The guys that work at the shop are very friendly and very nice. but unfortunately the food is not great it is going downhill! The donna kebab meat is terrible. It has no flavour whatsoever taste like cardboard, they really need to get a different supply of Donna, kebab meat! Please please change your supplier for your meat!

We (husband and 2 teens) stopped for a drink after the solar system trail earlier this year. We were immediately told as we stepped into the terrace that they were 'very busy and none of the tables were free'. We hadn't even tried to sit at this point. It felt like he was getting excuses in early. There were no reserved signs though, and many tables appeared empty, or were awaiting clearing. He did say that we could stand at a table with one seat if we wanted though. While he is saying all of this, a couple also arrive, and with no conversation with the man go and sit at one of the empty tables with no sign of this being a problem. We left then. It was clear we weren't welcome. Maybe we weren't cool enough maybe?

Food getting worse . Burger looked like it had been thrown into box . We also ordered loved fries with ham and cheese cheese was OK but the ham was stringy .ordered desserts pretty ordinary. I Won't be a return customer. There's plenty of other quality burger take aways to use instead of your establishment. You need to up your game.

To my alarm, this same individual proceeded to handle my pizza when it reached the conveyor belt: **he sliced the pizza, garnished it, inserted a white plastic utensil into the food**, and attempted to serve it to me. I immediately refused the order, explicitly stating that I would not accept food handled by someone engaging in such unhygienic practices. Upon returning to request a refund, the employee in question **began shouting at me in a hostile manner**, while other staff dismissively instructed me to “ignore him” and offered to remake the order. Notably, as I observed through the kitchen’s glass door, a staff member **purposefully obstructed the view by covering the window with a Pizza Hut case**—a blatant attempt to conceal further mishandling. This incident reflects **appalling negligence of basic food safety standards** and a complete disregard for customer welfare. I have already reported this to Pizza Hut’s customer service and the local council’s Environmental Health team. We ordered from here last Friday on the way home from a late lunch. Good pizza. Not fatty. Really tasty. Clean place to order from. Ready in less than 25minutes. Never had a problem here. Would recommend.

Went to get lunch from dominoes in Whitestone had a small pizza got home it was horrible it was like mush phone to express my concerns wouldn’t do anything spoke to manager just said write a review please don’t bother unless you want to waste your money

Cuando los llamé, dijeron que lo intercambiarían por la pizza correcta, alguien lo entregaría en 10 minutos, pero nadie vino, así que los llamé nuevamente. Él negó que dijera que nos entregará la pizza correcta. el gerente fue muy grosero con el teléfono y me colgó el teléfono. Mi esposo ha vuelto para cambiarlo. ¡A ver si da el correcto esta vez!
