Food getting worse . Burger looked like it had been thrown into box . We also ordered loved fries with ham and cheese cheese was OK but the ham was stringy .ordered desserts pretty ordinary. I Won't be a return customer. There's plenty of other quality burger take aways to use instead of your establishment. You need to up your game.

I placed an order last week. It was due to arrive in 30 minutes. After an hour I called and was told they don’t deliver to my address. They said they would refund my money. What they actually meant was that I could have an evening without dinner and they would rob me of over £50. Disgraceful.

Brilliant service and great pizza. I'm pretty surprised by the other reviews, I've only had good experiences so far, and I order very frequently.

Heavy and thick pizza base, undercooked. Disappointing dessert , waffle arrived quite soggy and sauce was very sparing.

Please think carefully before ordering food from here. Very expensive £13.95 for the Wick Burger for example, small burger Macdonalds much bigger and better! You would expect something special for that not so. Chips pale and not many of them. We ordered 4 burgers in all of different varieties and all were poor value. Puddings were overpriced and the sort you would buy from budget frozen food store. One Burger was missing from the order. Struggled to ring and kept leaving messages to let them know. Eventually messaged and said they would send it out which they did eventually 40 mins later.! Would not recommend to anybody.

Pick this bar up and put it in a city centre! I wouldn’t have gone in if a friend hadn’t suggested it. It was so welcoming, the staff were very kind and helpful. The fact I can get a double grey goose pear for less than £5 is incredible! My only niggle would be that the aircon could bd turned down a little!

We took advantage of the Eat our to Help out and if it wasn’t for the fact that our meal was already discounted, I would of took my complaint further! Me and my partner were stood in front of the bar for at least 20 seconds before one of the members of miserable looking staff who were just staring at us, actually smiled and said hello. We waited around 45 minutes for our food, which considering we only ordered 2 pizzas seemed like a very long time. The girl who brought our food out had no idea which table we were and where she was taking the food to and just took a guess and put it down and said “is this yours?”. The food was very mediocre and the pizzas resembled something you’d heat up from the freezer. We ordered desserts which came with no cutlery and by the time we were brought some, my sticky toffee pudding and ice cream which for some reason was served on a small plate, had melted and was spilling over onto the table. So overall we were completed unimpressed and I highly doubt we will go back.

If there was an option for no stars I would select. This place is awful. Rubbish food. Awful customer service. Me and a friend waited over an hour for undercooked cookie dough. Would not recommend

Having had a excellent takeaway from this place earlier this month so me and my family decided to make the most of the 50% off deal and eat in. The food was superb, neatly presented and came piping hot!! The waiters and waitresses were so kind and understanding I will be recommending this resturant to my friends and neighbours and thus will be visiting again.

What a pleasant surprise. The Ranch was fully booked and moved and so we ended up here. The food was fantastic and the staff were lovely. It was a little bit of a wait for food but can see why as was so fresh. Missed out on dessert as too full which was a shame as youngest had already worked out his choices. We will have to come again and start with desserts!!

Hmmmmm.... the fact that there is only one review says it all. Thought we would give the takeaway service ago as the pizzas sounded nice.... however we were soon to be disappointed. We ordered what the menu calls a “Spaniard” pizza, gluten free as my wife is gluten free.Well what can I say, this pizza cost £12.90! And looked like something I would buy from a cheap frozen food outlet ( see picture ). It was hard and tasteless and definitely not worth the astronomical price. Our daughter had the chicken burger which she said was ok but the chips ( again see pictures ) were just stuck to the wrapping and had to be pealed off to even attempt to eat them. If it wasn’t for the fact it was late on when we ordered and we were starving, I definitely would have gone to the restaurant and showed them what rubbish food they had delivered to us. We will definitely not be going back and most certainly will not be recommending them to anyone.

Fantastic bar with a brilliant vibe. The staff are so friendly, and it is remarkably cheap! The food was fresh and really nicely cooked, and the dessert menu is enough to make you go back again and again!
