where do i begin.. the service was absolutely amazing! the server gave us an extra sauce and it was so delicious. came super quickly too!! highly reccomend:)) <3 went down a treat

First and last time trying this place resulted in me biting into a small black stone (size of a pea) that was in my pizza. Absolutely shocking - put me off eating the rest of the food I ordered. I dread to think of what's going on in the kitchen for that to happen. Ingredients must be being stored on or too close to the floor.

Expensive food, but rather nice, we did also get 2 cookies as a freebie. Poor driver got lost on way to Alton Towers where I figured they must go to quite a lot but maybe not. Great food

Wife ordered Delivery dinner from after a long day.... why as soon as it comes in through it smells like chlorine, dough half raw ...sides over cooked!! Wouldn't even feed it to my dog.... ill stick to my usual pizza take away!!! AVOID!

Great tasting food and awesome delivery guy after I accidentally typoed the postcode via their app!! Food was still hot even after his little d tour! Wish they were a bit thicker with cheese like they used to be but way better than dominos etc!!! You’ve got to try it 😎

Shocking delivery time, confusion in the shop. Big order meant I had to wait another 40 mins. Poor excuse, when does your problem then become mine?? You want a pizza and delivered on time, go elsewhere too many excuses and an apology that doesn’t go far enough.

Ordered from here so many times, used to be fantastic service and pizza. The last few times the service has got worse and worse, and that completely ruins any food you order. Tonight we have waited an hour and a half so far for our pizza, when I called I got told “it is pay day weekend and they are busy so nothing they can do about it”. When speaking to the manager I then got told our receipt had got lost at the bottom of the pile, so would be a further 20 minutes minimum- 2 hours for a pizza. And lied too in the first instance?! All we got was sorry... doesn’t really cut it. Won’t be ordering from here again, especially when there is so much competition around.

Fantastic pizza that is always cooked to perfection, speedy delivery & on the one occasion i had an issue with what arrived it was promptly replaced within a half hour. 11/10, i now order from them almost weekly.

Pizza is always hot when delivered, everything always tastes great, but the menu is a little limited. Also the one time I did have an issue the customer service was not good - but every other time I've never had a problem. Staff in store if visiting for collection are also very friendly. Prices are best around, and deals always available (particularly on collection).

Very good reviews on Just eat and other sites so was expecting great things. However website said 15 minutes delivery but then only after I had paid for my order did it change say 45 minutes. Sneaky so not good 1st impression. It then took 1 hour and 10 minutes to get here and Foregate street is only 10-15 minutes away from us so no excuse. Pizza topping didn't taste of much and the dough underneath had a chemically after taste. However it was hot but that's really the only plus I can think of. Wouldn't go again. Wanted to try a change but for roughly the same price we'll stick with pizza hut. Wouldn't recommend.

Tried food first time and surprised by food quality.The pizza here is probably the best in all of Stafford and is unbeliveably cheap too!Your receipe is amazing especially your tomato sauce.

I ordered from here as I'm usually a dominos guy but this place looked good. I ordered a large pepperoni with the garlic and herb stuffed crust. The taste was ok but the texture of the stuffed crust made the crust Inedible. It was like a coarse paste texture. That is the only way I can describe it. Completely unappetizing in texture and appearance. Will stick to dominos
