The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

Called in for lunch with the kids after visiting the arcade next door. The menu looked and sounded good, but perhaps we should have been suspicious that the place was empty on a Saturday lunchtime. The serving staff looked bored and disinterested, and service was very slow. Despite the place having very few customers, we waited an hour to get our food - albeit because our order had been ‘lost’ between the service counter and the kitchen. We did get an apology for this, but we got the impression that nobody really cared. When the pizza eventually arrived, it was underwhelming. Not terrible, but the dough was slightly undercooked, and overall they were not as tasty as you might expect given that it’s all the company makes. As we were leaving, some other customers were being turned away because the kitchen had run out of pizza dough. At 2pm on a Saturday. Perhaps they were the lucky ones. We won’t go back.

Don't order from. Here or just eat still no support from. Them knowing a dibebic child was waiting to eat

I give 2 stars for service because the female worker was so helpful to get my order sent finally after an hour. The manger of the store should really change his attitude or job he's in the wrong game told me my food would be there in 2 minutes it took 25 he didn't give a shit. The woman was so helpful she should be manager! The food was absolutely dogshit as well only ate it because I was so hungry and couldn't be asked to ask for a refund as it didn't look plausible after what I read online. I never do online reviews but this felt necessary. The food cost £20 so not cheap.

Never arrived and wont answer phone awful

Nearly 2 hours and I am still waiting for the Pizza. Also no one is answering the phone. SHOCKING

The worst pizza i ever had in my life. Too much cheese and on chicken tandoori pizza there was ni chicken just green peppers.

It is honestly amazing with greas deals and prices do not get me started on the desserts they are amazing i recommend the cookie dough and milkshakes they are so good.

Interesting that I am not alone in experiencing the terrible service at this store. Surely Dominos should have a reputation to protect...

Ripped off for almost £20 for a small pizza, called the store they said its the set price, wouldn't do anything! I could have got 2 medium from pizza hut for that, avoid avoid avoid

Poor, really poor - couldn’t recommend. Ordered various pizzas and dough balls to be delivered. When it turned up, one item was missing from the order (twisted dough balls with spicy sausage). I tried to make a complaint via the app, which was not possible so ended up calling the store directly. They were pretty good, asking what the problem was, and telling me they would send the missing item, but when they did, the missing item was wrong (twisted dough balls, rather then twisted dough balls with spicy sausage), so it was all kind of pointless. They tried, but failed dismally - and there is no way to get money back for the missing order via the app.

Our recent experience with Pizza Hut was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The ordering process was plagued with issues: The app's ordering system was glitchy and uncooperative. Limited menu options for customizing half-and-half pizzas. After finally placing our order, things only got worse: • The delivery arrived 45 minutes late. • To our dismay, they delivered the wrong order entirely. • As a vegetarian, I was shocked to receive meat pizzas and sides. The most disappointing aspect was that due to the extensive delays and mix-up, our two children had to go to bed hungry as it was past their bedtime by the time the situation could be resolved. Overall, this experience was a complete letdown. Pizza Hut failed on multiple levels - from their ordering system to delivery timeliness and order accuracy.
