Mi hija eligió aquí para su comida de cumpleaños número 17 ya que es GF y escuchó que el rango era grande. ¡Ella no estaba equivocada! La comida era muy sabrosa y recién cocinado a nuestros detalles. Además, el servicio fue excelente! Desde Adán que nos recibió en la puerta con una amistad genuina a Margarita que nos sirvió con una facilidad real. Fue una experiencia realmente encantadora, e inesperadamente especial. Recomiendo encarecidamente y volveremos. Fue un viaje de ida y vuelta de 100 millas que valió la pena. Gracias 🍕

Popped in to Pizza Express in Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh on Good Friday . Sam the manager was absolutely fantastic. We’d left our dog alone in the car so he quickly took our order and our food arrived in no time despite the restaurant being super busy . Food was delicious! Would definitely return . Thanks again Sam .

Service extremely slow had to ask for order to be taken. They have an offer on apparently for fifty percent off if you pre-book on their app which we didn't know about so had to pay full price for a pizza that was ridiculously small as that's their way of still making a profit. Two cokes were almost £8!! Again making money so the half price pizza is just a con. Won't be back.

My Mum took me here as a special treat. This was completely spoilt as after my mum paid they claimed payment had not been made due to the machine losing battery, they said a decline receipt was not available. My mum clearly upset showed them on her phone the payment had been made. However the manager on shift kept talking over her in an almost aggressive manner, and kept insisting that this was not the case and the payment would be pending and cancelled. They forcefully insisted she pay again, despite her feeling very uncomfortable believing payment had already been made. In response to her concern that she thought she had paid and would be charged twice and simply couldn't afford this, the manager insisted the system wouldn't allow this and it would be impossible for this to happen. He was completely wrong it has! She is now having difficulty contacting the restaurant to get this money refunded and is therefore out of pocket, money she can not afford. The special treat she hoped to give us completely ruined. This kind of customer service is unacceptable!

Been here so many times and always leave happy. Staff always meet & greet promptly no matter how busy it is and the food is what it is - great Pizza and Pasta. Always tasty and always cooked perfectly. Ideal place for lunch with friends.

Pizza was fine apart from the prices. And also the drinks the smallest bottle of diet coke on the planet and a glass of wine came in at over £10 each pizza was over £10. The pizza was tasty but not worth all that money....

Typical chain restaurant. Over priced for what it is. Food was ok but when I asked for a specific pizza the waiter told me they had none of that pizza left. Never knew they cooked pizzas from frozen. Staff were attentive. restaurant was clean.

Pizza express is always great value and the food is always decent, but what a difference a great waitress can make to a restaurant. The place was heaving but our server was efficient, friendly and attentive. We will definitely come again.

Regular visitors to Pizza Express particularly Morningside and George IV Bridge. Second visit to Fort kinnaird. Second disappointment. Slow service. Pizzas not very hot and light on toppings. Salad past its best. Will stick with Morningside in future.

Fancied a few things off the Xmas menu but restrained ourselves and I had the sloppy Guiseppe leggera and my partner had the caesar salad. We did then share the salted caramel profiteroles but be warned - there are 5 of them so there might be a fight. All very delicious as always and will be back to try some of the other festive choices. Service is always good at PE which is nice.
