got a pizza very nice got chicken wrap good got the chicken fillet o fire burger the worst burger I’ve ever had it was like rubber no way it was cooked when I ordered

Absolutely poor service - Ordered from Fulwood Preston from Moor Lane Preston Chesters & the entire order was freezing cold - on top of that 2 items missing - rang and the guy on the phone was very rude suggesting we bring the entire order back when I was on my dinner at work - we paid £25 for the order - we had to eat it cold as we had no other option as no solutions were made by the store - said we would have to wait another 45 mins to send the other 2 items down - highly disappointed with the level of service we received as we regularly go Chester's -

Wow this has to be the most disgusting terrible place I have ever had food from!!! Stone cold uneatable rubbish. I have never had food so disgusting in my life!! Called to advise to try and get the staff to rectify this only to be spoken to by the most rude horrible obnoxious person who had the worst attitude ever. Customer service is non existent, please do not even waste your time patronising these absolute amateurs! I’m astounded anyone could ever pass the rubbish these people sell as food!!!!

What absolute rubbish and way overpriced food arrived stone cold and was literally put in the bin. Food was disgusting and when contacted called boss several times no apology or reason for food being so inedible .

The first tip-off for me should have been when the incredibly rude staff spoke to me like someone else's sock they had just used as toilet paper, but then the guy behind the counter, during covid times, wiped snot off his nose with the palm of his hand and asked what I was ordering. At this point, I figured there were 3 possibilities: 1. The chicken is some sort of divine ambrosia so angelic that even grossly unhygienic staff couldn't sully it; 2. The staff could not give the dregs of a stray rat's hole about the quality of their food or the health of their customers; 3. I live in an alternate reality where this is acceptable. I figure it's probably the 2nd one...

I purchased the following pizza with the following toppings: pepperoni, sweetcorn and chicken. Very disappointed with the taste of the pizza. I usually purchase the same pizza and its always impressed me with the taste. I am assuming there was a new pizza chef making it or they were busy - no excuses. food quality should alway be good. I think you should use pieces of chicken on the pizza rather than the shredded pieces of chicken.

In short, don’t bother. The full story - We last went in 2011, after shocking service we made a mental note not to go back. After 9 years, decided to give it a go again and ordered via just eat. Suggested time 1 hour, just eat notified order on its way. However, 2.5 hours later nothing arrived and now going to bed. Called a number of times and was told ‘it’s on it’s way’, then they just stopped answering. Just eat now says order is delivered (it isn’t), and they don’t take any responsibility for a refund advising to contact the restaurant, who are not answering. Therefore out of pocket, hungry, and ruined a Saturday evening. Don’t bother, Better restaurants and takeaways are opening all the time.

I took a pizza from here. No taste whatsoever, not sure where the cheese was made! But I don’t think it was real cheese. Complete waste of money, and my stomach.

Placed an order for my kids tea to be garanted delivery within an hour,an hour and half later I make a call to be told they were down on drivers! So how come the man who took my order and money couldn't of told me this! Fuming! If I hadn't of payed over phone I would of told them forget it! Peps dont waste ur time or money plenty of much better places to order from,I've learnt my lesson that's for sure!

went for a pizza at lunch time only to find when I got it back that they had not put any pizza sauce on the base so I ended up with a garlic bread with toppings and cheese what a disappointment. I rang and complained and they tried to blame me because I asked for a bit of garlic as one of the topping they decided not to put any tomato base on so I diddent get a pizza I got a garlic bread very disappointed it went straight in the bin.

Ordered a chicken burger meal and was charged £7.99. Later on after leaving the premises I noticed my change was wrong so charged £8.99 also looking at the menu the meal I got should of only cost £4.29. So make sure to check what your charged unlike I did.

I ordered from chesters last year and they were always rude on the phone and the delivery used to take 1 and a half hour to arrive! However, I've been ordering from there recently again and it's much better then what it used to be. The food I ordered arrived really quickly within 15 minutes I was pleasently surprised. I think they have a new manager I'm not sure but I hope they keep it up.

When we preserved they said it would take 45 mins next thing THEY BRING THE FRICKIN WRONG ORDER !!! And then we said to them this isn’t our order and then they say ooos sorry we’re going to have to make it again and it will take 45 mins!!! WTH MAN THESE PEOPLE WERE SO RUDE THE STAFF WERE FRICKIN IDIOTS AND RUDE AND JUST HUNG UP 🙄🙄 NEVER EVER ORDER AT THIS TAKEAWAY !!!! 😡😡😡

If anyone orders chicken from Chester be careful, because we’ve just ordered from them and received pink chicken so rang them and they said nothing is wrong with it and they put food colouring in the chicken 😠 My girlfriend is 35weeks pregnant what a put off! No sorry or refund, nothing. Feel free to share paid £10 for pink chicken

Like the food here but i like garlic sauce all over my chips. They have a queer policy on this and wont do it. Saying people complain chips are soggy when this is done. I could understand this if ordered over phone to be delivered but if i go in and order to take away there and then that is up to me. Jonny rockets is my preferred place now

Ordered food took 2.5 hrs to get here after calling 4 times for the them to tell us it’s on the way. Staff are so rude putting the phone down on us, Told them we didn’t want to the food after it all. Will never again order from Chester’s !

This place used to be amazing when I was a student a few year's back. We ordered food for delivery, we are 3 miles away so not exactly far. Food arrived cold. We ordered burgers and they are the size of KFC mini fillet burgers!!! Rubbish value for money.

Read a lot of bad reviews for this place ( after visiting ) the staff seemed lazy and no manners (overworked perhaps) I had a chicken pita wrap which was average , decent enough though . No sauces on the table and it was a small portion that did not come with sides

Ordered at 6. Food supposed to be here at 7... then 7.30.... called up at 7.50... food had left (allegedly) .. called again at 8.10.. finally arrived at 8.25. No apologies just argumentative and ignorant, Chicken luke warm, chips cold. Utter rubbish and wouldnt recommend or use again.

What an absolute joke. I waited two hours for my food and it wasn't even cooked fully. When I called I was told 'I've sent those same food out to other people and havn't had any other complaints' oh great, thanks. This place is awful, dirty, staff are rude and uncooperative if ordering in the takeaway and if you order delivery they take ages and the food is cold (if it arrives) and often different to what you ordered. Wouldn't feed my dog from here!

Over an hour and half waiting for food. Constantly being told "the food is on the way" perhaps the food was coming from Timbuktu I don't know? When the food finally arrived it was cold and crap anyway. Never ordering from this place again. Customer service is none existent. Do yourselves a favour and avoid at all costs.

Realmente delicioso y comida fresca. El pollo siempre está perfectamente preparado y no seco. Los precios son muy razonables. El servicio también es buena.

Always order from here. I love the chicken and the red salt on the chips is lit. A lot of people disagree with me, but I order online every time and never have any issues. There's been the odd occasion where I've been waiting a bit long or they forgot to add my red salt, but I'll let it slide.

The service is very poor and the staff are also very rude, no concept of manners or basic customer service skills. Food was average. Ordered chicken fillet burger and chips. It was the smallest portion of chips I ever had. Will not be visiting again

Been here 3-4 times, to be fair the chicken is good and the rice has been okay. We've had a couple of bad meals, but nothing really to complain about... My girlfriend has been 3 time and EVERYTIME the main worker there has been rude and blunt. on one occasion blatantly giving away her order to another chap before her - clearly they think women are second class citizens! She's been upset to the point where she wont go. its left a bad taste in my mouth!

The order was placed and they had the cheek to ring us demanding more money on delivery. The advertised price was paid but the tone of the staff was disgusting making out we were in the wrong.

My partner uses Chester quite frequently at least a couple of times a month but the past few times getting a bit ridiculous. You chose pick up they say ready in twenty mins you turn up in 30 knowing it won't be ready and still stand around for about twenty mins. Tonight our order was missing two chips and two drinks just isn't good enough!

I am quite a regular customer of Chesters and every time they come they forget change and say 'I'll pay you next time'. It's becoming frequent and they owe me all my change which I'm never going to see! I have never used trip advisor because I'm not one to complain but this had pushed me too create an account and complain!!

Forgot our order because they was busy stuffing there own fat faces. Very dismal.I still haven't seen anyone wash their hands

If you're wanting a takeaway where they look at you and grunt at you and hope that you understand them, forget your order and ask it again several times, actually forget that you've placed an order, get all of their "friends" food before yours, make you wait for half an hour while they start picking at the food and eating it, use the tongs they have just picked up chicken on your vegetarian option, place said vegetarian option with all the chicken, and grunt at you to signal that your food is ready, and still fail to complete your requested order because they have forgotten to put something in the bag...then this takeaway is for you! In need of a job? As long as you can ignore customers and grunt at them every now again then you'll fit in perfectly with this establishment.

Ordered online and waited 50 minutes past the collection time for what was poor excuse for food. Deserves a full zero out of five!!! Certainly won't be going back!!!!

If your deciding whether to get a pizza from this place don't even bother last night ivwas served the most horrendous pizza sloppy undercooked and vegetables that tasted out of date, i have a really upset stomach today, they should change their oil much more frequently aswell...All in all waste of money

So I left, this is the second time it's smelt of sick in there in the four times I've been since starting uni. That will be my last visit.

Waited 45 minutes. Had a missed call and didn't even wait. Delivered at two other houses before coming back half an hour later. Really rude. Didn't even get out of the car and had a girl in the car with him.

I remember having some chicken from here after a night out and remembering that it was one of the nicest fried chickens I've had up north in a long time. When they cook if fresh it's great. Occasionally there have been some duds. But otherwise, it's fast (quick enough to get out of a taxi and back) and tasty.

So I decided to order from Chesters last night .. What an idiot I was !! Took about 15 minutes to order as they couldn't understand simple English.. "Chicken and sweetcorn" .. "Oh so you want ham and pineapple". Moving on once we placed the order they said 40 minutes an hour later still no Chesters. Rang back apparently it was setting off, 15 minutes later they turn up outside my house not one but two delivery guys and guess what they was doing.. SMOKING. Smoking in that awful car where my food was absolutely disgusting. Got the takeaway.. Give it a 3/10 most. Chips - SOGGY. Pizza - COLD. Asked for Mayo, lets just say that wasn't mayo. Thanks Chesters for a crap takeaway.

If you are planning to order from here, place your order now, you might get it tomorrow...A few of us, all uni students decided to have a little takeaway. We had some vouchers for chesters so decided to head there. We ordered 2 meals each to bring back for the flat, I purchased one popcorn chicken meal and one 7" pizza meal (both £1.99 each with voucher). After a good 15 minute wait, my friend got his meal, yet I was still waiting for mine. Another 10 minutes past and still no sign of my food. A pizza was placed on top of the heater which ended up being mine,yet I wasn't given it strait away because my other meal wasn't ready due to the popcorn chicken not being cooked. I have never been to a chicken takeaway were it has taken over half an hour to prepare some popcorn chicken. After another 5 minutes, another customer asked for his pizza and they took mine off the heater and went to give it him, then realised it was the wrong order, which created havoc amongst the kitchen as they didn't seem to know what to do with this rogue pizza. After telling them it was mine, they finally gave me my food. By the time I got my food the pizza was lukewarm. Very disappointing. The only solace was that it didn't cost much. Either they step up their customer service or shut up shop. * also wouldn't kill some of the staff to smile or look happy once in a while.

Possibly the worst take-away in Preston.I can only assume that all the staff in this "establishment" were new as they seemed to have no idea how to operate a take away establishment. The fifteen minute wait at the counter before my order was even placed should have been enough to send shivers of dread down my spine. but foolishly, naively, we stayed. When me and my friend placed our orders I received my food fifteen minutes before he did. when both our orders were finally competed, after much confusion amongst the staff as a similar order had been placed by another customer which apparently is unheard of in a take away shop on a main road, they were cold.We walked home anticipating the worst so at least we were not disappointed when we did eat the vile meal. Our flatmate who had not ordered with us though was crushed. to see her face fall as she opened her box to see the singular, shrivelled, crusty piece of chicken in her wrap was as sad as watching titanic sink first hand.Do not eat from this disgusting take away even if forced.

The wait: long.The order: wrong.The food: cold.The customer: disappointed :(I opened my tiny tiny chicken wrap to find two shrivelled up pieces of disappointment. With about three strips of lettuce. And a bit of mayo. I wanted sweet chilli. Damn, Chesters. You dun goofed!

I ordered a take-away on-line with Chester's Chicken, Moor Lane, Preston and after waiting 1 hour 10 minutes I rang up them up and asked where was my delivery. They informed me that they were just about to set off to my address, so I cancelled my order considering it would of ended up a total of between 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes total waiting time from the initial order. The food I ordered were all fried and generally simple to cook, so there is no reasoning as to time delay on cooking. The guy on the phone tried to argue the time of the order, adding on an extra 35 minutes compared to my email receipt of my order. I have ordered from Chester's Chicken in the past and I am absolutely disgusted at their service and the way they treat customers. If you want a take-away go somewhere else!

When to the Fried Chicken Takeaway outlet on Moor Lane as a treat and ordered the chicken combo meal expecting it to be like the Kentucky version. What a disappointment!The spicy wing were anything but spicy, and both the wings and the regular chicken were soaked in fat that tasted nasty which lasted on the pallet all afternoon.The only saving grace were the fries which had spicy (piri piri?) salt on them at least they were edible.The next day my stomache didn't feel too well either.Needless to say I won't be returning.
