Never been here but the reviews say it all, for that reason i won't be coming

Would do 6 stars if I could, the customer service goes above and beyond. I ordered my pizza and the accidentally forgot one of my toppings, it didn't bother me so I didn't call the store or report it on the app, so let me tell you I was so suprised to open my door to one of the delivery guys apologising while holding the correct pizza in his hands with tons of dip pots(they know what I like) will always sing this stores praise best domino's store in the world

Ordered from the app. Prematurely said it was delivered, when I called they told me it was a mistake and that it’s still on the way. Waited over an hour in total. Still no delivery. Called again, driver started accusing me of lying! Saying he did deliver it, but we don’t have any food and haven’t seen anyone come down our street. Eventually he admitted he delivered to the wrong place and said he’ll put in another order. Now we have to wait another 30 mins, if they actually do redeliver. And no kind of compensation or compassion either. Will never order from this domino’s again. STAY AWAY

Delivery was totally messed up. I checked the tracker and it ended up the other side of potters bar. We rung up and told sorry have a new driver. And it’s cold , we will make another one, funny how it takes about 20mins to make original one,and all of a sudden within 5 to 10 mins it turns up. Was obviously the original order , barely warm, chicken strippers cold. Orders in the past are normally piping hot. Don’t like being mugged off and lied too. Not impressed with the whole order and way I was treated. 👎🏼😞

Very disappointing chain of dominos. I have ordered from here twice and they have messed up my order both times. On both of the occasions, they were rude and didnt offer any compensation.

The store failed to redelivery our sauces after the delivery driver dropped it at the front door. Bad customer service.

Absolute rubbish. Got my order wrong even though it's in black and white. Not the first time but will be the last time! Absolute careless cowboys 🤠. They don't know the difference between jalapeños and pineapple, plus the guy making the pizza was coughing all over the shop. So also a health and safety hazard. Avoid Potters Bar branch at all costs!

EDIT: Everyone who is upset with an order should contact domino's customer comments as the store does nothing until the higher ups are aware. customer.comments at dominospizza dot co dot uk. Their marketing manager (LACL) promised me that they would speak to the franchise about their practises, this was in 2020 and NOTHING has changed as most people get annoyed, leave a comment and move on, which is fair enough in a busy world. IF you want the store to be held responsible for their ineptness and lack of care, contact customer comments. They won't change until told to do so by higher ups or they stop getting orders which unfortunately they have enough of a market to somehow survive on one delivery per customer at sub par standard. Waited an hour and a half for my food to turn up only to be told it was delivered to me but will speak to the driver and call me back within 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I call back to be told they didn't call me as promised because the driver handed the food to me. I told them this isn't possible but the response was "the driver saw someone, asked if they were from *insert my address* and handed it over. No one was near my property so the driver handed over my food to a random person, even telling them my address! Left on hold for over 10 minutes when the woman had to speak to her manager with no response. Called back to be told I am lying, the food was delivered to my door. Asked where the door was, she gave the wrong location. Said the driver is correct, no refund, no food. All I could do is wait a day for the manager to get back to me. Considering she lied twice already, I have zero hope. Absolute incompetence and a possible data breach. EDIT: Spoke directly to head office who provided me with an instant refund and apologized. They seem to be aware of some issues at the store but I recommend everyone who has issues contacts head office so they are aware of the failings. Despite it being a franchise, corporate doesn't want negative attention brought to their stores so will rectify it if they are aware.

Ordered from this branch multiple times, the service is extremely poor and unreliable. Orders are rearly correct, items often either missing or incorrect. This time around items are missing phoned the branch and yet they have done nothing. Extremely poor avoid!

Absolutely disgusting management. Gave me and my family food poisoning. Considering I am pregnant it put me and my baby at risk and they refused to do anything about it at all and was very rude over the phone. Accused of lying about it and was told not to order from them again.

This domino's will tell their systems pizzas are ready before they are, send pizza around a 30 minute loop to get to you when you live 4 minutes away, charge you the same price for 2 medium pizzas that used to get you three large pizzas, and rarely get a pizza to you in under an hour, even at 3PM on a Monday afternoon. You'll get better pizza and more of it from any of the myriad other pizza places on just-eat. "Oh just let me speak to the delivery driver about the dip we forgot to give him in the first place..." *puts the phone down* utterly ridiculous.

Ordered third time in a month, it's time all future customers know! This store takes down on reputation of Dominos. There is not enough or much toppings on the pizza, mind it. Also toppings & pizza cut size are not evenly down. Not satisfied. Extra star for name sake: Dominos

On the 31st of march 2023 I ordered a pizza and side and 4 dips all vegan at a cost £27.84p, I received a phone call half an hour later saying that they had not got the vegan ingredients and asked me what I wanted to do so I stated I wanted a refund, then another half an hour later they attempted to deliver the pizza. The delivery driver unaware that the store had informed me that they had no vegan products and not only did he try to convince me it was vegan he was also unaware that I have an allergy to dairy. Contacted customer services and after some horrific communication and understanding to the fact I did not receive any of the products i ordered due to allergy reasons the deemed it fit to refund my £12.00 for the pizza only. I still have not had the other items from the store and for such a big franchise to take money and not refund me properly despite my experience is outrageous and I will not only not be ordering from here again but I’m looking into taking things further.

Worst domino’s I’ve ever had. Pizza was like plastic on cardboard. No tomato sauce on the garlic bread and a sprinkle of cheese covering half of a slice only. Nachos black on the edges and totally dry. Don’t order from here.

This is by far the worst thives ive ever seen. They think is ok to leave items out of your delivery order and when you call up to complain they say we are so sorry we will refund you. Well guess what after 2 weeks and 2 calls still no refund gone back to my account. Please all steer clear of these thieves. You have been warned

Awful. Bit pointless wasting my time as people still come here. But stood waiting with another missed delivery time. 40 mins over and not helpful either. Avoid if you can

What a con don't bother!. A shambles of a takeaway. Ordered the home alone meteor deal with extra topping of ground beef (see pic) considering it comes with ground beef I think I've been robbed paying a further £1.99 for extra ground beef. Was greeted by the driver after a 55 min wait with "here's your sprite" to which I informed him I ordered Fanta, his reply "oh yeah we've run out" then to top it off my large extra garlic sauce pot he dropped on the floor and it spilt on the carpet all over my front door. Never again its such a shame pizza hut don't serve this area as they are so much better in every way.

As it was so hot decided to order pizza - waited, waited and then hurrah! 30 mins later - The app pinged to say it was on its way (we live a 5 min car ride from Restaurant) waited 20 mins - No pizza. After 3 phone calls and a further 40 mins of waiting 2 lukewarm pizzas with undercooked bases arrived. Not worth the extortionate price- dreadful customer service - don’t waste your money.

Ordered the.. Mighty meaty... Wasn't either.. Just very thin, extremely fat ridden pepperoni pizza.... No sausage, no mushrooms, no onions.... Assume that as this was a collection at £7.99...they couldn't be bothered to make the correct one 😩😩

Overall the experience was good. I would have given it “very good” as I feel pizzas are over priced. But based on past experiences this was much better. Our pizza arrived quickly and was HOT!!

Burnt pizza and refused to replace

Ordered at 5pm on a Wednesday and it took an hour and a half to arrive. I actually got the email asking me to tip the driver ten minutes before the food arrived. Food was luke warm on arrival. Make sure your order well in advance of when you actually want to eat and have the oven on to warm up the food.

I just been to this branch 6:30 pm on 22nd of February and a girl served me. I had an issue with my bank wasn’t allowing me to pay I couldn’t even log in to my internet banking and I said this to the lady and I said I’m gonna they again because there was a technical Problem. So then after trying three times I went to get a card for my husband so I could pay and then she told me she won’t charge me as she can’t take payment again from me . Told me I can’t pay . I said but sorry that was my card cuz my bank was having technical issues . I have the money to pay . She said no! And I said ok so what if my husband comes and makes a new order and he pays he’s a new person and she said no! Until one of her collegues stepped in and said that it was fine . I hate complaining but this girl made me feel as if I was a jobless person without money who couldn’t pay for my food. I showed her on the phone that my bank was having technical issues and she had to treat me this way. Check the cameras! I think you really need to train your stuff. I felt so embarrassed . I work in retail and I would never let one of my customers feel this way. This things happen.

Poor quality and took over 2hrs to get my pizza. This has happened loads of time. Never again

Ordered a delivery, app was saying out for delivery for 45 mins. I called 1hr 45 after ordering. Was told they didnt havw any driver at present and it hasnt left yet. Really poor custkmer service. Not even a courtesy call to let us inow it was running late

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP- LYING THEIVES!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Ordered pizza for an end-of-term treat for a party of 7 children before we went on an outing. An hour after ordering, pizza was still being "quality checked". We had to cancel the pizza because it would not arrive in time for us to eat it before having to catch a train to our venue. 7 children left hungry. Told by the shop I would get a refund. When it didn't arrive a week later, went into the shop to ask why. They say "we'll do it now, it can take up to a week". Still no refund two weeks later. They stole £60. Lying fraudsters.

Went here as last resort after day in London and ordered as delivery to hotel. Seriously underwhelmed - seen better pizzas from supermarket - only ordered two and cost £24….whaaatttt!

First time I ever ordered. I ordered at 21.49,pizza was georgeous but it was cold and came at 22.52???driver said sorry it’s late? So ???

When ordering my pizza they told me card only I said that’s not a problem do you have a card machine with deliveries they said no and the only method of payment was to give them all my credit card information over the phone

If I could give zero, I would. Lies from the people on the phone, blaming the driver. The app told me the pizza was delivered and when I called they said it had just left them. 30 mins and 2 calls later, the driver said there was bad traffic (Sunday afternoon during lock down....) and then said he had too many deliveries in one run. Pizza was of course luke warm but we were too hungry by that point to complain is it took over an hour from the time we placed the order. Just avoid at all costs, drive to Hatfield, honestly you will regret even picking up the phone to Potters Bar....

Not cooked if you buy online there no note to tell them how the pizza is cooked for the people whos buys.there only drivers note

Over an hour awaiting a pizza only to be lied to when I called to chase. I live 5 minutes from the restaurant and was told the driver was on his way half an hour before it arrived. If they had been honest, I would have collected it. Very unreliable

What happened to this store?!?!?! It used to have great products, quick delivery and good customer service. Now the food is cold with varying ingredients and quality, delivery takes forever and constantly make mistakes like delivering to the wrong address or half the order doesn't turn up and the staff on the phone are rude, robotic and seem to have zero interest in being there! The amount of people I speak to with similar issues with this store is literally staggering. I have no clue how this store still manages to make a profit but me and many others are hoping for new management or another store that will cover the area. Not paying good money for half a mediocre order that is barely lukewarm.

Food from here is randomly good or bad, as is the service. An almost 2 hour wait is what prompted me to write this. All that just for some sides, which the Papa Johns down the road does better anyway..

Understandably at a time like this everyone is being cautious and careful!!! I pulled up outside dominoes after finishing a 10 hour shift of work, rang the store and explained that they don’t actually deliver to my postcode and would they be able to make me a pizza and put it outside their shop door!? Once they’d gone back inside I’d go over and collect the pizza - no harm done right! If you're ordering from this place make sure you do so about 3 hours before you're actually hungry. A pizza could be delivered faster from Italy itself. Also, god forbid you accidentally get the wrong item delivered because the correct item will never be received. It has been months and I'm still waiting for the potato wedges to arrive. Maybe the drivers get lost in some sort of space time continuum. The Bermuda Triangle of pizzas, in our very own Potters Bar, who'd have thought it?

Terrible customer service, slow delivery. Took 1 hour 45 minutes to get a pizza delivered. Not the first time we've experienced this sort of thing with this place.

Waited nearly 2 hour for a pizza. When the delivery driver arrived with the pizza I asked him about the wait he laughed and said "your lucky some people have been waiting nearly 3 hours" one of the pizza's were wrong. Hopefully they get shut down , and replaced by something useful. I walked in to order, and they took ages to serve. I asked if they were going to be long as we were waiting like lemons desperate to give our cash to them for pizza. The guy complained they were super busy, so I told them they had lost a sale and left. Don’t waste your money or time - I’ve got my fingers crossed they get shut down and replaced.

Waited over an hour for our pizza called to find out where it was and we were told that the delivery driver was just leaving with it 30 minutes later it still hadnt arrived so called again and after being put on hold was told that the pizza had been delivered to the wrong address and that they could remake the order for us, I said that as much as i still want the order could i get some sort of refund or discount on my next order i was told i could either have a refund or the food but not both, which is rediculous. safe to say i will be looking into the consumer protection act legislation as i believe they are not allowed to do this.

Almost no toppings and arrived cold, Domino's deliver yet another dreadful service....its time customers stopped using them and go elsewhere.......disgusting.

Burnt Luke warm pizza....delivery takes hours....staff tell lies about delivery times....they said they would send a replacement pizza but it never turned up...asked for a refund which we never received ...load of rubbish. This has happened several times but not again as we won’t be ordering from here again.

The staff here are complete amateurs and have a total lack of responsibility and common sense. I ordered a couple barbacue wings, they estimated It would be around 10 minutes. After 45 minutes I finally received it, meanwhile customers coming in and out complaining about the God awful service. I work in a kitchen, cooking food, I know it can be a struggle but it shouldn't take hours for a couple BBQ wings when there's around 5 customers an hour. Never go here - A complete and utter embarrassment to the Domino's company name. Also, they completely forgot to give me back my change.

I regularly have dominos pizzas. The taste is usually good and consistent. But for some reason the Potters Bar brunch is just not good. Toppings good but the base terrible. I also tried stuff crust pizza with cheese and it was thick and horrible. Will stick to other dominos branches

Ordered 2 pizzas and sides. Only 1 pizza arrived. Driver said sorry, he forgot, he’d go back and get it right away. Opened the sides while we were waiting and they were lukewarm at best. Called the shop after 24 mins to see where pizza #2 was. Driver hadn’t even made it back to the shop yet. Where was he?? Driving around (in a car) delivering expensive, cold pizzas to unsuspecting customers, that weren’t even delivered in a thermal bag. 2nd pizza finally made it back (hot. Hurrah) and we discover they’d sent the wrong dips. Head. Hands. Just don’t bother. I wish we hadn’t.

Please avoid at all costs! Ordered a pizza at 6.23 turns up at 19.17 stone cold and the wrong toppings, toppings that one of my family members are actually allergic too may I add! Possibly the worse store you could ever ever from. Sadly been using them, since we live in Brookmans Park, and have been having shocking service, occasionally half decent for a 5 years. . The time took the biscuit, no pizza you ordered available, then they rang (from a mobile) half hour after ordering to say they cannot supply said ordered pizza and when we replaced TOOK 1 HOUR 30 MINS TO DELIVER!!!!!! Obviously we refused - would never order anything again. Don’t bother complaining to head office, just send you back to this shocking bunch of idiots

Order pizza at 6.17 waited until 7pm then had to phone them back up to fi d out what's going on to be told they got it wrong so replaced order again at 7.17 order turns up at 8.10 this is not right staff do not listen to instructions poor service do t use

This is the second time we have been disappointment with our local dominos, gone extremely down hill! Missed toppings, stone cold when turned up and burnt! Absolutely vile, I will never be using again. Foul, please avoid at all costs. Change ridiculous amounts of money for garbage.

Our usual pizza takeaway, Di Napoli, was closed for refurbishment so went here. We thought a chain of stores would at least be able to get a basic pizza right - how wrong we were. Baked within an inch of their lives, dried out toppings and solid base. Inedible! Would not go back EVER. Thankfully Di Napoli is open again so go there instead.

Ordered for delivery, pizza fresh and hot! It arrived very fast with a really friendly lady driver Laila, always polite and lovely a credit to Dominos!

Had been ordering for a while and never had any problems but the last 2 times I ordered from them were awful, took them longer than what it said on the tracker, pizzas were cold and they forgot some ingredients. Might give them a chance in the future though, from time to time I do fancy a fatty pizza! 😅

I am here for a weekend away and i called dominos as i love pizzas. I was asked for a postcode and said i was staying at the premier inn, gave the address and didnt know the postcode but i will find out. The guy on the phone then said we are no longer doing delivery!!!! Not happy, very bad service

The last star is for ‘Aamir’. I’m usually quite reluctant when it comes to pizzas, also I have almost no knowledge about how to order a Pizza. I called up to dominos potters bar, I suppose it was ‘Amir’ who took the order, he was so understanding and helped me order a pizza, as per to my requirements. He also suggested the possible price variations and best rates. When I opened the pizza and had my first bite, it was just amazing! Enjoyed the pizza like never before! I don’t even know the name of the pizza I had but I know that I can will call again to dominos and just request Amir to repeat the order!!

On the last 4 occasions when I have placed an order with the company at this branch they have failed big time to get the order correct also the food arrived barely warm. If you call the branch up be prepared for very rude customer service from George and Lizzy they do not care what you say and you just want to make sure everything is good. Then when you call up to make a complaint they denied speaking to me and said that I never called the branch congratulations potters bar you have lost another customer 10/10 for terrible customer service.

Keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the pizza is terrible here and delivery service is even worse. I live 2 minutes walk away and an order took one-and-a-half hours to arrive, despite being told 'It's on its way' several time when I chased.

We used to get a pizza from here every week but the standard has really dropped recently. The toppings are very mean now and as for the hand-washing technique on this visit... Never again!

Probably the worst experience. I ordered the pizza for collection. On reaching home I realised that my pizza didn't had toping on 3/4 of pizza. When called, manager mentioned that I ordered wrong pizza and I need to come again in case I wantedto have the right one (and bring the pizza so that it could be exchanged with the correct one). When I reached to exchange the pizza, the person taking the order accepted the mistake however Manager continued telling me about company policy and told that it wasn't possible for them to deliver, eventhouh it was the mistake on their part. Manager here is rude and is not apologetic of this mistake. If you don't want to spoil your meal, valuable time, mood and money, I would suggest not to visit this place at all. Complete Rubbish..

I used to order very often from them two years ago, Lately all the orders take at least 1 hour to arrive, and the pizza is not always as I request....

This was quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had at dominos. After ordering the food we were left waiting for over an hour. When we called them ( after finally getting through after the 10th call may I add) they told us it would be ready in half an hour. When we asked if we could get a well deserved discount he left us on 'hold' (which was just him leaving the phone on the side) for over 20 minutes. Absolutely disrespectful and an unbelievable piss take!

I really love dominos but I don't understand why it takes so long to arrive. I don't even order at busy times, you think it would take a little bit to prepare the food, probs 20mins to cook it...the whole thing should be 40minutes MAX. I'm writing this review right now as I'm waiting for my food, because it's taken over an hour. I called to see if they could update me in anyway and they just said, "yeah the drivers out there" well, I know that from the tracker, that said that 20 minutes ago, it doesn't take 20 minutes to get to my house. It takes that to walk it maybe...(slowly at that). I really hope they improve their speed, or else they'll be losing customers and eventually out of a job

If you're looking for a pizza delivered an hour after its cooked look no further.

Disgusting, been ordering from here for a few weeks now and everything was fine until the the last two weeks, the food has been cold, the service is very poor. The food dosen't turn up until an hour and half after it has been ordered, and then the delivery person expects you to go to the car to collect the food. Will never order from here again and will also tell all my friends not to order from here. Looks like pizza go go will be getting mine and my friends custom from now on.

Its a franchise so you know what your getting but the service here is awful. Far to many times the food is late and arrives cold
