there was no cheese and chips on the hoagie when I said just tomatoes I referred for the add everytime i bought a hoagie got how I need it but this time had just tomatoes and chicken in the hoagie I would want a refund

It's the first time I've been from here. I've eaten better at other takeaway. I don't think I'll order it again

A great chippy that's open pretty late with a nice selection of chip shop staples and friendly staff they also sell alcohol if that interests you overall im very glad to have this chippy nearby and they also deliver

Ordered a food delivery for a certain time but arrived an HOUR early. Bad start but fish was disappointing ( very dry) as if it had been over stored overly long in a hot cabinet. Sorry they had their chance but blew it big style. Will not be back

What’s happened to the pizza maker? Just ordered a 16• mushroom pizza, for my son’s dinner .. the base was 2cm’s thick ..not the usual beautiful pizza

I use this restaurant at least once a week and usually amazing but tonight food was cold and 20 mins late.

ordered 2 kebabs same as 2 days ago and as always ordere from here but today they put coocked vegetables in the chicken kebab with no space left for chicken in the portion! fair enough... they also added salad which was not requested in the other doner kebab! it's a shame because we always ordered from them and we were happy with the quality/portions!

Just want to say thank you to the female I spoke to at La Capana regarding our food order that never turned up. She apologised for our order not turning up and promptly got our order out to us,it was fresh and hot! Can’t recommend La Capana highly enough.

Definitely one of the best chippy's in Livingston.

the quality has gone massively down hill. chips and fritters not cooked enough, hardly any brown sauce on anything, no taste of vinegar and had to add our own salt. ordered a few times now and the only thing that is good is their baked pizzas. such a shame as this used to be our favourite, now we will go elsewhere.

Abousultly awful paid for pizza and chips delivery came no salt and sauce which I phone twice up about chips under cooked and pizza under cooked would highly recommend not goin their phone up and returned didn't even offer to send a new one had to ask if they could has I'm expecting and wanted it if ur going to be a chippy and want a better review do a 10/10 job not a -0 job!!!!!!!!!

Food is always quality just like the customer service. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Those Italian boys are always busy however they never forget to ask how’s your day going. Legends 👊

The driver kept my receipt and I did not get my can of cola that was due. He also asked why I did not order from another take away ! This is not the first time he has done this !

I ordered carbonara, garlic bread and chips. My carbonara didn't have much sauce and was swimming in grease. The chips were dry and garlic bread was cold. I never leave a bad review nor to I ever complain about the food I've ordered. But I can honestly say I wasn't impressed with my order tonight.

Marked as delivered when it wasn’t. Phoned up to ask where my order was and why it’s been marked as delivered and was told “the machine does it automatically”. Shocking.

Chased up order after 5 mins of delivery time told onway... Delivery was 20 mins after that and food was cold

I called 40 minutes after placing the order to be given a lot of attitude from the person on the phone. also how long was my food left waiting for a delivery driver as it was cold and disgusting by the time it was delivered. £15 wasted. wonf very using your chip shop again. huge disappointed from a regular customer

It’s the salad that lets my order down every time…. Usually one slice of tomato and it’s always the end bit, the onions are cut way too thick and soooo strong 🤢

fishy pizza wasn't worth the money

Pizza delivered cold despite the driver apparently only having it in car for 8 minutes. Well I say delivered, the driver pulled into the car park and I had to go out to get it 😏 Also paid for 2 cans of juice and only received one. Asked the driver to mention about refund but not heard anything. Not impressed tbh.

Pizza was overall very bad quality, I went for the Quattro Stagioni and the Seafood mix tasted strange and rubbery. The chilli sauce is basically just sugar and is not a chill sauce at all. Garlic sauce (supposedly mayo on the menu) is very watery. Donner Kebab was acceptable.

Laxapanna is quite probably the best takeaway in Livingston. Good quality food, friendly staff and food always delivered pronto! Yummy!!

Chips slightly undercooked, most went to waste

Fetched a supper and a large kebab in person last night at around 6pm all the meat was very dry and chewy most of it went in the bin. The supper was okay hence 2 stars. Wont be back there

Asked for extra spicy, they certainly delivered, the food was excellent, delivered early by a nice delivery man and it was lovely and hot, great service, thank you.

Pizza is cold, wouldn’t recommend hiring the driver again

The pizza had been dropped or moved about in transit, half of the pizza was all squashed up and the cheese from the other side was all over the squashed side.

No salt and sauce on supper , was also like afternoon left overs poof, burger very burnt tasted funny like too much fuel on it

Very poor restaurant I received a notification saying order was on way at 10 .05 pm I stay a 5 min drive away order didn't arrive until after 11 we had even went to bed thinking it wasn't coming 10 mins in bed and door went asked driver where he had been and his reply was I only left 15 mins ago yea right why was my fish supper absolutely stone cold defo not be ordering from here again

As much as the food is nice they charge a service charge ontop of the 3.50 delivery charge. Service charges should not be happening therefore I won't be using this place again. This is theft and all restaurants that apply.this to customers should be fined.

Over priced for what it is £7.00 for a Hamburger supper. I'd rather go else where for that price. Even the.woman at the counter had to double check that was the price. Manager confirmed new pricing. Can't justify the Price for the portion size there definitely cutting the sizes

The pizza was freezing when it was deluvered.

Got a mince pie supper. pie was sodden in fat and the chips looked as if they were reheats i took a little bit of the pie and chips and then threw the rest out to the birds bloody awful never be back there again and it is very pricey as well.

Fish was all dryed out I asked forca fresh cooked on but they send one thatched been in tgere for a while won't be using them again outcoff order .

Food was ready for for collection. Got there just after. Only when i got there did they start cooking some of it it meaning a wait of 15 minutes and other parts being less than hot. Dont confirm a time if you cant be ready for that time!

Food was rank, 2 suppers that we orders were steak pie suppers both steak pies were al fatty meat and horrible and the chips were hard like they weren’t cooked properly kids chicken nugget supper 1 chicken nugget was burnt to a crisp and had no chicken in it at all

Mixed kebab was very poor tonight. Pitta breads were so hard they could bounce if the wall. Salad was poor lots of large pieces of onion. Lamb was very tough donor meat was hard. Chicken was the best out of it all. This is something we buy regularly so very disappointed tonight.

Every time l go and ask for a gluten free fish supper or chicken supper.They keep saying they don't do it. They advertise to do them on week nights. It is if they do not want to put on the fryer for gluten free.They are false advertising. I will not be going back to ask again .This has been an ongoing problem for months.

We waited for over an hour and the food still hadn`t arrived so I called the restaurant. The lady who answered the phone was so rude that she said that the driver had not found anyone at home, which was not true because I had been home all day. Even if it were true that the driver tried to knock on the door, how come he did not call on my mobile phone? They have the customer`s number. Then I also had to hear 'please open the door next time'. Rude and presumptuous. Never again!
