere.

When ordered at Pizza Hut,Livingston,Scotland.My wife and I took our 3 grandkids and son for tea.My wife ordered fries and onion rings.She remarked how tasteless the onion rings were and I cut one open out of curiosity.No sign of any onion ring and the gooey dough inside smelt very lightly of onion.Obviously just slightly perfumed with onion oil or whatever.The outer ring was soft with no bite or crunch.Otherwise the pizzas were well enough cooked but bland in the extreme.Service was good but doors to the kitchen and preparation were open.There was grease and a little food litter on the preparation room floor,which was mildly off putting.

Reliable standard of pizza, shame the server failed to advis that drinks are now self service! We sat until after the pizza arrived waiting on drinks (we were asked what we were having!) and it was only when we asked where they were we were pointed towards the self serve machines.

I've been here so many times and every time had a great buffet lunch We are really friendly with a lady member of staff but I can't remember her name We will return here for our shopping lunches ;) Keep up the good work xxx

We like Pizza Express although when your kids out grow the kids menu the price really hikes up! This is one of my kids favourite places to eat

Standards have slipped in here. The salad bar poorly kept, not uncommon to find brown salad leaves. The toilets are not checked regularly.

Me and my fiancé went for valentines day dinner. The blonde girl who seated us was amazing. Our server introduced himself as Steven and at first was great but after delivering our starter that quickly changed. Ten minutes into our starter and with no check back he came to our table and told us our pizza was ready and he would have to remove the starter now. We were taken aback by the rudeness. He removed the starters that we were actually still eating and brought our pizza over. We had asked for the thin and crispy crust americano pizza but were left very disappointed as when it arrived the pizza dough wasn't cooked through and it certainly wasn't crispy. Also it was lukewarm. I literally put my finger in the middle of it and it was cool to the touch. We tried to find Steven to complain but couldn't and there weren't any other servers to deal with our complaint as you could see them busy with their tables. After more than 20 minutes and no sign of our server or any checkbacks we had to ask a passing server to give us our bill. Absolutely terrible service and food!

So me and my fiancé decided to go after shopping entering excited. We left disappointed and angry. Firstly it took ages to be sitted, we then got a table and the blonde waitress took our order, she said she would bring the orange and lemonade nope didn't show up. The salad bar had hardly anything you could tell by taste the veg was sitting out for a while there wasn't even garlic bread for starters!!! We ordered go out meal it took a while. After our main course we ordered deserts my fiances came but mine was a no show !!! The staff and the blonde waitress were more interested talking in the back than the actually working. We waited for ages for it and it was still a no show I was so dispointed we asked for the bill yet the desert was on it ? I would never come back I entered the place happy and left with a disappointed and unhappy experience !!! I really don't recommend coming here if you'd like fresh food at the salad bar, good service and a dis pointing experience. Never had this at any other Pizza Hut.

Was really hungry the other night so bought a large farmhouse pizza to takeaway. Was really good as always and just what I fancied

Went in to take advantage of the £6.99 buffet deal but ended up paying £20 after drinks and VAT were added on. Pizzas on offer were tasteless and very unappealing. Had kids pushing in to grab slices of pizza with their parents standing watching them do it or push in themselves. Plates were genuinely scolding when you picked them up from the side to put food on. Had some pasta as well which to be fair to the 'Chef' was made brilliantly. And by brilliantly I mean they must have opened a packet and added hot water. Would have been better off going home and making my own. Will not be back.

We had the Buffet Lunch at £6.99 each and an awesome little waitress called Hannah who was very nice and very helpful she does the place proud, we will be back when we are up that way again :)

Took the kids to pizza hut livingston, was met by a really friendly staff member, who gave us a table very quickly, really nice place to have lunch, pizzas arrived in good time, they were hot tasty, full of toppings just awesome fantastic.

busy place but service not too long a wait, decent grub, not the cheapest in town, but hey ho what is??????

Went here with family including 2 of my grandchildren. Pizzas were lovely and excellent buffet. 5 and 8 year old loved it

Took my niece and great niece here for a late Birthday lunch on Saturday. I normally dont go near on a Saturday as I find it too busy and a bit expensive, with no buffet option.... Even though the place was packed, we were served by a couple of exceptionally nice members of staff. The guy who seated us close the entrance on the raised area continued to entertain my great niece while juggling customers.... The girl who served us, forgot her name (about 18 black wavey hair) was very pleasant and nothing was too much bother....I sometimes find the staff in pizza hut a bit in your face with plastic smiles, but she was genuin and looked like she was actually enjoying the job. Order taken promptly, drinks arrived promptly, food was lovely quick and tasty.... Even when the girl dropped the salad plates right beside us, which all smashed, it didnt faze her. If it did she did not show it. Well done pizza hut. forgot to take the website to write a review direct to pizza hut, which the girl pointed out to us, to get a discount on next meal. Sorry

I went yesterday with my sister and everyone was running about in chaos when there was only 5 tables being used. All I heard from a male and female when they would talk (or shout across restaurant)was "remember I finish at 7" it was only 5.30. Some of staff need new uniforms as a few of the buttons were stretched showing stomachs and hips.Food was hot as always but a little to egar to give you pizza before you'd even ate the salad and starter..When I asked for bill that took 10 min to get, I then paid and I waited 15 min for the girl to come back with my change so I ended up leaving without my change. Quick to serve but takes forever to pay and walk away without change because it took so long.Gave 3* because the food was great.

Went for lunch with the family and had a good meal. My expectations were met but waitress a but too keen to clear.

My Gran and I have just had lunch here! The staff and food were exellent! The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious!! It didn't take long fir us to get our freshly made pizza. The atmosphere is (I think) better than Pizza Hut on Argyle Street, Glasgow. Definatley be back here next time we're in Livingston.

We had the Buffet Lunch at £6.99 each and it was good value but it was disappointingly cold.On balance there was a good choice of pizza and salad and the staff were very friendly but it would have been 'very good' if the hot food had been hot.........a pity.I doubt if I will be back again but this could be very good for families or if you are on a tight budget......please get the food hot.

I took my 2 son's here for my youngest's 9th birthday treat and the service was great, the food tasty and lots of it and they even gave us a doggy bag to take home what we couldn't eat so we could have it later.Will definately be visiting here again x
