Prezzo - Radlett in Hertsmere

Nothing posh but ok for a quickie meal .Nothing posh but ok for a local venue. Good location in the village

This was the worst meal I have ever had and when it first opened, it was great. I won’t be going back.

Yesterday afternoon we found ourselves near Radlett, so when that happens, there is only one thing to do....go to Prezzo!

We had dinner at Prezzo Radlett on our final night in England. The food was fine, the service a bit spotty.

Friendly, helpful staff and pleasant outside eating area. Good choice of a variety of dishes for all budgets and tastes

Dropped in unannounced and was immediately greeted by Sami and shown to a table.

Went without a booking on a Saturday evening and were warmly welcomed. Service was good and the food served quickly. We especially liked the mini dessert with tea or coffee-a lovely idea to end a meal.

Lovely visit with fab food and great service ! First time try lobster & crab tortellini and must say it was delicious ! Also must say that Martin manager is really doing his job very well ! Thank you guys !

This time solo late lunch . Had this amazing Pizza Margarita Royale wich was reccomended by the waiter Claudiu to try in black dough. For me was the first but definately not the last time i try black pizza. Fantastic

This Prezzo has so much character, a really comfortable place to come and relax.

Came for dinner with my boyfriend and enjoyed delicious food and wine, with great service from Pietro!

Coming here in a bussy friday night,still we have a great service and the food like always it's verry tasty especially the king prawns starters!Highly recommended and good job,keep going!

I've been here again for the second time with a friend, amazing staff,there was the waiter Pietro that was serving alone all the floor at 13:00. Young and friendly staff, excellent food and massive portions of Prestigio pizza.

Visiting for the first time Prezzo Restaurant in Radlett , we expected good quality food with fresh ingredients. Unfortunately it proved to be the opposite!

I have started to eat here more and more as the food is always good and tasty, the staff are always happy to help and nothing is too much trouble, even for fussy people like me! They are always polite and the manager is superb. On the last occasion I was in there he was passing through but not on shift and was concerned that we were not being served quick enough so offered to take our order himself. He has a genuine passion for customer service which is a rarity. Superb!

Nothing seemed too much effort for the lovely manager (I think?) of Prezzo Radlett. We had a very last minute and late request for a table of six as the pub next door stopped serving food, and I'm happy it did! We got there for slightly after 9pm and despite the restaurant closing at 10pm we weren't made feel rushed at all. All staff very attentive and food absolutely delicious! Most of us had travelled at least half a day to get to Radlett and Prezzo was the perfect place to relax and enjoy amazing food. We'll be coming back for that nice Merlot! ;)

Not often I write a review and certainly not about a chain but the staff at this Prezzo were exceptional and very accommodating. Marcin worked tirelessly around the restaurant and at the same time kept all customers happy. His team really make this a great branch! Well done.

Went here recently and was not expecting too much in terms of a culinary experience and that's what we got. NOT TOO MUCH!

I met friends for lunch here and as always the food was great and the service is brilliant. The staff are always so friendly. Prezzo usually have offers available although I find it great value for money anyway! I always do and will return.

Amazing and tasty food, Great atmosphere! This is not your average Italian restaurant. What more could you ask for! Thankyou to the lovely Roxana who served us with such a great smile!

Not great, but OK. The foo was tasty but not much added value. Everything extra you wanted (like olives ) was charged for. Which I expect as standard as a pasta dish

Myself and my friends went into Prezzo for lunch and a catch up over pasta and Prosecco... We were served by the lovely Sammi who was an amazing host to us! He was very attentive and did not rush us when we needed another couple of minutes to peruse the menu as we were chatting to much! He also made the very best Porn Star Martini's which we will be sampling again in the not to distant future..... Fabulous afternoon. Thank you Sammi....

My wife and I visited yesterday afternoon for a delicious pasta lunch with salads and a couple of drinks, all rounded off with lovely coffees.

My kids just loved the pastas... and I did too. Working in same kind of business, I have to admit, service we receive from Martin was outstanding! Thank you for very pleasant evening !

Have a wonderful time in this place. I have been served by several stuff members - all of them extremely kind especially Mr Martin. This place definitely deserve a refurb as I am coming since few years and it would be nice to see this place in fresh colour. Beside that Well done Radlett crew.

Me and my girlfriend went here for a lunch.

I used to come here regularly, they always found me a table, if i was in a rush to get away the food would come quickly and you could always have banter with the manager(esse)s and longer serving staff.

The staff were extremely helpful, for my meal i had the seabass and it was cooked to perfection, it will certainly be a place my family and I will go to in the future.

I have been to many of prezzo’s and this is by far the best, full of friendly staff.

Friendly service, food served quicy and was nice and hot. I ordered the chicken so forna which was very tasty although the chicken was a little dry. My daughter had the chicken in Masala sauce which was good. Very generous portions.

Really great service here. Sammi wonderful host - his language skills are great !!! And service with a smile. Pizzas very very good indeed. Easily the best prezzo in herts.

We visit Radlett Prezzo at least once a week, sometimes twice. Every single time we are looked after so well by Sami, Marcin, Betty and the rest of the team.

I had a lovely evening with one of my best friends in this restaurant.we had pizza and some few glutten free pasta and it was amazind taste.Ussualy it's a bussy brunch but the staff they were verry polite and verry quiq service!Thank you for everyone who made our evenig so pleasant.Keep going like this.

Expensive as portions small so you need starter & main at least. Prefer the Italian opposite nicer food & better value

We visit the one in Mill hill on regular basis, but we happened to be in the area so decided to give it a go.

This time was just a quick afternoon meal . On arrival i was wellcomed warmly by the waitress and seated at a nice window table. As a starter i was recomended their Butternut squash soup which was delicious and followed by a light pizza goats cheese and aubergine.

I am a regular customer and last Sunday I was there with my family for dinner. As always we had a very good service and the manager and waitress were very friendly and professional. It was busy evening and I could see them to do not stop all the time.

Arrived with our elderly parent was shown to our table immediately so she could be seated , drinks order taken not long after food order was taken which when food arrived was piping hot and very enjoyable. Staff were pleasant and very courteous would definitely recommend.

We dropped in to Prezzo Radlett on Friday afternoon and was warmly welcomed as ever.

Amazing service by one waiter- Nicolae and top qualithy food. Nice sourandings, fabolous music. Good place to spend some time.

I ve Been in Prezzo few days ago. My friend had a birthday party there. Food was amazing! All Staff very helpful and friendly but our server Marcin made our vist very special.. Definietly Will be back!

Visited Prezzo twice in 24 hours, both times had a lovely, relaxed and enjoyable evening. The waitress was very attentive and Sammy, the manager is a delight - very friendly and good fun but also very professional, always able to adapt a dish for us or take out the bits we don't like! Would definitely recommend for all occasions, other than maybe a romantic evening for two as the tables are quite close together so not ideal for a romantic dinner! Last night we were allowed to have the chicken milanese, even though it had been removed from the menu - not sure why as we all love it but thank you for being so accommodating.

That was my very first visit in Prezzo Radlett. I have to say not the last one for sure. Food was delicious and we didn’t wait long time for this even though it was quite busy in restaurant. Staff was very nice and friendly, big shoutout to manager Martin who was taking care of our table and made sure we had a great evening.

Very nice evening. Pleasant waitting staff and lovely food. The restaurant looked clean and the atmosphere was superb. Coming back soon.

I went to Prezzo, Harborne, Birmingham for my sister's birthday meal last week. I have previously been impressed by both food and wine at this venue but was very disappointed on this occasion. The wine was appalling. I have lived in Italy and even the cheapest is usually drinkable this was almost not and yet charged at £20 plus per bottle. I ordered king prawns for both starter and main and they were conspicuous by their absence. The occasional tiny prawn was spotted. The sole reason I did not send both my courses and the wine back was that I did not want to spoil my sister's birthday. Only high point is it's a lovely building. People will not return if this poor standard continues. I believe there has been a take over and that then explains the complete deterioration in food and wine. Ask for refunds!

Another lovely evening here!!! Such personal service and a lovely atmosphere. My husband and I have tried different Prezzo restaurants but haven’t found one that is truly different. Really love it here!!! The manager is excellent and noes how to make this restaurant run seamlessly and professionally.

After today’s lunch in Prezzo at Radlett can’t wait to go there back to have their amazing prawn pasta !! Want to also say thank you for all staff! Restaurant was full however given service was still on the high level! See you soon guys !

I thought I would bring my family to prezzo which is local to where I live instead of going elsewhere.The service that we recieved was second to none. The food was made to perfection and was better than alot of other prezzo's i have been to.I was especially pleased by Roxana who was serving us who got our order absolutely spot on even though we had such specific requirements.Compliments to Marcin and Betty who were managing the place too as the place had such a great vibe from the brilliant management.As you can see, the members of staff make sure that everyone gets a personalised experience!Keep up the amazing work!Tom

Booked our favourite restuarant and arrived a little early but nothing is ever a problem for Sami, Betty and the team.Once again the food was first class (compliments to Chef and his team too), in spite of it being busy we were served without any delay at all.My wife and I eat out regularly and I have to say the team here are the very best even working under pressure and with some difficult customers.Well done.

There was a slow start to our service, lack of staff? After our initial delay the service was stepped up, our food and drinks were ordered and arrived promptly. The food was as usual very good.

Had a lovely evening with great food and good atmosphere. There were a lot of noisy kids around but we didnt mind at all as this is a family restaurant. Our meal was delicious as usual and service was great.

Excellent service and food, especially the gf pizza for my very fussy coeliac daughter.But very disappointed with the dessert. No vanilla ice cream and no sorbets at all, and they won't be getting any until DECEMBER! Unacceptable. We left with disappointed children despite having a lovely meal until that.

First day of October and a later Sunday visit than usual for excellent food.We called on the way to make sure they could fit us in and, as ever the Manager (Sami) was accomodating.We were warmly welcomed on arrival and seated without any delay.We had an excellent meal, including drinks and coffee and the service was first class as always.I occasionally see negative comments on this site but fail to see how you would not be totally impressed with the whole package in this restuarant.

Gave this Prezzo another chance after 2 poor experiences about 18m ago. Still disappointing! The food was perfectly good, but drinks like all Prezzo (& many other of it's type) a rip off.My main issue was the lack of any greeting/welcome, being left standing for what seemed ages - when it did come, it was a grumpy welcome! The wait to order drinks and get a menu then went on - nearly walked out but staff member finally came.It is as before a really chaotic and noise restaurant - Won't rush back!

We booked a table for six of us, seemed total chaos in the restuarant screaming children although we were told by a member of staff it's a restuarant what do we expect!The waiters were running ragged they seemed very short staff so didnt really make for a relaxing meal, to top it all the waitress told us to 'hurry up & order' very strange attitudeThe food was ok, but will not be returning to this chaos!

Short staffed & chaotic. Forgotten courses had to be promoted for. I ate after my family were almost finished. New dishes less generous. Main courses were good. Cold plates & cups. Ordered a double espresso, was exactly the same size as single espressos ordered. Disappointing, used to be excellent in this restaurant which was more like an independent local Italian restaurant, now feels like a poorly run branch of a chain. Shame.

Typical good chain place to eat. Menu is fine and not just standard Italian. I would say it has a cook not a chef because the menus are probably standard. We had dinner 4/9/17 and lunch 5/9/17, as we were staying locally. I was offered a mixed salad with both and it came with raw onions and peppers, which I can't eat. The waitress was excellent when I mentioned the problem and rapidly delivered a new salad without either.These days it would be good to see what is in everything; so many places stick stuff in that you don't know about, which is not good if you have allergies.

I had my favorite dish , Lobster and Crab tortelli. It was served with great speed and smile. Thats what we realy need these days .Good food accompanied with great service.

Attended with my wife, my sister and brother.Such a wonderful welcoming restaurant. The food is first class, nothing is too much trouble and we find the whole experience extremely comfortable and satisfying.We have been going to Radlett for some time now but each time we are made to feel special and the service is top notch even when they are busy.Sami and the whole team deserve every credit for the way this place is run.

I've been here a few times in the past and it was generally OK, but yesterday evening was pretty chaotic with waiting staff needing frequent prompting to remember forgotten requests and my pizza was a little bit tasteless. No visible manager apparent which may be the problem...

Absolutely shocking service at this prezzo, unlike my previous experiences elsewhere. Made to stand and wait for table despite many being available, then told to sit at table next to where we'd been standing. Glass of house red arrived with white globules floating on surface, asked for replacement to be acknowledge with a flounce and provided with a glass of red wine with what appeared to be slime on the surface.Gave up and walked out!

We regularly visit this Prezzo. It is busy and has a nice buzzy but family atmosphere.Always lots of families. The Pizzas are delicious and first class. Its a busy place and sometimes a bit slow but the staff Fredrica and Nickaela are a delight. The manager is charming and most helpful. We arrived without a booking and he quickly found us a nice table. Highly recommended but don't forget to download a discount voucher.

Last night we were with my boyfriend in this prezzo. As a vegan I was happy to find some alternative and also the manager and waiter were very helpful and kind to help me to create my own meal.Nice evening and friendly staff.Really enjoyed.

This is one of our favourite eating places and we stopped by this afternoon for a late lunch.Marcin was managing and he and his staff were excellent as usual.It was reasonably busy but we were shown to a table straight away and we enjoyed a drink whilst our food was being prepared. Food arrived, and was to their normal excellent standard.Marcin ensures everyone is looked after, working very hard to ensure the customers are all special and his staff follow in his professional footsteps.Thank you again for an enjoyable afternoon.

Came here for a friends birthday meal, a small group of 6 of us, 2 had popped in to check if the table was ready and the lady they had spoken to seemed surprised by the name and time and asked us to return in a few minutes.We were seated on a round table which was great for talking, we ordered our drinks and our food. The portions seemed quite small compared to other Prezzo's I have visited, £6 for the stuffed mushrooms for 4 mushrooms does seem a bit steep.The food was tasty, we were given dessert menus but no-one actually came to see if anyone wanted one, a couple wanted tea or coffee but didn't bother in the end. They also ran out of the large bottles of Peroni which again is very poor, it's not like they stock an extensive range of beers!Overall the food was tasty, the service was poor, won't be returning to this branch but won't let this experience put me off the chain.

We went last night with 2 families for a table of 8. We didn't order one dish without asking to change it but nothing was too much trouble. Roxy our waitress had the attitude that the whole of the UK workforce should adopt and that is treat the customer as you would wish to be treated yourself. She was a real credit to the restaurant and served with a smile all the time. The food was great too and came exactly as orders. A bloody miracle!

I was in th Uk for the first time , my friends invited me for dinner in this nice Italin Restaurant in Raflett . We enjoyed our dinner and service was great also..

Visited on a Friday evening - confusion on the door when they couldn't find the booking. Starter arrived promptly and was really nice (selection of flatbreads). Mains took a lot longer to come, but think that was because of a nearby big table order. Food was good. Had a 40% off code too so can't complain about price. The only thing that let them down was the dirty glasses, cutlery and crockery (dishwasher smearing, not food). All in all, a nice visit and would definitely go back.

As always, an absolutely lovely dinner. Despite this being a chain, there is always a personal service at this restaurant. The food is delicious and they can not do enough for you. Highly recommend this restaurant!!
