The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

I have been coming here for 20 years or so. Had the odd poor experience but an apology always followed up once I made it clear on my next order. I don't know what is going at this place recently but the two girls they have just hired here haven't got a clue ! I rang through to collect my order. Was told to wait two mins for the fries. Waited around 5 mins in total. Was asked to pay £14.50 for family meal deal whereas usually I pay Around £13.50 (with delivery) because I ordered half & half !?. The poster on their wall says £13.50 and I looked at it which followed with a comment "oh the owners haven't changed it". False advertising. I get home. Which takes no more than 5 mins. Open it up and the pizza just looks Terrible. ! It's cold. Moist due to probably just sitting there on top of the oven with the other pizzas they have just readied quickly. Hardly any toppings on there. The coleslaw was practically liquid. Just a crap experience from pizza cottage and I really the owner looks at this review seriously because I do not ever write negative reviews but today really took the piss ! I rang up to complain and the girl on the front said I'm sorry. I then asked why did you ready the pizza so in advance for then to keep it cold ! She said it wasn't me it was the owner who did the pizza ? Liar. The owner wasn't even there. I won't be coming back here again unless I get a response and all those reviews prior to mine actually get actioned with some proper service and manners on the phone ...didn't even bloody know how to say please or use any manners when taking an order !

food is awful mate don’t bother spending your money. ordered chocolate cake and instead got sent frozen profiteroles. Both pizzas came cold and looked as if they’d been made the day before.

We had a midweek treat from Ace pizza last night, unfortunately this looks to have been the cause of severe cramps and illness. This was the only food we ate together yesterday and have both been up since 2am feeling very unwell. This was the first time in a while we’ve used this takeaway and will be the last.

Ate my chips on the way home and all was well till I got home and opened my burger.. needless to say I was disgusted, someone had taken a bike out of my burger and it was still served to me cold.

Feeling shame for being a customer for many years. 52 Broadwater Rd, Worthing BN14 8AG They have given half cooked pizza - but good part is that I found the quality of cheese they are using. it's like an expired synthetic s**t, it's bitter and pale coloured BE CAREFUL - will never eat outside.

I couldn’t use my Tesco voucher with Deliveroo, so I ordered directly from Pizza Express. The pizzas were ready on time and tasted delicious, but the slices weren’t cut well enough for easy distribution to the kids at the birthday party. However, the service was friendly and delivered with a warm smile. I’ve shared my feedback with Deliveroo. Thanks again!

It was during the week and it was late so there wasn't much open but it had been a very long day so needed a descent meal. I had a pizza thin base. It was the best pizza that I had eaten at pizza express. So tasty and fresh.

I don't know what others said, My pixza is still hot at the tme of writing....I ordered the Italiana with Bolognese sauce in it.It Is A Dream!!! Only two slices left and I m ready to go back for more 😎

Can't even understand you when you phone

The pizzas here perfect! As someone with a serious vice for pizza in a town with a multitude of options, I can guarantee you’ll be more than satisfied with these guys. Always arrive steaming hot and fresh too. Perfect 🙌🏼

Orders 3 lots of fish chips and peas, came to £5 more that shown on advertising menu board in shop , when I pointed this out , I was told " oh yer prices have gone up " I was not informed that any yet alone all, the items I had ordered had gone up by £1 or 50p EACH ! ! No signs in shop to show any increase in price either !! When I arrived home and opened, what I had ordered , I was discussed to see the Jumbo cod I had knowingly paid £1 extra for (and unknowingly paid an other £1 for too ), was no larger than average cod I had also ordered !!! Quality quantity and service all pitifully bad ! Will never return to shop
